Right after placing my order I realized that I needed my item much sooner than the standard shipping allowed for. I placed an order for a dress to wear on my birthday. After selecting regular shipping, I realized it wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed the customer service team, explaining the issue and inquiring whether or not I could change the shipping to express. They answered less than 48 hours later, updating the shipping and doing it free of cost. This means I will have the dress in time! I was amazed with the service, the best I have ever dealt with!
I was able to change my order from domestic shipping to express thanks to Mia from white fox customer service, I received a response within hours I'm waiting for my order now to review the clothing so far so good!

I would NOT recommend this company! Firstly it's been 2 months and I've had no one contact me for my return! I've attempted twice as you say not to keep contacting as it pushes you to the bottom of the list! Second the dress looks nothing like the picture! It's longer and its cut makes it look completely different to what you have advertised! Third the material is completely different! I'm talking a light champagne coloured dress turned up as a metallic brass colour! My order number is #AUS******* if you would like to do the right thing and contact me to organise my full refund!

I used apple pay which helped me purchase so fast that I was unable to update the shipping method. After contacting customer service, it was taken care of within one day and i no longer needed to worry about my package arriving too late.

Dresses were ripped, not nearly as close to what they were seen as on the photo. They refused to give me a refund to my original payment method and only offered 'gift card' why would I do that just to receive more sh*t quality clothes and even WORSE customer service!
When I asked for it to be taken to higher management my email was ignored. Not to mention almost 2 weeks to reply to my initial email!

I had ordered some clothes that I was planning on wearing to the Taylor Swift concert but didn't double check my shipping option before I paid. I quickly emailed their customer service to see if they could help me and Melissa was able to change it and my clothes are expected in the next couple of days with more than enough time before the concert! I am just so grateful she is such a lifesaver and so sweet. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her. I have never ordered from this company before so they didn't owe me anything but now I have so much respect for them and will definitely choose to shop there first from now on!

Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
