To clarify, I was simply requesting a refund for the lack of transparency concerning the shipping fees at checkout, which I believe is a reasonable and fair expectation. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays and a lack of action, despite Whitefox having already received my payment.
I understand that the import fees are out of their control, but I paid $100 CAD for 2 dresses that I don't have, and they're giving me $30USD in store credit? That's ridiculous.

I recently ordered a sweatsuit from White Fox. Immediately after placing my order, I realized the wrong size was on the order page and I emailed the company to see if they would change the size. Not long after, I received an email stating that they could not help me due to my order already being processed and that I could submit a return. Most online companies will let you cancel or modify an order immediately after submission. I proceeded to try and return my order, and I was made aware that the company charges over $10 for a return label that is the customers responsibility to print. While I understood I would only being given store credit, a $10 fee was unnecessary. I then received an email from another store representative named Mikaela stating "it is your responsibility as the customer to read and understand all policies prior to purchase." This response was unnecessary as Mikaela could have just stated they could not help me further. To tell a customer it is their responsibility to "understand" before buying is very degrading and mean.
Still have yet to receive the items I purchased. I have sent email after email and nothing. If you go on their social media and make a comment, they will respond asking for your order number as if they care, but then they never get back to you. Just don't do it... save your energy and money.
I have NEVER dealt with a company that has such absolute abysmal customer service. When I realized it had been 3 weeks since I ordered (and was charged) and I still hadn't gotten my package, I went through my emails to try and find my order info. I realized I never even received a confirmation email, an order number, tracking number, nothing. They don't respond to emails, went to social media to try and find a way to contact them, and there I found thousands of people with the same, if not worse, problems. To not even issue an apology to these people is inexcusable. You can't just take people's money and then ghost them. Please, if you're considering ordering from them, give your business to a company that actually appreciates their customers instead.

Purchased items for Christmas on Black Friday. They never shipped an item out. But they set it as shipped so it sits in Australia's port, so you can't cancel an order once you realize they are never going to ship you clothes.
Absolutely awful. I ordered three items on November 27 2024, and I contacted them many times nothing back and now when I look on the website, my order disappeared. I still do not have my refund and probably won't. They are awful. Do not order from them.
Scammed me out of my $110USD. I placed an order for that sum & it never came. I kept contacting White Fox with them not replying. Way later I find out that they gave me store credit for that sum but never told me! When I realized I have the credit it was already expired because I never knew about it & was not notified... I got in contact with customer service & they refuse to resolve the problem they created. They just stole $108 from me... what scammers...
Shipping and customer service is awful. The clothing is nice but I am very disappointed in their customer service and shipping issues.
Think twice before ordering from here if you're in the US. Not only does shipping take a month but if you need a different size or refund you must pay for shipping...wait 5 to 6 weeks for it to arrive at their warehouse & THEN another 4 to 5 weeks for them to assess the items & THEN issue you store credit. No refunds allowed & no size changes etc.
Super disappointed as I emailed about a faulty product that was unworn and has a literal inch-size hole in the sleeve and they refused to give me the return. Do not order from them.
Ordered a xs hoodie that fits like a large. Decided I would keep and get another one smaller, however when I looked on there site it showed that the xxs was sold out. I contacted them via email about getting a refund since I clearly couldn't get a smaller size which would mean my set I ordered I couldn't have a matching hoodie with it, so now my decision to keep the one I had was out the window if I couldn't even get a new one in the size I wanted. When I emailed them I was told there refund policy doesn't allow refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing and that store credit is the only thing I could get, mind you I would have gladly kept the hoodie and give it to a friend and paid for a smaller size, but that wasn't an option due to there smaller size being out of stock which was there problem. I find it really ridiculous that I would not be offered a refund due to them being the reason I couldn't get a smaller size to begin with since they are out of stock. I will never be ordering from this overpriced, poor sizing place again.
Ordered a hoodie and paid $80. Less than 12 hours later it was 80% off. I sent an email and message because there's no phone number listed, just to be told no they don't do that. Item hadn't even shipped. Tried to cancel order, but they said no. Sent an email asking how store credit works because I live in the US, clearly didn't read the email because they stated I'd be given store credit… DUH I know this, but how will I receive it? Still no answer, just told to refer back to the terms and agreements as well as the return policy. I plan to return the item, purchase when on sale and then never purchasing again. That is if I get my order before 14 days because after 14 days you're stuck.

We ordered a light pink dress. It was completely sheer and would have made great lingerie, but not a dress. You could see every outline of everything underneath and there was no way to line it. White Fox would not refund. They took $19 in fees and said they would provide a store credit, but weeks later I am still waiting for a "store credit." I can't imagine what I would ever want to try using the credit for in the future.
Terrible customer service! My package was missing so I emailed them in OCTOBER and they just emailed me back today a whole month later saying to contact the carrier. When I contact the carrier they tell me it wasn't them who delivered it. White fox is doing nothing to help me
If you're in Canada- I'd say don't order. It took 1 month to get here. Online tracking didn't update between AUSPost and CanadaPost. By the time I got the CanadaPost notice- It had already been returned. Horrible. Now have been waiting for 2 months for it to get back to Australia- and they won't do a full refund.
I ordered 2 clothing items from White Fox for my daughter's birthday. (I live in the US) I emailed them when I never received an email conformation. Thankfully, I took a screen shot after ordering so I'd have some type of conformation number but it didn't matter... I emailed Sara at White Fox several times over two weeks and was told that my order was never actually completed, and I would need to submit and pay for another order! Of course, I'm not submitting or paying for another order! I already purchased the first order that White Fox lost and somehow can't seem to find. White Fox couldn't find my order, my email, my address or my payment! I would advise against purchasing from White Fox! After all of this, which was about 2 weeks and 10 emails between me and their AI generated customer service, the order magically showed up on my doorstep… so frustrating! Apparently, I was right! Imagine that! I did place the order correctly and I did pay for it yet your customer service couldn't find my order and advised me to place another order… I would never order from here again!
This is kinda scam. They sent me a fault product and they don't accept a return.

Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
