Furst time purchase. I ordered the cropped hoody with a drawstring at the front. The string was connected at the back of the sweater with a hard ball of something right on the spine that constantly digs into my back. So uncomfortable, and can't be adjusted. Only way to fix it would be to undo the hem and remove the string. Poor design. Fabric is scratchy and thin. Total waste of money. Never buying again.

Ordered from White Fox for the first time And will be my last. Cheap materials, cannot return only store credit for more cheap stuff. Buyers beware, if it doesn't fit, cannot return. Only if there are defects. Takes forever to give you a store credit. They received my return items for over 2 weeks and still nothing. Don't buy from

I love my White Fox Boutique order. I ordered a top and it fits true to size. The material is quality material and it looks just like the picture. It takes a litlle while to ship but they're shipping from Australia so it's understandable.

My clothes fit perfectly and the shipping was so fast considering lockdown! The quality is also so good

White fox is extremely inconsistent. If you ever have sizing issues with online orders in the USA, or ever think something looks different in person, do not order from here. You can't return anything. Their return policy says store credit, but enforced, they do not pay for shipping back to Australia. That shipping alone will cost you the price of the items. Their customer service is nonexistent, so there is no talking to anyone to explain and try to get them to help you.

In my last order, the last order I will ever place with them, one of the items came broken. One top had a chain halter, and it came broken off the fabric. I had ordered the set for a specific purpose, and I told them as much. But, knowing that it takes them over two weeks to even ship orders out, I knew that I wouldn't get it in time. I sent them all the pictures I've attached, and asked for a refund. They told me they'd be happy to help me, as soon as I return their broken item. So they wanted me to pay twice as much for the top in order to get store credit for half that amount. When it arrived broken. Needless to say I'm out $120, and I now have to find another outfit to replace this one. I suggest Beginning Boutique as an alternative, at least they have a $9 flat rate return postage.

I had placed an order and the app glitched where it changed my order from expressed shipping to standard shipping. I had contact them via email and there was no response for over a day. Then I went in the chat and they tell me there is nothing they can do even though it was their fault with the app glitch and them not responding for over a day. I will never shop here again.

The leggings and biker shorts I have from WFA are my FAVES and I wear them on repeat! Fit true to size and make me feel confident in the gym!

I've shopped with white fox a couple of times and I'm obsessed with their activewear and their loungewear as well. Really comfy clothing that I can wear everyday. However the dresses I have brought from them was the only things that were a tight fit and wasn't true to size so just upside when it comes to dresses but that's ok still overall super happy with them and would shop again and again

I buy literally all my clothes from her, best quality no regrets at all. They always have fun and different pieces, I cant get enough of it. I had just recently purchased the new hoodie from the club paradise collection, so excited for it to come. Even in lockdown white fox always seems to have good delivery and I recommend buying from here:)

This is my top favorite site to shop. Every time I invest in a new piece it becomes the most worn in my closet and I realize I need more! Despite coming from Australia to the US they always arrive at a reasonable time and sometimes earlier than expected! I love shopping for "party tops" as well as lounge wear. They truly have it all and I'm addicted!

I moved recently and the shipping company lost/or someone stole my 100 lb box worth of all the clothes I ever owned! Quite devastating. Because of covid I decided to try White Fox Boutique online ( despite the fact that it's in Australia and I'm ordering from the United States) because -wow- the clothes looked incredibly cute. When I got my first order I was not disappointed! The clothes are a little more pricey but everything is A+ quality! There are no loose threads, the material of the clothing is thick, it's not see through, the clothes look like exactly like what you see in the picture! Loved everything about the style. Loved it so much that I have a new go to for my new wardrobe.The only thing I would suggest is if you are a xs to s and have a larger chest… I would suggest you to get the small in tight fitting tops. I am 5'2" and I fluctuate from 100-105 lbs. If you want unique, cute, basic/lounge, and hot styles *worth the price* then White Fox boutique is where you need to shop!
