I put in an exchange on a Christmas item, and I've not heard back in six weeks! They gladly take your money, but do nothing when you want an exchange.

Complete waste of time and money. Ordered from this company 6 days ago and paid for express shipping which is listed as 2-7 days on their website. It is not 6 days later an my order is still marked as "Order Placed" with no movement. I'm extremely disappointed as I will now not have my order for vacation and will be sending it back to the company once it eventually arrives for a full refund. Not happy at all and will not be shopping with them again.

Quality of clothes is cheaply made. I can't believe they get away with the prices they charge for what they give!

I ordered a sweats set and waited a very long time for it to arrive. I love the fit and they are cozy BUT I washed them inside out in cold water and hung to dry and they are pilling. The sweat pants started pilling before they were even washed. The fabric is garbage. Too bad because they are cute. I'm not going to wear pulled clothing it looks terrible. 😢

I ordered a matching set from here for christmas and they sent me the incorrect hoodie and never sent the one that I actually ordered. Since you cannot do returns here I am stuck with sweatpants that I never wear (because I have no matching hoodie) and a sweatshirt that does not even fit me. Their customer service is awful and had no regard when I reached out and said there was an issue. The hoodie that I did try to order is not even on the website now, so everything I got was a big waste of money. Do not make the same mistake I did and fall for this website. Their service is horrible and they are too expensive for what you get.

Ordered from whitefox & reached out minutes later to ask if I could please change the delivery address, as I didn't realize it was being sent to my old apartment. Despite reaching out multiple times, they ignored me & shipped the package anyway.
Now I have no way to access the package and they are refusing a refund. TERRIBLE customer service.

Not to mention I placed a second order, and the straps on my $35 shirt snapped FIRST WEAR. Cheap and unprofessional- be careful ordering from whitefox

I ordered a hoodie off the site (i'm from Canada) and it came within two weeks but was TERRIBLE quality. It is so thin and itchy and fit extremely weird. Don't waste your money!

Order a bridal shower dress 2 months before my event, two weeks before the month of my event I email them asking for and update on the shipping as it would not updated me. Their answer? Sorry don't actually have this dress anymore we forgot to remove it from our site… it's still up and for sale now… so I emailed them asking to speak to someone… months later still no response because they are a scam

I ordered a cami. The picture on the website showed it as a pure white. It came in almost tan color. I contacted the site they have never gotten back to me. On the email they sent as a follow up, they said to just wait l, they will get to us. If you contact them again, that you will sent to the end of the follow up list. It has been at least 3 weeks since I sent the initial email. I would not order from them!

Got my product quick and was generally just happy with what I was offered. Loved shopping on the app as well!

I set my eyes on the hoodie I wanted, and in less than a week it was back in stock! I haven't received my package yet but I've received notifications of its whereabouts every day and am expecting it soon! Overall amazing shopping experience and I cannot wait to receive my hoodie and write another review about it! Expecting great things for this company🤩💕

There return policy is horrible. It takes forever to receive your order. The quality is not worth what you will pay. There are so many better places to order clothes from. If you are not happy with your purchase the only option is a store credit. And their clothes are always out of stock. Do not order from here. It's 100% NOT WORTH IT!

I placed an order back in Nov 27,2023. It has yet to be shipped and of course my card has been charged but I have yet after a month of waiting. I have tried to contact the company and am getting no responses at all just being completely ignored.

I ordered something that online looked like a sweater. When it was received it was more like an expensive bathing suit top. Ugly beyond belief. In addition, I paid extra to order it express so that a family member could get it on time. It never came within the timeframe which sometimes happens. I informed the company and went back and forth with them multiple times asking for the extra money I paid to have it rushed. They lied and made up ridiculous claims so as to not give me back the money. I was willing to pay for shipping but not for the extra amount I paid for it be sent express. I sent them all the documentation and they still refused to pay me back. I will never ever order from them again.

Big scam. Took two months to recieve my order after I canceled. I refused the package. They confirmed they recieved it back. Still waiting on a credit because they refuse to give my money back, now refuse to respond to my emails. Just took my money. Very frustrating
