I ordered clothes that I wanted for a specific date and paid extra for express shipping. I never got a confirmation that the clothes have been dispatched so I reached out to customer service and did not get a reply for another week. I asked for them to refund my express shipping OR void the return fee and they said that they were so busy that they could not send out my items on time and that I cannot get a refund for the reason being that when they did eventually send out my order, it arrived in 7 days. So that means that even if you order express (2-7) days, that only counts from when they ship it out so they can wait 2 weeks then and then ship it out and claim that it was still express. Ridiculous. Especially since I am no stuck with them since they only offer store credit and not refund.
I ordered some tracksuit pants and a jumper. I had never purchased from here before so I followed the size guide. WAY too big, like too big to even wear. I asked for a refund or to exchange free of charge. I have sent 6 emails and only got a response saying stop emailing because it will push you back in the queue. I was about to go on a holiday so I just went through with the return process and figured I'll order when the credit comes through. Which was supposed to be as soon as the delivery arrived. They received the delivery on the 6th. It is now the 14th. I still am not having my store credit show up and I still have not had any responses to my emails. I am actually furious with this company. Disgusting customer service. I will be sending more emails trying to get my money back because I don't want to buy from them again with store credit.
So disappointed to be honest. I ordered the 'Sharp Edges Bustier White' - please beware to anyone buying this, given how expensive it is. I loved it, it fit perfectly and I wore it out two separate nights. I was going to wear it out for another one, but the boning in the front has somehow broken, snapped or something. It looks like you're walking around with broken ribs, it's unwearable and broken. For $60, two times wearing it is just unacceptable.
If I'm being constructive, my other purchases with White Fox have been fine albeit limited. But I've bought corset tops from other cheaper places and haven't had that issue - so there's no real reason to buy from here.
Poor customer service. Have sent over 5 emails with no response. I guess express shipping doesn't count when it's free. Can't even provide tracking number. Will only buy AMERICAN made from now on not this Aussie bull$#*!
I'm obsessed and can't refer you to buy white fox enough! Everything thing you get you're automatically guaranteed 10/10 quality! Sizing is always accurate as well! I love that you can see the heights of the models and what size they are wearing it's just an extra plus!
Returned part of my order as it didn't fit well, I must say the products were good. However the tracking number for my return says it arrived to them over two weeks ago, with nothing been done for the return process on their end, not even emailed to say it's been received or any information. I have attempted to email them regarding the return with no reply, i then used their online inquiry page with no reply. Went to their Instagram page and on all the photos it's people complaining about the same thing, make sure you check out their Instagram comments before supporting their business, clearly don't care about customer service.
I purchased the Offstage Hoodie in Glacier Grey and I unpackaged my parcel to find a hole on the front above the white fox logo. Pretty disappointed to find a hole in a brand new jumper. The Offstage Hoodie in Amazon that I also purchased arrived in perfect condition.
Returned two items and never received a credit, they also do not respond to inquiries. Black pants that were washed in less than warm temp water stained the whole laundy. Be aware!

White fox has such cute clothes and sizes are pretty accurate as well. The only thing I would say is that they are overpriced for their clothes for a lot of people. Not everyone of course but White Fox is nice to treat yourself to just once in a while.

I purchased several item over 30 days ago. To date I have not received the items. Over $240.00 spent. I reached out three separate times to the customer service email and have gotten zero response. I would not recommend doing business with this company,
I requested to change shipping methods although my order has already been made. The customer service agent, Tika, was able to upgrade the shipping method for me. She was very helpful!
Ordered products on November 26th for Christmas gifts. Plenty of time, right? It's January 7th and still no products. They arrived in my city then shipped out to Virginia and now touring Miami. I have contacted customer service FIVE times and ZERO response. Pretty gross White Fox. Do better. Respond to customers that paid you in earnest.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
