I placed my order on Friday and it was shipped by Sunday. I was concerned it wouldn't get here on time as I live in California, I emailed their customer service and Grace was so helpful! Will definitely continue to order from Whitefox

I received my item and was not pleased with the overall make and fabric. Upon contacting White Fox's support team I was able to arrange a return and refund very easily. Cody from the customer service team listened to my feedback and assisted with the whole process which was greatly appreciated. I've given 3 stars for the actual product but would give Cody 5 stars! Very helpful and understanding! :)
