I bought 2 hoodies and didnt have an account. Big mistake. Its been over a month and my hoodies are not here. Since i didn't have an account i am not aware of if it has even shipped. If you order form this website make sure you have an account so you don't get scammed and don't reseve your clothes, and you know where your package is. I saw a review saying they made her pay for "customer fees" and she got a email about it. I never got an email because i don't have an account. I spent $120. Never ordering from here again.
Terrible customer service emailed them a week ago no response and they say don't email again because it will make your email response take longer. Oh you want the live chat function? It says we will be with you in 3 hours.
Ordered my items on Black Friday and still hasn't shipped 1 weeks later and it said their shipping time is 10-20 days, so there goes 2 Christmas presents, oh but wait they give you the option to cancel your order….and just get store credit.

Ordered one item on 27th November, it is now 14 December and the item still hasn't even been dispatched. I also can't get any clarity over if or when my order will be delivered. Customer services only advise that I should 'allow extra days.' It also appears that I can't cancel the order and get a refund - only store credit is offered which, given this experience is laughable! Really shocking experience and l one that could render my niece gift-less on Christmas Day! Is this shop even for real or a complete scam?! Never again!
This company is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a jogging suit for my Daughter 9th of September 2023 unfortunately I had to return it because it was massive. I've have waited weeks for refund for to be given a store refund living in the uk. I am now out of pocket £85. I sent numerous emails & was just fobbed off. THIS COMANY IS A CROC OF

UPDATE - I received my order well over a week after Christmas, too late for gifting as planned. Quality of product is meh. Customer service is horrendous. I stand behind my original review. Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer and are not just trying to get as much money as possible while sacrificing quality & service.
I placed an order on Black Friday. 18 days later I still have not received any information about when they're going to ship my order. I reached out via email because they don't have a phone number on their website and got a computer generated response that they're "working very hard to fill everybody's orders" so obviously this is happening to many of their customers. Shame on you… there will definitely be a bunch of disappointed people at Christmas time with no gifts to open!
I have ordered from WhiteFox multiple times in the past, but this Black Friday was a horrible experience for me. I spent upwards of CAD 350 on their website, the order didn't ship for a full two weeks, and when it finally did, I was told I owed $125 in customs fees or my order would be returned. To top it all off, they have the worst customer service of any retailer I've ever known, with no phone number to call and an unmonitored email address. So essentially, I was forced to pay the fee, or my package would be sent back to Australia and I would never hear anything about it again. So pathetic, I will never order from WhiteFox ever again - which honestly sucks because I love their products.
I placed an order on 30 November and when the order was confirmed I was told the shipping period would be 2-14 business days and I would be emailed when my order was shipped. I sent an email a week ago asking if they would guarantee it would be here for Christmas, to date my order has not been shipped and no reply to my email. Do not order from them as you won't be getting it for Christmas, if at all!

I have been a loyal customer for years with white fox, and I will not be ordering from here again. After three weeks my order has only just been shipped with 2 attempts to contact them to cancel the order as the event I needed the dress for was over a week ago to have no response to the emails I sent and theres no phone number to contact them to find out they shipped it after the last attempt to contact them. This isn't the first issue I've had with them but the only company I have dealt with that has such bad service. 2-14 day shipping and it will be 4 weeks to the day till it's delivered according to the tracking.
I live in the USA, i placed my order beginning of November, took a month for them to tell me my package will not be delivered to my home after waiting over a month for this gift. They simply just said it will take 60 days and i will revive store credit, why would i want store credit from a store who didn't tell my my package was not going to be delivered, or took 3 weeks to answer my email. I am now out 90$ and out a gift for my roomate.
On November 17,2023, I ordered a sweatshirt that was on my daughter's Christmas list. The order was placed, confirmed, money charged to my credit card immediately. Shipping confirmation was emailed to me on Nov. 27. On Dec. 5, I checked status of my delivery because I haden't received the package and it said that the package had been delivered on Dec. 3. I contacted the "company" via e-mail explaining the situation, they responded that they would check into it. On Dec. 6, my neighbor found my package in the bushes outside of the entry gate into our neighborhood and dropped it on my front porch. The package contained a completely different item than I ordered. I sent an e-mail with pictures of the item I ordered and the item I received and asked for a full refund and requested that the company arrange to pick up the incorrect item. I was told that they intentionally sent the wrong item because what I actually ordered was out of stock. They asked me to accept it. I again asked for a full refund and said I did not want the incorrect item. They then said they did not want that item back and offered to refund me 20%. I declined, demanded again a full refund. They then offered to refund me 40%. I declined, again, demanding a full refund. Sent 5 additional e-mails. Did not hear back. This company is a scam.
I wish I could give 0 stars because their customer service is terrible. I ordered several things in mid november under the impression that the orders would follow their shipping policies. WRONG. 10 days went by and nothing had shipped. I understood that since these orders were shipping from AU that it would take a while for the products to arrive to the USA, but had no idea that they were such liars about their shipping policies. After 10 days with no updates, I asked to cancel the order since it had not even shipped yet. They wrote back that the order could not be canceled for a refund, only store credit. I obviously asked for further help given the fact that this order had not shipped yet (or even completed the processing step according to a rude support rep named Kristina). The company is out no money and hadn't even worked on the order yet and therefore was losing no money by refunding me. They still refused to cancel the order for a refund. Needless to say, terrible company that only cares about profits and completely gives no care to their customers. I hope no one supports this company
Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered on 25th November, order when through online, no order confirmation or email or order number given. Basically untraceable apart from the money leaving my bank. Tried emailing and no response. My daughter wrote on socials and they want her to write my private information public on that instead of reply to emails. I'm flabbergasted at how people say this company is so reputable. Customer service is non existent unless they think their followers will think twice about ordering so they sweet talk on social media but ignore private talk. No number to call, no refunds allowed. No anything. My next step is reporting fraudulent transaction to my bank as this has went on long enough. Only proof of purchase I have is my bank transaction. Never has any other company did that
Ordered Nov 21, paid for express service, charged my card. Site states orders ship on next business day, but did not happen and even 10 days later I email, no response, 20 days later not shipped and no response to several emails. Fraud!

I've ordered twice now from White Fox. The merchandise is high quality, soft, and comfortable. But BOTH times it has taken more than a month to review my order. I tried to contact customer service with no response. So I guess once again my kid will be opening pictures of her Christmas presents instead of actual clothes. The company needs to work on their fulfillment and shipping processes, especially around sales. Don't accept orders that cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe. It's very disappointing and I won't be making this mistake again.
After ordering hundreds of dollars of clothes for my daughter, I realized this is a scam site. Look at their Insta, Facebook and tiktok comments. No one is getting their orders and there is no way to contact them. I am filing a dispute with my bank in hopes to get some money back so I can give my daughter some Christmas gifts.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
