I ordered this dress in early December for a wedding in February that I would be a bridesmaid in with a promised shipping time of 10-20 days. Almost a month passed, and I finally reached out asking simply for an update. I expected the long shipping time, but not the poor communication that this boutique gave. After reaching out, I didn't even receive an email from a real person or an apology, only a notification of a refund (fortunately). Now I am on a time crunch to find a new dress. I was skeptical ordering from an Australian brand, as there are really no good options for submitting returns if something does not fit right. I was so thrilled when I received my first order. The quality of the clothing is amazing. The materials used feel lush and when I wear them, I honestly feel my best.

The clothing quality from white fox is amazing. Everything is such good material, and I have yet to have an issue with any of the clothing! Shipping internationally as well is super easy through them, and their customer service is super helpful and quick! Such an amazing brand.

Purchased item November 18th as a Christmas Gift. Still have not received it! Sent three messages with zero response other than their automated one.

Items have taken over a month to ship- no customer service at ALL. They will not respond to my emails or help in any way. Do not use!

I ordered a dress from White Fox and received my package within 6 business days. Absolutely LOVE the dress and cannot wait to wear it. Super impressed with how it looks and the packaging it was delivered in. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible customer service - never sent me my item and did not say a thing, the only reason i found out was because i contacted them asking where my order was (1 week later) and they informed me its sold out and my item was never sent. They offered me a refund and hardly showed any remorse for the situation.

I have sent multiple emails expressing how i felt about the situation and no one has bothered to even reply to my email.

Will never order from this company again and will recommend everyone to stay clear.

Horrible company. Ordered a sweatshirt on Thanksgiving. Reached out to cancel the very next day because we received a different order from the company and realized their S/M is WAY too big and won't work. So I reached out to cancel the second order since they don't have any smalls…only S/M. They won't let you cancel. They refuse to give your money back. They will only give store credit even though all of their sizes are ridiculously too large. We need a small. Not a S/M. Horrible customer service. Also another issue is they are in Australia and the return shipping is $20 if you do end up having something shipped to you in the states and need to return it. I will never ever order anything from these a-holes again.

Quality is absolutely amazing, prices are high but worth it for staple pieces but be warned, I ordered from Canada and got 25$ custom duties to pay for a 120$ order.

I ordered my 1st bathing suit which was fine but the 3 bathing suits after that the size was way off which I read the size chart and the string in front was loose and the threading. After multiple emails for damaged product they want me to use there shipping label which cost $20.00 and they only give you a credit which also charged you shipping back to the US if you order another item so now im out 40.00 will not be ordering from them ever again! Horrible customer service all she said was you should of emailed us before purchasing ok well im sorry it wouldn't have mattered if you order a size bigger and go off your sizing chart which im a 36D which i ordered a XL and XL bottoms and im a Large or Medium usually how could you have given advice on that and your quality of material was cheap and came damaged. I rather go to target and order my bathing suit thank you.

WF stands out from other online fashion brands because of its stunning styles, amazing quality, as well as insanely fast shipping even with postal delays. I've already made quite a few more orders and will continue being a loyal customer. Easily a favourite!

I've ordered a few times from this website and they always process the items quickly. The clothes are packaged nicely and come in individual bags. I've found the quality of everything I've ordered to be really good and they are still nice after being washed multiple times.

They sell good stuff they only thing that needs a little updating is the refund policy
