I bought from white fox many times because their clothes are cute. However, their customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. My return was delivered to them, and mind you they only issue store credit and you have to pay for shipping to Australia. However they didn't issue my store credit until I disputed the charge with my bank, how convenient. I will not be shopping on this site again. There are much better stores out there.
Awful customer service. My order was tracked and delivered to a completely different country. I now have to wait for them to get the parcel (about 90 days….)

Great product. However orders take a long time to arrive in UK. Sweatshirts are extremely oversized and White Fox do not have the support to deal with the return process. Despite copious attempts to contact White Fox as they state, "do not return unless this is through the correct channels" however they do not respond. I am still awaiting a response following my email dated 13 October!
I added quite a few things to my basket and wanted to see how much the total would be including a coupon code before buying it which you can not do before pressing checkout on the website. So i pressed checkout and before i even had chance to put the coupon code in, edit my card details and edit my address it automatically placed my order. This order was £500 worth of items so obviously i was extremely upset and angry. Following this, i emailed white fox asking if i could be refunded as it didn't even let me have chance to use my coupon code- they replied saying we can not refund but can only add the coupon code credit to my account. I think this is completely unfair as i was not planning to purchase all those items that day and now i'm being refused a refund even though i've agreed to return my items. Something like this also happened on another occasion where i added multiple things to my basket and removed two of them before purchasing; when i pressed checkout it added those items onto my order when i had removed them before purchasing. When i emailed white fox about this they refused to refund me and said they could only add it to my store credit if they were sent back. Although white fox have nice products they are a money stealing rip off.
We purchased a sweater for under $60 CAD and expected to pay some duties/taxes. But DHL charged us $20 in fees alone! Plus duties and taxes. Came to $40! That's ridiculous. The FEES should be disclosed during checkout as they know they're shipping to Canada and they know what the carrier they chose charges.Won't be ordering again.
Ordering from the UK almost 3 weeks ago and its still saying that the parcel is in transit when it says 3-5 business days. I have sent many emails regarding this issue and had very vague delayed responses. I am calling my bank to get the money back as the business is so unhelpful. Do not recommend ordering if you are from the UK!
I placed an order (late) for a dress for my daughers HOCO dance. There was no ability to expedite shipping and after I placed the order (US delivery) it said to please allow 10-20 days for shipping. I sent a message to customer service asking if there was a way to expedite shipping to ensure we would have the dress in time... I have been burned several times with other companies and didn't have much faith I would have the dress in time. I had a few less appealing options as backup but White Fox totally came through and we received the dress the morning of the dance! Thank you so very much for even trying --much less being able to accommodate this request! To say I we were thankful is an understatement. It's a super busy time for them for orders and a big ask and they totally came through!
I have ordered 2 hoodies from them and they are so great! They're super comfortable and they came super fast (about a week after I ordered). Must have college girlie staple!
I am so obsessed with this brand. I believe that everything is fairly priced in comparison to the quality of the clothes. The size guides are super accurate which is so important for a completely online clothing brand. The majority of my dresses are from them, and they never disappoint. I just wish they were closer so the clothes could get to the U.S. faster!
So after 4 attempts to contact WHITE FOX I am a little bit over being ignored by them 'babe' they are VERY quick take your order and your payment, but, just try getting someone to try and help you! NO CHANCE! They even say that if you respond more than once you will drop back to the bottom of the queue! Nice! So now, it has been WELL over 6 weeks, pretty sure they wont accept my return for an item that is too small and all I wanted to know was could I please combine two returns in one postage cost to save on double postage. Well that's probably just cost me $100 instead of saving me $10. In the meantime, the return that I sent back previously took SO long to process the store credit on, that when it came back in stock in my size, I paid for it myself so I didn't risk missing out on it again. Amazingly 2 days later they issued a store credit (after weeks of waiting) their products are amazing their customer service is $#*!! IF I EVER sort out my store credit's etc I doubt they will be hearing from is after that! REALLY BAD SERVICE. Can't phone them and they don't reply to you…… whats with that?!?! Appalling
2 Stars is only for their products -3 stars for lack of customer service which DOES NOT EXIST
With no phone number or address on US soil, this company is a scam. The only way to reach anyone is through email, and all they send is emails saying "sorry, all we have is credit." It is October, ordered in early July and still no shipment. The lost order is now "store credit' as if I'd even wear their clothing. If you value your time, money and sanity, find your fashion and spend your money elsewhere.
Hoodie arrived with big rip on pouch in front (pocket). This was noted immediately & photo taken and emailed to whitefox... Response from Maddie was for me to return from Ireland at my expence? Not in keeping with their T&Cs. Ive since emailed 18 times, and get a generic (cringy worthy) '' hey babe, I have flagged with CS & someone will be in touch with you''. No one ever has responded. Dispical treatment. Ive done a lot of research on this company & reviews are pretty abysmal. Too late now however. Owners just purchased another mansion

NEVER ORDER HERE. I purchased a large order ($500) to the U.S that was said to be "delivered" by DHL. I waited a day after the notification as they released it when I did not authorize but it was still not delivered! I reached out the White Fox and DHL, White fox has taken over a week to respond both through email and social media. My order was not there when I was home. No driver was on camera. What does this conclusion even mean? I did not update my address or provide DHL with the authority so. It is ridiculous as I KNOW DHL and Fedex drivers have not delivered packages before. This was a lot of money for me and I needed these items for school tailgates. I'm super frustrated and with the HUNDREDS of other comments asking them to do the same thing.

Hoodie arrived damaged with stains all over the back and strings coming out of the lining. Terrible condition to receive an item in! I just want all my money that i spent on this terrible faulty product back!

Contacted costumer service and they say that they can't refund the price i paid for shipping (EVEN THOUGH THEIR ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY) and i have to pay the shipping price to return it! From the uk this will cost around £20 to send back!
It's an absolute hassle and incredibly long winded. This company has no care for customer satisfaction at all.
Best advice would be to avoid this company so you don't get scammed! Never had a worse experience anywhere else like i've had with white fox!

I ordered a sweatsuit, sweatpants and a sweatshirt, i also payed for express shipping. Not only did it say my package was delivered not 2-7 days, but 15 days later. AND it wasn't even delivered to the correct address. I contacted DHL and they just gave me a case number and told me to contact white fox again. I've been trying to reach out to white fox, and i've got NOTHING. It's been well over a week. This company is awful and deserves no business.
Kmart and Big W offer the same design options and quality for 20% of the price, overall so disappointed
I never write any reviews but or this one I just felt like I needed too. White fox has THE WORST costumer service. I paid extra money for my express shipping because I needed it to come here at a certain time, turns out the express shipping was such a waste of money. Then after a week after it said it was suppose to come in, I emailed them. They replied back saying that they are having difficulties at the moment, so I said okay that's upsetting but can I at least get my money back for the express shipping, right. But no, they respond back right when I get my package, 2 weeks later, and send exactly, "I can see this reached you within the timeframe you paid for. :)" Like no it did not come in when it said it would, it came in 2 weeks later, if I wanted it to come two weeks later than it said it would, then I wouldn't have paid for express shipping. They are extremely rude and will not give me my money back. Therefore, if you need something in less than a week, don't buy from here!

I purchased a garment, only to find that it practically disintegrated during its first use. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I firmly believe in reasonable wear and tear, but what I encountered was far from acceptable.
While White Fox offered a 50% discount for a repurchase, it doesn't ease my disappointment. What I truly desire is a replacement or a refund. Frankly, I'm hesitant to invest more money in their products until this issue is resolved and their quality improves.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
