The quality of the clothing is amazing, customer service is fast, supportive, and kind! Also the shipping is crazy fast! Can't say enough great things about WFA!
The first order that I purchased had amazing shipping time however when my package came, it was the wrong order. I believe they mixed up my order and someone else's because I had a return request with my order before I had even received a package. I submitted an inquiry recently but have yet to receive a response so I am still unsure on how they handle things like this. The clothes on the site are extremely cute and look to be comfortable. I am unsure about their sustainability, employee and factory treatment, and ethical practices as their website does not share that information.
Their sizing guide worked absolutely perfectly for me, and the leggings are so incredibly flattering. The quality of these leggings and sports bras is INSANE! These are by far the best quality leggings I own, putting the thrill of them being the Sarah's Day collaboration aside. Their stock must have increased, because I can still shop the site and most of the pieces are not sold out. Also, I got an email that said my package shipped, and it was the SAME DAY that I ordered my leggings! I did order express shipping, and within 3 days my package arrived from DHL. I've already made another order... and I might order some more.
I have always been super excited for Sarah's Day Collaboration with WhiteFox Boutique! The quality is amazing and so flattering. Would definitely recommend this brand without a doubt
I had an issue with my leggings but it was sorted out with 2 days with credit store and all that. Orla was amazing she gave clear questions and answers so it wasn't confusing and made the whole way easier then a with other brands

White fox customer service is great and they respond well to my queries about measurements etc. They have a fantastic range and the quality is fairly good. It would be better to have the clothing measurements included directly on the website as well as reviews of the items given it is an online store. They have very little variety in models and it would help customers by showing clothes worn by models of all different body shapes, sizes and ethnicity. If customers see someone who looks similar to them wearing an outfit they will have more confidence in buying it. The models in the recent SDxWFA reboot restock campaign are a great example of this and I hope to see these models again!
So impressed with the quality of the products and the express shopping. The only downside is they only do credits for returns which means you and end up spending a bit of money swapping sizes.
