Ordered 4 items on 11/30/2022 for Christmas presents. Company charged my credit card immediately. It's January 4,2023 (35 days after my order and 10 days after Christmas) and nothing! I started sending emails to customer service on December 17,2022 to cancel the order (six separate emails for a week and not one response). Instead I got a email today telling me my package was delivered. Yeah right. Save your time, money and frustration. This company is not customer service focused and they just don't care about anything except taking your money.
The products are fantastic although I have recently just placed an order and it has been almost 2 weeks. No response back from the company when asking about shipment. 2 emails and no reply. Says it would take 1-4 days for shipping! It is for a gift and worried it may not arrive.

I purchased 6 pairs of hot pink metallic bathers for myself and my friends for my hen's trip, all which after one wear in the pool faded and had patches of no colour. The customer service person I spoke to said because the bathers were not prewashed in a washing machine it's considered 'wear & tear'- could not believe they refused to offer any remedy because swimwear should not do this? Prewashing a fabric doesn't prevent it from fading? I usually shop with White all the time (purchased multiple loungewear items, bikinis and other clothing) but considering the customer service I received I will not be shopping here again.
I spent about 350.00 on clothes from this site for my daughter's Christmas presents and they never sent it. It's been since December 3rd and still no one has gotten back to me. Ruined my Christmas and my daughter never got to open a gift frome. Very stressful and upsetting that they would take my money but not send the clothes. I can't even get an answer from them. I would like my money back plus more for ruining our Christmas.
Placed an order 12/2/2022. It is now 1/2/2023 and not a peep from them. They sure took my money though.
Can't get a response to my several email I've sent. Guess I have no choice but to call my bank and report it as a theft. By the reviews on FB they have taken thousands of customers money and never sent the items. I'd give a -0 rating if I could!

The initial communication was really great when I ordered on November 21. I did not pay for expedited shipping so it said it could take up to 20 days to ship. OK that's fine. The week of Christmas I started stalking customer service, mind you there is no phone number to call, and at first I got an email back stating that since I didn't pay for expedited shipping it would take a while to get through customs. I explained that I did get something saying that the order was delivered, but it showed up somewhere in Australia, since that time I have sent about 20 messages with no response I have two girls that both wanted stuff from this place for Christmas and were disappointed. Today is January 2 and I just looked and it's still shows as sitting in Australia. The very strange thing is that I have a couple of friends that also bought clothes for their daughters that arrived in about a week. How does that happen?

For an update. 4 days before Christmas they decide to tell me half of the order cannot be fulfilled. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but. I cannot get a reply from them. Just these stupid Hey babe, hi lovely emails. Do not do business with them.
Really great quality and very comfy highly recommend their jumpers. Although it did take a while to come it was worth it!
I purchased some clothing and it must not have been in stock, it took longer than stated to ship. I asked for a refund as it still had not been shipped. They refused and would only give me a store credit, so I decided to wait for the order. When I got it the pants they were not the size I ordered, they were too big so I looked into exchanging them and I was expected to pay the return postage
I purchased a WhiteFix crewneck and I can confidently say that their product is amazing, great value for money, and so comfortable and versatile. An absolutely well thought out brand and product range with promising shipping results! Must have in your wardrobe!
If you're buying an outfit for a specific date make sure you order at least 2 months in advanced. Ordered an outfit on December 1st for my bday on Dec 20. It's now almost January 1st and my order is still "in transit". They Said they would deliver within 10 days and when I asked for refund they "can't refund money back". Will never order from here again, I don't care how cute the clothes may be. Hopefully I actually get my outfit even though I won't be wearing it.

Business is unresponsive and a possible scam. Ordered item early in December never received confirmation or shipping info. When contacting them they said they had a some issues during Black Friday, asked for some info then never responded again. They should really look to fufill orders placed instead of spamming customers with email promotions. Buyer beware!
It says White Fox Boutique USA- very misleading. I ordered a Christmas present December 1st. Have been tracking the order- and it is very difficult to get in touch with any customer support. Two days ago Dec 20th- I got notice that it was shipping out of Australia! It's still sitting in Australia as of Dec 22nd.
All you get is the ridiculous cutesy messages- starting with Babe- be patient.
Really- that's how you treat your customers. Never again!
I placed an order on 12/8, they took my funds through PayPal. I never received order confirmation. I reached out on 12/13 inquiring about the status and was told it would take 2-4 business days to respond. 14 days after order placement, 9 days since last correspondence, multiple emails over this period and still no response. They took my money and ran.
Still waiting for an order placed end November that said arrived in uk but no other tracking after that. Shocking numerous emails sent no response to any. Very disappointed daughter at Xmas
Terrible experience all the way around. White fox boutique ignored my email I sent about my order. They specifically stated they would get back to me about my email in 2 to 4 days. They never did. Also, I paid extra for express shipping I did not get my clothing in time. Even though this is a problem on their end, they will still not respond, their return policy stands as store credit only. I just want my money back. I am trying to figure out why all the good reviews for a white fox boutique. I believe the reviews to be fake. So if you want to have poor customer service, long shipping times, no way to get your money back and mediocre quality clothing at best, I totally recommend you buy with this company. As for me, I will never shop with them again after this first experience.
Bought from here, and paid for fast shipping. I went onto their store instagram 5 minutes after placing my order to see that, every single comment was about how awful their experience was, and not getting their order at all. I need my order before NYE. I'm not gonna take my chances after seeing those comments. I emailed the support email, wrote a support bubble at the bottom of their website, AND used the chat with an assistant icon. All resulting in no help, and to only get back that they only do store credit for returns. NEVER will I order from this company again. It felt scammy to begin with. Now I'm out $70
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
