This is company is poor. I have reached out several times since ordering and nothing back. You can not track a status of an order and has been since December 12,2023 and nothing while my teenage daughter awaits her sweatshirts. They don't have a customer care option only by email and that's a joke. This will be the last time and only time I purchase. I am ready to dispute the charge. I have never seen anything like this
I have emailed white fox several times and they never respond. I spent hundreds of dollars and ordered items for Christmas a month in advance. It's new years day and I STILL do NOT have my orders.
This company is terrible. They claim to be a us compamy as plastered all over there website but there not. It's Australian company / china made products getting shipped from china. There website says 10-20 days delivery but it's really 40+ days to receive these cheeply made clothes. I can't say anything good about this company, and there's no return policy btw, shipping is on your dime both ways, however they never issue refunds. Buyer be ware your gonna hate this merchandise and service, it ranks as the worst company and online experience ever!
I ordered 6 weeks prior to Christmas. Do you think I got the order? No. If sales were too much for you all you should have shut down the sale and took care of your previous orders. Will not be back. And will make sure no one orders from you all.

Ordered Nov 30, regular shipping. They gave a tracking # but it's not a SHIPPING tracking#. Just a response from their website saying shipping delays. It's Dec. 23 & it still hasn't shipped from Australia! Scrambled to find my niece another Christmas gift.
I placed an order over 1 month ago to receive it in time for Christmas. I still have not received it. There is zero customer service. Emailed them and got nothing back.
I ordered on thanksgiving night and am still waiting for my order. Why offer Black Friday sales if you know you're not going to get items to your customers in time for Christmas a month later. I also tried ordering with the coupon code which for some reason did not take tried to cancel order they said nothing they can do I got a store credit. I had reentered the information a minute later and the coupon took that time but they still would not honor the cancellation. Website always sold out so it is impossible to even use that credit. I doubt I will get this in 3 days for Christmas and there is no excuse for a in stock item to take over 4 weeks to deliver.
Over a month waiting and absolutely nothing. 5 items paid for and has never arrived. I now have to spend more money last minute for gifts for my child's Christmas stocking. Tracking is useless according to that its been on an aeroplane for days. A joke of a company with no regard for customers care or satisfaction.
Ordered sweats for granddaughter Dec 8 with 2-7 day express shipping. Order won't be delivered until after Xmas. They obviously cannot fulfill their orders in a timely manner as stated by other reviewers. Also, no returns…only store credit. I'll NEVER order from this ill run company again.
Another company that just puts out a webpage with product yet can't handle the influx of orders and fails to deliver by the appropriate date.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Orders on November 6th, package arrived in Ireland on December 10th and was immediately returned to sender due to insufficient customs documentation. One Christmas present a very disappointed girl will be missing on Christmas Day and absolutely no response to any of my FOUR emails. Customer service FAIL. I'm just hoping the parcel makes it all the way back and that I actually get refunded!
I have not received a single update from White Fox. Additionally, I have reached out to their "support" several times, and have even contacted them on Instagram. I have yet to hear anything from them, and I am still missing my order.
Ordered a christmas present and it took them 19 days to fulfill the order. It's been 27 days since I placed my order and the package is STILL sitting in Sydney, AU. If you can't do better than that, then don't sell internationally. Ridiculous. No way this Christmas present is arriving anytime close to Christmas and it was ordered 11/23.

Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
