Awful communication and customer service

Ordered $400 worth of clothes black friday, so end of Nov for christmas (an understandably busy time). They advised 2-7 business days on the site so i expected maybe for it to be late, that's fine it's for christmas anyway... December 21st, about 7-8 emails to them, social media enquiries on instagram and twitter and NOTHING. No communication. Dreadful service. All I asked for in my emails was to advise me of status, I don't care if it's late, I just need to know where it's at. Poor effort by a poor company.

And to pour salt in the wound, a friend of mine ordered from them december 9th and got their order in about 3 days... Do your orders in order? Let me know your out of stock? Just communicate, not that hard...

Terrible processing and delivery times

Although the products look great the process time for dispatch is horrendous and nothing like stated on their website. Despite placing my order almost 4 weeks ago it has still not been dispatched, yet I get emails every other day advertising more sales, discounts etc Please stop marketing more offers when you can't deliver on those you have promised already! I had an email to say one of my products is out of stock and has now been refunded, I am wondering if I will ever receive the other. It was a Christmas gift, ordered in November and has zero chance of getting here on time. Emails to customer service take days to answer. I would never use this company again.

Abysmal Customer Service

In November I purchased some clothes for Christmas gifts. As of today, December 17, the items have not shipped. They told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock in the size I requested. I asked them to substitute a different size and they said they could not because I purchased at a discount (Black Friday Sale.) It is not my fault that they advertised a size they did not have, and normal customer service would absolutely dictate that they substitute a different size at the customer's request. Additionally I told them on December 13 to please ship without the item in question if they could not substitute, yet they are STILL sitting on the order. Today, I requested that they express ship the items at their cost as they are now in danger of not arriving in time for Christmas. I also left the ROTFL emoji next to that request, as they clearly could not give a f*** about their customers. There is absolutely a reason that they don't have reviews on their website. Caveat Emptor.

I ordered outfits for my daughters for Christmas on 28 Nov, it's now 17 Dec, almost 3 weeks since the order was made and my account deducted. I have emailed and heard absolutely nothing! I'm appalled there is no contact or even a response, don't even know if the outfits will arrive for Christmas. So disappointed!

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

This store is horrible! I bought a Christmas gifts from here on November 25 it is Now December 16 and my package says it's still in Australia my mom also ordered Christmas presents from this place and paid extra for quicker shipping, they took the money out of her account but the order was never placed! I have never delt with such a horrible company in my life! Consumers beware! I will put this on every social media I can!

I literally am so obsessed with White Fox - I wish I could purchase all of their sweatshirts because their designs are so cute! I do have to note that shipping takes a while, but that's expected, considering that they are Australia-based, while I live in the United States. It's been a week since I have ordered, and my item has not been shipped yet, so if you are looking to order from them and want it soon, I would definitely keep them in mind. Their items are more on the pricier side, probably because the quality is better, so I usually would recommend ordering when they have a 30% sale.

Horrible Service

Ordered three items 12/1 for Christmas gifts. They still have not been shipped and Christmas is a week away. They do not even have the courtesy to respond to emails inquiring when items may be shipped. Think twice before shopping here.

Dissapointed

I was very excited to order a set from white fox because I think they are super cute and I've heard great things. However I am just very disappointed because I placed my order Dec 3, paid extra for shipping (which said it would come in 2-7 business days) and it is now Dec 12th and I still haven't gotten it and have received very little help. I was eager to purchase from them again but now I'm not so sure considering I still have not gotten my first package.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a sweatshirt in a S/M. It arrived and I was so excited! The sweatshirt they sent is a large but accidentally had a paper S/M tag. I understand things happen but I am not getting any response from them. The quality seems great but it swims on me. I can't get a response by email either. I will give it a few days before I dispute with my credit card company. Buyer Beware!

This is so sad, all I had seen was good reviews for white fox until I got here. I ordered the attention seeker mini dress going on to two weeks now, and it still has not been even shipped out. This is especially frustrating since I paid for the 2-7 days shipping, to no avail. I leave the location I set the delivery for in about a week, and it would just sit here, unused for the purpose it was bought. To take people's money and not even communicate and give them an expected date is so sad and dishonest. I really hope they hire more people and fix their customer service because it is money down the drain.

Worst Customer Service

You can't speak with anyone. They are overwhelmed and can't give me a ship date for my daughters order. She will be leaving for a trip and I said I would pay to expedite shipping and. O response. The order has sat for 2 weeks and she will be leaving for a trip and her clothes will sit (or probably get stolen) because they won't arrive in time. $250 down the drain. Guess I will be fighting it with my credit card.

Sketchy Business and Dishonest

I ordered a package of clothes during Black Friday for an event 3 weeks later. I placed my order with expedited shipping with the expectation that by their timeline provided (2-7 business days) I would receive the item. It has been almost two weeks now and the order has not been shipped. I'm not the only one in this predicament so it seems like they are holding on to peoples money without providing goods for other reasons. Avoid placing an order here and find much better boutiques. I placed an order with another Australian based online boutique AFTER this one not on expedited shipping and have already received. Customer service is also very unhelpful and barely answers unless you escalate on socials. Just beware of this place.

Ordered 2 Hoodiea for my 14 year old daughters birthday. Next day received an email that 1 of them was out of stock, refunded. Received the one that was available only to receive it and it was not we had ordered nor the size. Emails ignored so far, no contact number to speak to someone...Extremely poor!

Worst shipping ever

I have ordered twice from this website. The first time I paid extra for express shipping and my order still took over 10 days to get here. Since my last one took forever I wasn't paying for express shipping and it's been over 20 days and I have YET to receive my order. Don't even bother returning either you have to pay so much just to send back. Don't order from here it's not worth it you can get much better customer service and shipping from princess polly or fashion nova.
