They take 90 days to deliver, don't give you a proper shipping notice. If you miss your shipment it takes 90 days for them to receive it and then AFTER the 6 months of waiting they MAY give you a credit, but will not refund the customer. I have the transcript- happy to share their HORRIBLE service with anyone
