I ordered a few clothing pieces from White Fox over three weeks ago. I also paid for express shipping. It has now been three weeks (15 working days) since I placed my order and my order still has not been shipped from their warehouse and shows as "processing". I have DMed them and emailed them multiple times, however don't seem to be receiving any replies. Definitely would steer clear if you are wanting your package in an orderly time and wanting good customer service.
Love my shirts! They are super oversized so I will size down on the next order. But the thickest, soft quality! Super cute with biker shorts OBSESSED!
White Fox has possibly the worst retail customer service ever! They take DAYS to respond and when they do, it's usually a few words that doesn't resolve the issue and you have to go back and forth with days in between. They defiantly don't put the customer first and make you feel like any issue you have, is your fault. Would NOT recommend purely based on their customer service
Misleading advertising and advice. White Fox Boutique does not offer refunds under any circumstances (see other posts below from consumers that have been burnt). Although they have "refund" listed as an option when you go to create a return, that box is greyed out and therefore invalid (misleading). I placed an order for $1233 AUD not a single item fit (their clothes run extremely small - misleading). Sent all items back within a 12 hour period. Have written several emails to their customer service team and received what appears to be automated chatbot responses not addressing any of the issues stated. Instead they just send back their standard terms and conditions, absolving themselves of all responsibility. Now having to escalate through other channels including the ACCC. Items are also low quality and look cheap. Many other better alternatives out their with much better customer service and real refunds like ShowPo or the Iconic. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in Australia.

I usually love the brand and have never had an issue ordering but first time using the app and it's changed my address from Goldcoast to Tasmania. When notified that they had sent to wrong address there was no care no responsibility just that the customer must of done it wrong and is lying. No help to sort it nothing.
They also said it will eventually get back to them and then will be issued with a store credit which I do not want due to this experience! They do not care about customers.
I paid for express shipping which is labeled as 2-7 business days. It has been at least 5 business days now and hasn't even shipped. Truly dissatisfied. I feel scammed of my money :(
I purchased a dress and had to guess the size because the sizing chart was highly inaccurate and unhelpful. The dress was way too small. When I went to return it, they only allowed me to get store credit and charged me $11 to generate a shipping label that I had to pay for to return ship. I will never order from this online retailer again. Very bad quality product, too, given the price. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Company is holding my money for products not received! They say they were lost in transit and it's not their responsibility? Beware of this company as they said that I can only have a store credit and all I want is my money back.

Tamara responded back within 24 hours of my email! I was worried I wouldn't receive my package on time for Coachella. She was able to assure me the package would arrive in time and was so sweet! I'm so excited for my order!
You can tell a retailer is shady when their return policy is odd and their customer service is non-existent, let alone purposely delayed to make the most out of that shady policy.
I bought a couple clothes to do a review, and accidentally double-purchased an order due to a system error and shipping differences, I tried to reach out in panic to both email and chat with a full explanation and asking that one of the orders be refunded, the chat - despite being sent in the middle of their workday (9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday AEST) was never answered after it mentioned I was going to be reached out to in <12min, I have been keeping that chat window open for a good hour, nothing. After diving into their policies, I then find out that even though I sent the request within moments of my order, they, by policy, WILL NOT REFUND EVEN A CANCELLATION, only store credit, and "conveniently" can't guarantee being able to cancel an order even right after placing it because it takes them 2 days to get back to you.
Not even shein is this shady...surprisingly, the only way i'll ever shop here again is if this is resolved understanding the circumstances and I am properly refunded. Please don't waste your time for this level of clothing quality!
I waited for the major sale I ordered almost $400 (after %) worth of clothing from WhiteFox. I live in public housing in my country and I opted for signature on delivery but that was not carried out as per my instructions and my parcel got stolen since it is an open space and people walk to and fro to pass by. I tried to explain the living situation to them. Whitefox has been extremely unhelpful and not a single bit empathetic to my situation. Extremely upset and will not recommend shopping here!
I understand they don't do refunds for "change of mine", however mine wasn't a change of mind. The guidelines on the website were incorrect and falsely advertised. Never shopping here again nor my friends/family.
Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Package arrived and was missing some things that I ordered. Customer service refused to send me the missing pieces and refused to refund me. Very disappointed and feel like I flushed my money down a toilet.
All I can say about their lounge wear is yes. YES YES YES. It is my favorite loungewear I've ever owned. So so soft, long enough for my 5'11" body, and of course adorable.

I overlooked the normal shipping speed was so long and contacted customer support to switch my shipping speed and they were extremely quick to respond and update my shipping speed. Will now be able to receive my order in time for my event!

Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
