Most recently had an issue with a few White Fox sweatshirts. After washing in cold water both by hand and in a washing cycle on delicate, the dye on parts of the sweatshirt came off. I immediately alerted their customer service- the following emails will tell you enough about this company. BUYER BEWARE
My email: The three sweatshirts were hand washed and left to dry. In the drying process, my daughter noticed parts of each sweatshirt that were discolored or losing the dye. I personally think it's ridiculous that any sweatshirt must be hand washed and air dried, but we've always followed your products washing instructions on the label.
My oldest daughter is in college and also received one from Christmas. I know for a fact college students *are not* handwashing any clothes, so I will have to ask her how her sweatshirt is holding up when she comes home,
There are 3 sweatshirts that are now ruined. I bought by daughter one and she received the other 2 as gifts from family. I have pictures if you would like me to send them to you. My daughter is so upset and so am I as these sweatshirts are very expensive.
Please tell me what can be done.
I have noticed that there are several complaints regarding the quality of the products and customer service of this boutique. White Fox Response: After carefully assessing the images, the discoloration appears consistent with contact from a stain remover, bleaching agent, or residue from a previous wash cycle (for example, leftover detergent, whitening agents, or cleaning products inside the machine). The lightened areas and dye loss pattern are typically seen when fabric comes into contact with a bleaching or oxidising substance during the wash process.
We're truly sorry this has happened, especially across multiple items, and we completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this must be. However, as the damage appears to have occurred during the care process rather than from a manufacturing fault, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement on this occasion.

My Response: A goodwill gesture? Well, that's a joke. You and your company are basically calling me a liar after I specifically told you how this product was handled while washing. I don't even own bleach! As I've already said, White Fox has the most ridiculous washing instructions, and I know that my daughters and I are not the only customers this has happened too. This should not be the case with any sweatshirt, seriously!
As a marketing professional, I've seen it all and after reading the poor reviews of your company and my own delayed response, I concluded this was going to be how you handled it. I will never buy again from White Fox, and I will make sure to make it known that your sweatshirts are poor quality. It's a shame that you treat your customers this way, but in my experience that does not come without consequences.
I feel badly for all the young people this has and will happen to. Your sweatshirts are expensive and had I known that washing them could lead to this, I would have never purchased a single one.
I ordered some lounge wear for my granddaughter for Christmas on December 10. Supposed to be in stock and ship in 2-5 business days. It's now going on 6 weeks. UPS has a shipping label but hasn't been delivered to them. Numerous emails sent and was told "in transit " then told "order processing delayed". They won't cancel the order and refund my payment. If there is a problem with the purchase they won't even allow a return. I'm telling all my granddaughters to not take a chance on buying anything from White Fox!
Terrible company, bought an item for my wife 25th November as a Christmas present, It doesn't fit as trousers come up short but they are refusing to refund or even give a store credit.

I attempted to order a gift from White Fox Boutique for my cousin which I intended to have sent to her directly for Christmas. But when I chose Apple Pay it immediately said order confirmed. I was caught off guard as I hadn't entered any shipping info. Where were they sending it? I checked the order, and it had an address I hadn't lived at for 5 years. Though I'd changed the address the old one was still somehow also attached to my Apple Pay, which is apparently an occasional glitch with Apple. I immediately attempted to contact the company. There is no phone number only chat or email. The chat was closed so I emailed, even including the correct address to reroute it. I received an automated, but reassuring response stating that due to the urgency my request would be escalated to the right team to stop or reroute it, and someone would be in touch. It actually said "hang tight". The next day I tried the chat, hoping to talk to an actual person. This too resulted in a similar automated response. I've posted pics below of both responses. That evening I received an email it had shipped, and it still had the wrong address. I started researching the company and came across a number of complaints that prompted me to check their FAQ. Turns out the auto responses were a lie. They actually have a policy that no changes can be made once an order is confirmed. Supposedly this is because they're really fast, and they will have already started processing the order. Right. Pull this leg, and it plays Jingle Bells. Other policies I discovered were no cancellations and no refunds for any reason. Store credit is granted only once the item is returned even if you have no control over that. This is not customer service. I filed a dispute with my bank on the basis that the emails were misleading, and I never actually confirmed the order. That's a legal requirement for an order to be valid, and just selecting a payment method doesn't qualify. And note that the emails are deliberately misleading. They could just as easily be programmed to respond with the policy. Had I received that response I would have stopped payment. Instead, based on the false responses I gave the company a chance to resolve it. Lesson learned. I'd never have ordered from them in the first place had I checked their policies first. As I said, they're a big screw you to customers.
White fox has just scammed me on a purchase of over $200.00 they refuse to issue me a return when the item came too bog in size and defected. Stating that it was on final sale when nowhere in the app or after checking out did it indicate that item was on final sale.
They only allow refund to payment method if you don't select the reason that it didn't fit even for items that the sizing makes no sense. They weren't even able to make an exception for me on two items as a new customer.
WARNING! Don't shop here! My item arrived damaged with white stains everywhere and they won't refund you. Or you have to pay to have it shipped back to them. This is my first purchase and I will never happen again. It's 2025... this was supposed to be my daughter's summer clothes. The customs fees were more than the cost of the order itself, and when I contacted customer service, they offered store credit instead of a refund. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. Do not shop here!
Costumer service was rude. They sent me a damaged opened package with what looks like worn clothes and refused to give me a refund. Product wasn't cheap either!
White Fox Boutique is a total scam! The sizes are completely wrong. I ordered an XS, and it looked like an XL! I had no choice but to return it, and guess what? They deducted $20 from my refund for return shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. Never shopping here again
They are scamming people. They offer prices in CAD, and specifically offer selecting a US+Canada+Mexico storefront. They specifically cater to Canadian customers while concealing the fact that there is an import tax on your goods shipped to Canada. They conceal the fact that the parcel is shipped from Australia - the website title says 'White Fox Boutique US', which is plain false as the storefront is not based in the US in any way. They then coerce people into accepting the import taxes by refusing refunds when the parcel is already en route, which means that the first time the customer is notified of there being an import tax (by the shipping company), it's already too late to cancel the order. The website makes every effort to appear that you are ordering from a US store, and only mentions the import taxes somewhere deep in their TOS.
Bought a hoodie and sweatpants for my granddaughter for Christmas. Washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. The hoodie and pants had big spots that faded after washing. After numerous emails and pictures was told that because the items were not turned inside out to wash they would not replace. Thus should not of made a difference. Will not purchase anything from them again. Material should be better quality for the price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAM. FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN VIOLATION WITH ACCREDITED BUSINESS PROGRAMS. Would give ZERO starts, if a possibility. My daughter ordered from here in December and we never received a product. Tracking shows it was returned to sender, although the address used is my actual address. This scam company is refusing to issue my daughter a refund when a product was never received and to no fault of our own. They state they will issue store credit when they get the product back. It's been over 2 months since ordered and over 6 weeks since lost shipping. If we were returning the product and issued store credit, fine, that would be one thing. Not the case here! WE NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT and are not making a return. Please do not do business with this unethical "company."
I purchased 2 products from White fox and they took over 2 months to arrive with significant customs charges. The quality was very low and the seams came apart after only 3-4 times worn even after washing on the delicate cycle in cold water and hanging to dry!
Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for a response about an exchange since December 21st, and nearly two months later, there's still no progress. I understand the Christmas period might have caused some delays, but this issue started well before then—it's ridiculous! I've used their "Contact Us" form on their website four times with no reply. Also, a heads-up: their sizing is way off—their small size is massive!
I have NEVER dealt with a company with such poor customer service. All I wanted was to exchange or get store credit for a few items that were the wrong size that I purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. They DO NOT reply to emails; except for automated replies that say they have received my message & will get back with me - they never do. Oh, the automated replies also say don't send additional messages because I will lose my place in the queue. And no phone number to try that route. It's now February 11,2025 & I began my attempt on Dec 27,2024. Definitely long enough for the issue to be resolved. I will be giving the items to charity & purchasing something else for my granddaughter. I am not the type of person to get online & register complaints, but their service is nonexistent & I felt I just had to share in the hopes of saving someone else frustration & money. Bottom line: If you have any problems with merchandise from White Fox, you won't get your money refunded. I do not recommend White Fox.
My wife bought a shirt for our daughter from this corrupt business. The shirt had a large clean slice on the sleeve like it was the top shirt in a box that was opened with a box cutter and they cut too deep and sluced the shirt. The shirt came this way and they will not refund us our money. My wife sent several emails back and forth with customer service with photos of the slice and they refuse to do the honorable thing and offer a refund for a junk piece of clothing that cant be repaired or worn. The only thing its good for is a shop rag to check my oil with. DO NOT BY FROM THIS UNTRUSTWORTY COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO MORALS.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
