When I ordered I paid extra for shipping 2-5 days. It's been over 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped it yet! They take days to respond to emails and don't do refunds. If I would of known any of this I would of never placed a order. Worst experience ever ordering clothes. I feel like I have been deceived.

The clothes are cute! My items take about about a week to deliver to South Carolina when I use express shipping which is understandable considering they are from Australia. I think it is good to mention to size down when buying their oversized sweaters if you don't want it to be huge. I would love to see some more knitted sweaters and embroidered sweatshirts in the future. Overall, White Fox Boutique is one of my favorite clothing stores to shop at.

I paid extra $ for a quicker delivery however when I chased White Fox as my package hadn't arrived within 3 - 4 days (as per their website). They came back and said delivery time estimates do not include the dispatch time! What a joke the dispatch takes longer than the delivery... a week later and still not dispatched... who knows when I will receive it! DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THEIR WEBSITE!

The import fees for the shipment are not covered by the company - I had an order of 340 CAD and paid 103 CAD in import fees. I have never had the experience of 30 percent being calculated for duties and import taxes.

When I emailed customer care, I had explained that I would like to return the items (and pay the return shipment fee), and I was told I would receive store credit...and have 100 CAD taken off my order as a return fee. This obviously wasn't helpful, as having a store credit would mean I would never use the now 240 CAD, as the import fees would still be too high.

Disappointed, because I really liked the clothes, but their policies are not properly outlined when making a purchase. Be careful.

I bought the electric blue hoodie, it is so soft and comfortable. I also bought a maxi dress and it fits perfectly and snatches my waist!

The shopping experience was the best ive ever had online. White Fox Boutique always has so many sales, even though their prices are already affordable. They have the cutest loungewear and sets EVER. I am absolutely obsessed with how comfortable, but cute their clothes are.

I have purchased multiple items from This site. The size chart is inaccurate and I find myself sending items back often. I decided to order a corset top and matching skirt. Apparently it was on "sale" but it did not say clearance or final sale when checking out. When I received the items they were made for a small child. I went to start the return process and was told I'm ineligible for return (keep in mind tags are attached, it's not worn). I wasn't even looking for a refund & was more than happy with a store credit, which I made clear to customer service. I was told by customer service it says in FINE PRINT under the description box (it's hidden) that sales items are not eligible for a return. I just wasted money on two items that I will NEVER fit into. Needless to say the customer service is poor, this site is money hungry & they could care less about their returning customers. I will never purchase from them again.

My return processed on July 31st and it is now August 17th and I have still yet to receive my store credit.

Placed a order that never came. Took about 8 months to get the money back. No wonder they have no phone number.

Awful customer service. Won't refund me for an item they sent with missing items. Provided all details to their customer service and they don't care, say they want to help as quickly as possible but leave you to your own devices with only a store credit offer. After waiting almost 2 months for my order I don't want to purchase from them again

I love the sweatshirts here. They are so comfortable and the website is made easy to shop and find exactly what I want.

My order was confirmed as misdelivered and they have yet to refund me or even replace the package, the worst consumer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Wouldn't recommend ordering for a business that can't take accountability for THEIR mistakes.

The order came when i was not home and i had asked for it to be dropped off at the front door but never happend, then asked for more money to resend the package, and never ended up getting my clothes or money back

I made an order since the 4th of July and it has not been dispatched till date, bearing in mind that it is almost 1 month
You can literally order an item for an occasion 1 month before and still not receive it
I wouldn't recommend, really bad delivery

I ordered clothes that were cancelled and not even delivered to my house due to the unexpectedly high duties fees and they want to give a $400 store credit instead of refund. WHAT PART OF I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN DO YOU NOT GET. GIVE ME MY REFUND!
