I ordered a $50 hoodie from this shop. I checked out as a guest and knew my order had gone through because I could see the money was withdrew. I was then shocked because I received no confirmation email. I ordered this hoodie at least 2 weeks ago and have never received it.
I had ordered some clothes but unfortunately some did not fit and I saw that they only give out store credit unless the product was damaged which is fine except for the fact that it took 6 weeks for me to get the store credit. I had emailed and had gotten no reply after a week and so i decided to use the chat function to which i got a response from an agent 9 hours later. Their clothes are not cheap so having to badger them to just give me store credit after 6 weeks of waiting so absolutely insane. I will not be buying from them from here on out
They lost my package or it's stuck in out for delivery since Nov 16 until now Dec 4 everyday - paid $41 additional duties and when this happened they didnt want to deal with it so they have ignored me over 3 weeks, I've sent 20+ emails to their "customer care" and I've been stuck for over a week with their automated bot.
If there were a negative star option, I would give it. Terrible customer service – I placed an order (USA*******) on November 19,2023, and it's already December 4. They haven't shipped my order or replied to my inquiry email. Instead of explaining directly to customers, they chose to post videos talking about how busy they are. If they can't ship on time or even reply to emails, they should consider hiring more staff. I seriously don't know what kind of business model that is. With the prices they're asking, there are great brands like Nike, Under Armour, etc., offering excellent quality, awesome customer service, and always shipping on time.
Made an order on the 14th November, has been dispatched since the 21st and has been in transit ever since! Sent multiple emails and only got generic responses. This is a present for my daughter's 15th on Thursday. Clearly won't be getting it. Will never order from here again

I ordered 3 items and have been told they are delayed. No phone no and no way to cancel. Frustrating
The checkout failed to accept my discount code. When I emailed they merely told me there was a delivery delay. Clearly they hadn't read the message! There's no way of speaking to anyone, and after 11 days my delivery hasn't moved on the tracker. £150 of gifts required for a teenage birthday and I fear they're not going to arrive on time, and I've yet to sample the quality! I hadn't realised they're in Australia. Never ever will I use again. Beware!

We placed an order in September where two items didn't work out. Learnt about their terrible returns policy only after the order was received. Sent an email and waited weeks for a reply that still didn't ansa our questions and referred to me as babe!
Returned to items for a store credit as it was still $80 and to this day after returning them end of October we have had no store credit and no communication other than about ten emails a week on upcoming sales. Will never shop here again other than to spend the credit. Worse coming I have dealt with in a long time and I only ever write positive reviews typically.

It was a pleasure to shop online here. Very easy and price was affordable. Came in a timely manner and merchandise was as expected.
Material feels quite cheap. Especially the hoodies. Maybe size up in joggers from your usual size. Personally I wouldn't purchase from here again as I'm disappointed in the material.

Placed an order on Nov 5. And paid express shipping. Emailed them Nov 10 to ask why it has not shipped yet. Email today, Nov 15 stating be patient with a link to their site and timeframes for order processing and shipping. Basically within 24 hrs of placing an order it will be processed and shipped (unless weekend which will then be a Monday).
My order has yet to be processed and shipped and clearly customer service person doesn't even know WHITE FOX's stated business practice.
If bot shipped by Friday, I'll report to credit card as fraud and demand a refund. AND WILL NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
Bought an item of clothing for my niece for Christmas - and the same day someone else bought her the same thing (we were both following a wish list). I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order but they said they could not cancel the order for a refund, only store credit. The item hadn't even shipped yet. I believe this is an online only store and if you buy something and don't like it or even if it just doesn't fit you cannot return it for a refund - only store credit. This is listed on their website - but I did not specifically check the return policy before purchasing because I've never come across a company that doesn't accept a return for a refund. My fault for not checking so I want others to be aware! I personally would never shop on this site and now I have money lost to store credit. Very disappointing.
I ordered $500 worth of clothing from White Fox over 2 months ago. The order took over 1 month only to be sent back to the sender. They refuse to send a refund and I can not access my store credits because the email they said the store credits are on isn't an account apparently. I've been trying to email them and message them on the chat for 3 weeks now and yet to no avail.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
