I was spending a hefty chunk of cash on Facebook/Insta ads until you guys told me otherwise and I am thrilled that I chose to parter with you. FYI for anyone out there doing facebook ads, they work well but organically gaining followers with the same type of targeting that you have through facebook/insta brings in ten times more qualified prospects who actually want to interact and engage with your brand. Yeah, we get less volume but it's more precise than it was previously plus we are not spending thousands now. These guys did a great job with our social media and creating a posting strategy that nurtures our products because in the past we just ran ads and posting our products randomly with discounts. I was hesitant when it came to their strategy because it was different but its turning out really well. A+ for this team. Coincidentally, I found you guys on Instagram LOL!

They made a lot of promises and we have been burned by many other companies in the past but we gave them a shot because of what a good of a reputation they have. They put our money where their mouth was and did more than they said. Our SEO rankings are seeing increases by the day and our social media is profoundly getting followers without paid ads and they're converting well. I'm used to leaving negative reviews and you guys have restored my hope in our business because everyone else made us feel like we were blind and stupid. Thank you for being genuine and thank you for doing the work that you promised would take to get us here.

Megan at Unified did a great job with our social media marketing program. Having access to such smart and detail oriented individual is beyond what I expected when I registered. I've worked with many other social media marketing companies which just threw me in the batch and share an update once a month. Megan worked with me 1-on-1 to create the social media marketing strategy, explain how and why things were being done and performed all of the work. Our social media gained about a few hundred unique followers per week with several converting into customers and our social media posts were fruitful, purposeful and worked to not just post something but to ensure that they end up taking action with them. Unified has worked wonders for my social media marketing strategy and I look forward to using them for many other marketing elements we will be soon incorporating into our business plan.

I tried calling my account manager to provide the information that was requested but I am unable to get ahold of him. I know it's a Sunday night, but in marketing the clock never stops. I guess this is one of the downfalls of being open until 5 PM. I will wait it out but I can tell you that I am pretty frustrated since I did have a few questions that I won't be able to get too until tomorrow afternoon since Monday's are busy. I would highly consider improving in this aspect or providing direct numbers to cell phones of account managers so that we can reach them at anytime in the day or night. Hope you really take this into consideration as I will update the review when I see it happen since this is my only complaint but most important.

It took quite some time to setup our funnels but we are more than satisfied with what Mary and Adam have been doing with our email marketing. They have turned weekly newsletters into a jam packed funnel that has increased response rates from our prospects with them asking questions after going cold due to our previously failed email marketing. We have now added more programs to our account and we are excited for what the future brings with working with this company!

Our e-commerce store used their content marketing program for several months are we are thrilled with the results. They were able to put our products in front of our target niche audience which turned out in having out store and products featured on various sites. Our search engine ranking have also been increasing since the articles link back to our website. Would recommend this company and their marketing services since we tried everything and nothing drove results as quick as they did.

I've been a Unified client for 9 months now and would like to highlight the elements that I like the most about this company. First, I like the fact that they first send you a questionnaire with a lot of questions to get to know your company really in depth, and I've never seen that in the past with any other marketing company or freelancer. From my perspective nowadays, marketing companies only care about getting the job done and their own interests and as I mentioned this is what not the case with Unified. Then they prepared a report for my company, they shared examples with me about how my website would look like, the kind of posts they were going to create for me and many other things so I was able to have a complete overview about what will the process be like. I have to say that I was impressed by the creativity of these guys, the website design and social media posts were my favorite part, they were able to catch all the information I provided and my ideas and turn it into a good-looking marketing plan. Since that moment I felt confident that I was at the right place.

Then, they sent to me all the posts they created to be published on my Facebook, Instagram, etc. The posts were great, really creative, personalized, they understood very well the concept of my business however I still provided my feedback in regards to a few things that needed to be fixed for the content of the posts, the good part was that the changes were done the same day and everything was perfect just the way I wanted. The design of the website was really good also, they added many new features to my previous website and the new version was developed in 4 days. Once our website went live, we started posting images every day, we were featured on other famous blogs, and they initiated the email marketing campaign, since then we started seeing more traffic, and followers and that way we promoted our services. After that we started having weekly meetings to talk about the progress and work done during that week and at the same time, letting them know about new offers and upcoming events so they could promote them at our site, Instagram and Facebook.

My experience during all the creation and execution process has been great, I feels really good having this amazing team doing all the marketing job for you and not having to stress out about it, they always keep me up date with their updates and I hope to keep working with them to continue achieving my business goals.

We have had reporting discrepancies when running daily reports for a given month and comparing the performance across multiple marketing channels. We get an "internal server error" when generating the reports. But, when comparing daily reports for multiple months over a period of time, there is no problem. We have addressed this issue time over time to our account manager but it hasen't been fixed yet and it's not the guys fault because he told us it's in the queue for the next release. We find this to be really important because we use it to determine cross-channel ROI. I am requesting your assistance with this matter and I am hoping this review turns it into a quick fix because don't get me wrong the marketing is working fine. Ticket #*******, #*******

We have been with 3 different SEO/Web Optimization companies in the last 4 years and I can tell you that with absolute confidence that UNIFIED IS THE BEST. Our account rep is outstanding and we literally feel like he is one of our employees. These guys are the opposite of hands-off and the communication I get from their team is often and effective. Yes, we had to increase our initial budget with them by 4-5X within six months of signing a contract but it was because our initial test budgets did well. I can't say enough good about them and our future with them looks bright!

I use workplace and it's a fantastic platform that I use everyday to run my business but we we are having strains with having to only use Unified as a processor for payments. We would like to have the ability to integrate with Authorize.net and use our own processor even if we have to pay a monthly subscription for every app (like other platforms) we are open to that. If you plan on testing this with users, please add us as beta testers.

I've worked with this company for quite some time now and I know Adam personally since I'm based in Tampa. I'm willing to take any reference calls from anyone that wants to talk about how they've helped us before we almost closed our doors and you can call me at *******370, my name is Andy. Aside from Adam, the level of service I recieved from every person I worked with was exceptional. Pretty much, any business owner I talk too I tell them about and I coulden't imagine working with anyone else since everything is in one place and having a dedicated team do everything for me is of significant value because I woulden't have otherwise done it or known about it. I highly recommend them!

So happy that we choose you guys to create our new website and run our marketing campaigns. We spent so much time with our previous designer just to get the website finished yet to find out that it's not converting well or ranking in search engines for keywords that have traffic to them.

If your planning on choosing this company then do it because the difference between having a website built with a marketer is uncomparable because every part is created for a specific purpose and reason. Our old designer would just throw something together so it's out there plus we were pretty much telling him what to do... soooo glad we are not doing this anymore.
