When we first started with unified we had trouble with our account manager who would take much longer to get back to us than we anticipated but we were quickly reassigned to another team member who made it her priority to keep us updated at all times. Her name is Megan and we cant thank her enough for working with us for the last three months while we were re-branding to a different company name. My advice is that if you notice that you're account manager is lacking just ask to speak to management and they will take care of you and make sure you work with someone who gives you the attention to detail that you need. In my case I needed to work with someone 1-on-1 on marketing materials for a brand transition that we are doing since we're really picky with what goes out there since we are in the educational space which criticizes even the smallest of mistakes.
I recently tried calling the support team about helping me with an issue that I'm having with the food delivery app with workplace, but I was told that support is through email only, unless you're a marketing client? It's really a bummer that I can't get help with a simple issue through the phone and there is room for improvement here. I hate to be an annoyance because I know the apps are free, but there's a lot of businesses like mine relying on your apps to power their business.

Nice working with you guys and our marketing is doing just fine but it would be really helpful if our account manager was in the office until 8 PM eastern rather than 5 PM because we are in pacific time and things slow down for us in the afternoon to get the chance to talk but you guys are out of the office by that time

I can vouch for them and their paid marketing management. They took the $4K we were spending prior to them and we got 10x the CTR and conversions than we did previously because of more accurate keyword targeting and optimization of ads, landing pages and other things. Money well spent.

I registered for their marketing program for search engine optimization two months ago and i am just now starting to see that our keywords are progressing towards page one. Yes, we are happy now but overall, not too happy because we've now lost two months of potential sales opportunities that we could have had if we showed the same results that we're just now seeing in month one. Other than that our other marketing programs seem to be doing well, search engine optimization was our biggest concern.

We understand that you anticipated reaching your search engine goals in the first month, although, in order to support a natural ranking process as recommended by Google, it can take on average one to three months to rank (depending on the target keywords). Understanding that your website has had no optimization performed in the past, doubling the output of ie. Your authoritative backlinks (a strong supporting factor to ranking) could trigger a manual review by Google due to un-natural linking behavior due to a sudden spike in comparison to previous periods.
I'm impressed with the tracking they have with the marketing campaigns. We've never seen the ability to track the origin of the visitor all the way through a purchase and we found this important because we're doing other marketing aside from what they're doing for us and we needed a way to prove that what they were doing was working. Love how this company handles working with new clients. Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
