I ordered an item on the 3rd march, they are an Australian based company and i am yet to receive my items (13.04) or a refund. I have gone back and forth with customer service and all they would tell me is that AUS POST is looking into it and this dragged for over 20 day. I had to keep chasing them up as they never took the initiative to contact me with answers. Grace the customer service rep that iv been emailing never so much as apologised for the inconvenience and straight out refused any of my requests for a refund or a replacement even though i asked multiple times. It is disgraceful how i was treated as a customer so if youd like to avoid the headache id recommend finding another store

I purchased from the US and even though the shipping took a bit, the quality did not disappoint. I got a sweatshirt and the fabric is SO cozy and soft. The jeans feel sturdy but comfortable and are literally the perfect size for me (5'1) I can't believe how well they fit and I just followed the size guide. All in all I 100% would order again.

If I could give this website and company a zero I would. I got a new job and I order a bunch of new pants and tops and a new swim suit for summer. However, it's been WEEKS since I ordered and it's still just sitting in transit. Do yourself a favor and just order from somewhere that has better shipping. Or go shop in person.

I loved all three of them! Picture perfect as shown on their website. Overall one of my most favorite purchases I have made for bikinis in a very long time. I would suggest getting the size that fits you. I am a small and ordered a small in both top and bottom for all three bikinis and they fit perfectly!

I've mostly gotten swimsuits from here but from those purchases here is what I can tell. The material is great and pretty comfortable and a lot of their designs are cute. I haven't had them for long so idk how well it'll hold up but so far it's doing great, it hasn't stretched out or gotten weird like bathing suits do when in chlorine for a while. It is a bit overpriced though, you could find some of the stuff at Amazon or at Target.

First time buyer of white fox. My boyfriend purchased me a bikini. I got the Tahiti bottoms and st Lucia top both in wild bloom print. I am a 32.5 inch bust and a 26 inch waist. 5'2 and 123lbs. It fits perfect. Looks adorable. Stitching is perfect. Amazing material. Thicker than I expected. Can't wait for summer!

I have ordered from this company multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am begging you. Please please please do not waste your time and money. This company has so many flaws and has not made any improvements in the years I have ordered from them. Their clothes may look cute online but I can assure you that either they will come damaged or not as described, or they will be to your liking but you'll have to go through hell with one of their incompetent employees to get it. I have had to literally pay for this companies mistakes in the past and I'm about to be in the same position.

I ordered a few items now 10 days ago for a vacation I am going on in one business day. Normally I would not order items for a trip this close to the day but I noticed that White Fox Boutique offered 2-7 day express shipping. I really thought about it considering the problems I have had with them in the past, but I decided to give them another chance. Incredibly wrong move on my behalf. I've anxiously waited everyday for the shipping information to update and just last night it notified me that my items will arrive on December 16th - FIFTEEN days of delivery and FIVE days into my vacation. I'm not naive, I understand shipping from places like Australia can take time, but WHY advertise that you can express ship in a specified amount of time if you cannot deliver?

This company lies and cheats and offers zero customer support. It is truly very stressful and upsetting and I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone. Now when I come back from my relaxing vacation I will be having to deal with this company and telling them I will require a full refund, all shipping expenses paid, to return the i times I will no longer need due to their negligence.

BE WARNED: This store's return policy states that they do not do returns back to original payment methods unless the clothing is defective (damaged). You'll also have to pay $20 to return items. Customer service is useless as they are hardly responsive.

The clothes were okay I feel like they're overpriced for basic quality but what made me rate this as a 1 star was the delivery. I paid $10 for two day delivery and I would make sure I was home on the delivery date and my package wouldn't arrive. It's been over a week and I haven't received anything. I asked for a refund and they're taking forever to reply to that too. Never buying from this website again

I was looking to buy some more high-quality clothing items, because i've always only shopped at the cheeper sites like zaful, shein and fashion nova (loves them but obviously quality won't be as good). I had VERY high expectation for white fox because of the price and all of the sponsored reviews. I was so excited to get my package. When i tell you i was baffled with how $#*!ing cheep the materials were… whoever says it's good quality is getting paid to say so. Not only did everything feel cheeper than shein, but i like the way cheeper brands fit better. Just one example, the bikinis are f#**! Ng white on the inside (biggest pet peeve) and fit very weird. Their lounge wear is decent, but still way over priced. I washed one of my pull over sweaters and the material was permanently worn from just one wash. I returned half of my order and have still been waiting for my store credit for over a month now and have so far received no replies to the emails i've sent. I will wear the few items i kept because of the money i spent. So yah unless you like being severely disappointed with a damaged bank account I wouldn't fall for the lies and look elsewhere.

I purchased an order worth $1200 on December 14, and paid $10 for the Express Shipping which guarantees delivery in 7-10 days. I did not receive my order until January 14 ( A FULL MONTH LATER). I contacted the company to find out how I could go about returning the order since I bought the clothing to wear for Christmas and New Years parties and I no longer could. Not only are they refusing to reimburse me the Express Shipping fee but they will not reimburse me for any of the clothes that I can no longer wear. I honestly cannot understand how a company would do something like this to a person. I feel so helpless that there's nothing I can do, I basically just lost $1200 and I work a minimum wage job. So that is going to hurt for awhile...

This company is a complete scam! They are quick to take your money but don't deliver your products! Customer's service is utter $#*! and keep giving customers the runaround! The colour is immaculate and so sooo beautiful, it's so comfortable and I love it so much, my friend and I have the 2 different colours and the quality is perfection!
