Prices are a little high for everyday purchase. I shop with SHEIN allll the time and the clothes hold up just the same. IMO. I actually ordered from WHITE FOX 2 times so far and the first time I ordered a bralette and the strap wasn't sewed together so I couldn't wear it for a while because I can't sew. I finally found someone to do it for me after a year of having it in the bag just sitting. I got shorts in that same set, followed wash instructions and still had things falling off of it. Just sucks for paying so much. A few weeks later SHEIN had the same shorts for much cheaper. Hahah. I also feel like this site takes a month or so to even ship out. Which is really inconvenient when you want the outfits for a certain occasion. The clothes are cute for sure. Don't get me wrong.

Terrible! Its been two weeks. I ordered over $100 of clothes and nothing. I ordered 06/24 and its is 07/10 and I should be wearing my stuff by now. When I get my order summer will be over.

I'm continuously impressed with White Fox Boutique. I've ordered so many items from them, and each time I've been completely satisfied with the quality and fit. The quality of their clothes is amazing, especially for the price point. They're constantly offering great discounts for their clothing which makes things more affordable. I also have been so happy with their customer service team. They always respond quickly, are extremely kind, and help me find the correct size or answer restock questions. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that I do wish their returns process was better. As a customer from the United States, it's expensive to return any items to their base in Australia, and White Fox does not cover the cost. I hope that their returns process can be more seamless in the future! Otherwise, I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for cute, fashion forward, quality clothing for their wardrobe!

Overall a great company with great trendy styles. I've ordered from them a handful of times now, their pieces are well-made and well worth the price. I had to contact customer support once and they were extremely helpful with the situation. I do recommend White Fox to all of my friends and family.

Really cute bathing suits but very poor customer service and the items take way too long to arrive to the US. Probably won't be a returning customer because of the bad customer service experience I had and the long wait for my items.

Website set out is amazing so easy to use, however needed urgent reply as made a mistake with my order was then informed that the reply takes 2-3 business days which is a little too long.

So many boutiques do not offer xs or xxs small options for us petite girls. This boutique has enough options to where I can get fitted clothing! It is so trendy and stylish and fits me how it should!

I placed an order with you guys and I used the wrong credit card (wasn't my card to use) and when I immediately wrote an email asking to cancel my order and use a different credit card you told me you would not cancel the charge you offered a store credit but never issued to me and you also never sent my order so now I have no clothes as well as lost $238 that you will not refund or use toward another order. So now I just placed another order and am down another $130 Bc you refuse to get back to me about my store credit and all of your items are selling out. I'm sure I won't hear back from you until after your sale is over which does not help me. Since you're response time takes 3-4 days to reply to an email. Extremely unhappy about the lack of customer service and lack of respect for a brand new customer.

I came across White Fox last year while searching for a new swimsuit. So easy to fall in love with all of their options! I went back this year for another one that was on sale and the top was out of stock after I ordered it. Grace from the CS team reach out to notify me and gave me several options for fixing the situation. She was quick to reply and kind as could be. She was able to refund my whole transaction and I was able to buy 2 new bikinis today. Love this company and it's team! Keep it up and I'll always be back!
