Listen, the service was useful and helpful and affordable. The only con is that you have to make sure, if it's being used once only, that you cancel before too long since it seems the auto-renew default option can bite you. That said, I want to say that on emailing customer support they were VERY prompt and helpful which I really appreciate. If I needed to, I would use them again and just be a little more vigilant.

I joined for the annual membership. Evidently, this is just a "membership fee". Obtaining any information is an extra charge! Cancelling membership is another runaround. Scammers!

White pages has my cell phone listed for someone else and they won't remove it from the fraudulent listing because I am not the account holder.

I talked to customer support and they say I can't do anything to rectify the situation.

Expect multiple charges of $5, $10, or $20. I signed up for $20, and the background check that should have come with that was charged separately. I got a message saying my additional background check already paid for would expire, so I used the credit and was charged $4.99 im disputing the charges. Stay away from this group.

I spent $19.00 and was told a person had a new address. I went to check, and the address had not changed. Whitepages said if I needed more information I would have to spend another 20.00. Complete rip off with VERY little information.

Do not use these knuckle dragging, spamming cowards. I wouldn't spit on one of their coward employees if the human sewage was on fire, begging for relief- unless I had a mouthful of gasoline. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY INFORMATION! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! (I. E. MONTHLY FAKE CHARGES, ETC.)

Don't bother with this company. Paid for premium with court runner rhat doesn't even allow you to input which county…. And it's non-refundable. Total sham!

Beware strangers bearing gifts. Whitepages is useless. I was double charged for a year and only had one complete address & phone number after two years.

It it stated for the one time price you can get access to everything property owning who's got his associates criminal the whole thing and yeah when you pay them the $10 they don't give you anything but his address which they give you prior to that. So unless you join them for regular monthly payments, you won't receive any pertinent information! So don't waste your money. Very dissatisfied should have checked this out prior to painting them. My bad

Out of 7 of my persona landline and cell phone/phone numbers... NOT ONE came up with the right information! I have had my personal landline number for 42 years and the information provided (search) is TOTALLY incorrect! Found the number but everything else associated with it is not accurate, beginning with the name! BEWARE! You cannot rely on the information is spits back at you! I chose 1 star ONLY because a 0 is not available!

Paid a one time fee of 9.99 to get info on my sister so I could let her know that our brother is not will. White pages showed a cell number, I called and they never heard of her and told me they had that number for 5 years.

A few years ago I tried to find information about my dad who died when I was 6. I paid and didn't get any information I didn't already have. Ok fine. But I've been getting new address and criminal alerts as if he's still alive. So they're sending me alerts and trying to charge for misleading and inaccurate information

I used to really enjoy this site. All I need is a quick reverse phone search to determine who called. Their new format requires that I log out and back in again after searching the number. There isn't even a way to simply log out and back in again before the search. Every search sends me to an "upgrade for more money" page. What used to take a couple of seconds now takes a couple of minutes and I'm PAYING for this headache.

Every single time I attempted to use their service, I entered my cc, they charged me for every failed attempt, it's a failed attempt, why the $#*! are you charging me?

Non existent Cust service. No response to requests to fix errors. Are tracking two account never requested. No WhitePages phn number, anywhere. No refunds. Would not recommend white pages if you want/need customer service. Want a refund for crummy service. Google other services that offer cust svce. Refund.

I paid $10.29 and was charged another $1.50 for I have no idea what. Then ya have to pay extra for a report on someone. Why? That's BS, not to mention inaccurate information and definitely nothing up to date and current. All old info.
