I have worked with my account manager very closely and I would recommend the work that he does. Very educated, talented and smart. He has helped our business very much with social media marketing and taken a lot of weight off our shoulders.
Our company hired them to manage our social media channels and to get us to the top of the search engines in March and they have been doing a good job with both but search engine optimisation is taking a little longer than expected and I am glad that we have social media to balance things out which would be my recommendation to anyone else.
Matt, we strive to hear feedback like yours. When a small business owner exceeds their marketing performance, so do many other local communities. We understand that the Search program is taking longer than usual, and this is quite normal and can vary from business to business.
We signed up for their social media marketing package and we have been getting a good following but the social media posts could use some improvement here and there it seems like little things get forgotten. I did address this and they did improve but having the confidence that it stays that way is what I need. Not bad for the money though.

I have worked with so many marketing companies in the past and this is one of the first companies who has been honest with me about search engine optimization. Rather than targeting 50 keywords, they told me to focus on the top 15 and have the rest of them rank through the natural process. So many SEO companies are selling keywords when they are going to rank anyways if you are doing SEO for closeley similar words and if the website is optimized. Thank you for being honest and saving me money. You have a lifetime of a customer.

I spend somewhere around $300 a month for social media marketing with them creating the posts and getting the followers it's well worth the money in comparison to hiring someone

Register with you guys two months ago and we only get 60 leads in last month 25 which purchased service. Why such a low number in people buying? We have good sales persons? I need quick results and I need now. I told to Matt but he keeps telling that it will longer but this is Time l don't have. Get me 300 leads per month in the next month or I will cancel the service end of story no more excuses someone else will take my money and get good height in leads
Frannie, we're sorry to hear that you might be disappointed in the amount of leads v/s purchases that you've accumulated in the last two months. Quite commonly, it can take between two to three months for our subscribers to start seeing their marketing performance increase, which also includes your lead to conversion ratio. Keep in mind, this is a great proof of concept that the marketing program is on its way to excelling performance. We can see that your account manager has already clarified this concern with you and that your ratios have improved to date.
I hired them because they have a solid process to their marketing program after using contractors to do all of the work hit or miss. My experience with working with them has been great. Fully transparent into what they are doing, easy to communicate and clear monitoring tools. Take a time but things are going in the right direction most importantly.

My last marketing company was really ppoor and used to post to Facebook with pathetic posts that showed that they spent no time on creating something that made a difference in customers understanding our brand. They were impersonal and sounded more like sales pictures. I hired Unified about a few months ago and we started getting traction though social media and being found in search engines but it simply took too long for it to all happen. Between providing revisions on the website to launch took about two weeks when I could create a website in a few days. I know it wouldn't be as comprehensive but it still would have been up. The team has been nothing but supportive (nothing against Matt he is a gem) but that doesn't fix the problem of taking so long to get into my market with my products which is why I'm giving them three stars. Things are progressing well now about three months later and I will change my review if it keeps up like this. Knowing that you guys are in marketing, you should know how important time to market is especially in e-commerce and this is something you should significantly improve with because time is something I cannot take back.

We got a lot of value versues what we were getting because the website being built alone would have cost of a lot of money elsewhere not to mention all of the other marketing they are doing. It took us two to three months to start seeing traction with their marketing and we thought it would start right off the bat which was one of our dissapointments and downfalls out of everything. I would still recommend them for the value of what you are getting other than it taking months to start ranking in google.com and other search engines.
