It was so easy to look for clothes and buy them, their clothing is SO cute I wish I could buy all of it

I placed an order on June 1st the order was said to be delivered on 6/9 it was marked as delivery attempted, and never attempted again, the tracking I received was for Australia post and not for usps when I reached out to white fox on the 15th the representative * responded on the 18th claiming the item was undeliverable and returned to them and that I now had o wait 90 das for them to receive my item that they know I didn't receive because they were given return tracking and that my refund would be issued in a credit. Why I didn't pay them that way, I didn't get my item either I ill NEVER shop here again

I really enjoy shopping at White Fox, especially when they have the deals and promos going on! The clothes are super cute and trendy, and mostly reasonably priced for the quality. One thing I wish they would update is having size availability and price information in the "my wishlist" section as well. This would make it more easier to navigate through clothes I already love to find what is on sale and available since last time I was on the site. I would also welcome a bit more diversity in the bodies of the models they have in the clothes or at least having a spot to read reviews and look at pictures of other buyers in their clothes so that I can get a better idea of if an item would fit or what size I should get. This would be especially helpful since it's so difficult and expensive to return an item to Australia from the US (where I am).
