White fox, in my opinion, is my favourite online store with such a wide range of options, styles, latest trends, and great materials as well as prices. They have such a great interaction with there audiences on social media in particular instagram and do a lot of prices or competitions to win $$$ off or outfits. 100% recommend them. When I received my order I had an item missing in my order and when I contacted the White Fox team, I had Orla get back to me so quickly and she organised to have a replacement sent out within the same day. Overall I would rate my experience as quite good, even though I received the wrong items at first. But the Team of White Fox was very helpful, I let them know about the mistake and they handled everything quite well. And mistakes can always happen, so I‘m not holding a grudge just because of that.

I have made many recent orders from White Fox and have had a great experience every time, and although I needed to send back one of the tops that I bought as it was too small, the customer service I received was great! They were very quick to respond and were very helpful in ensuring I got my store credit and it was a very easy process considering it was an online store!
