I really loved shopping on white fox. I love the quality of all of their items. There shipping is also really quick to say they're located in Australia. I love all of the clothes I bought. I love their customer service team too. I think they're a great place to shop. I just wish they would restock quicker and fix their email notifications.

Amazing quality loungewear! The items came as pictured on the website. Shipping took a long time but thats understandeable as its coming from Australia to North America. I sized up in items which is fine for loungewear but I would reccomend getting your normal size in the shirts, the tank i got is a little big!

I've been shopping on white fox for a couple of years now and I can't fault white fox. There has only been a problem once where they sent the wrong dress but straight away they fixed this and are incredible with their treatment of customers and communication. White fox is my go too clothing brand

This is $#*!, I made an order and they all came way to big, I ordered everything in a S/M and they came fitting like a large or XL, intent to return them and they only do store credit, what kinda of store does that, only stores that are desperate to take your money, i don't want their store credit I want my money back, I would never recommend this store to someone ever, there are plenty of stores with much better quality than white fox, that will give you a complete return not only that but you have to pay for the shipping of the return like WTF. Don't buy form them no matter how cute the clothing item is, it's not worth it they are way to expensive for what you get.

Had an exchange that took a very long time in the mail for totally understandable reasons. Reached out to customer service twice and they were very prompt and made using the store credit very easy.
