The App is hard to navigate as the 'add discount/ voucher' section is BEFORE the checkout. They do not let you cancel orders even within 24 hours of purchase, and the return is not for actual money it's for 'in store credit' SMH

Customer service sucks, says refund isn't an option. Ordered 3/26 It's 5/24 still no item! Tracking hasn't updated since 4/27. Completely unacceptable! I will not be spending my money here again!

I really love this site and their clothing. Prices are great for the quality of the product. Every dress I've gotten has fit me my tiny body so well. I'm very petite, 36 inch hips, 26 inch waist, and 33 inch bust. I weigh 108 lbs and I'm 5'0 tall. My weight is distributed pretty nicely. I've only gotten dresses from here and I usually get an XS. Everything has fit me so well. I would highly recommend.
I ordered 3 items that were on sale for about $50 and my order came in about 3 weeks and then I got the exact same order a day later. When I checked my bank they charged me twice too. I know 100% that I didn't order the same exact things two times. I think they should just give me a refund given the fact that this was their doing. Be careful ordering.

I love the style of White Fox Boutique and have ordered their Veux sunglasses, which I receive compliments on all the time. I loved them so much I went back and bought a few hoodies and sweatshirts and sweatpants. I especially think the matching sweatshirts and sweatpants are cute. I would recommend signing up for their app as well because it makes shopping even easier, but the website is still easy to navigate. If you sign up for their emails, they will notify you about sales.
I only ordered because I wanted to support an influencer. I usually never purchase from these "boutique" fast fashion brands and after receiving the item I solidified my decision to never take a chance on a brand again. 1st issue: the sizing is horrible and the items do not look anything like the pictures 2nd issue: the smell is atrocious- it smells like plastic mixed with artificial chemicals. 3rd issue: The pricing is outrageous for what it is. 4th issue: if you live outside of AU/NZ the custom fees are out of this world. Overall rating: DO NOT PURCHASE- Shein has better quality (and I hate Shein with a burning passion).
Love ordering from white fox mostly for the great customer service they have. I placed an order and wasn't sure if i would get it in time for my vacation but Tamara responded to my email quickly and helped me resolve my issue! Will definitely keep purchasing from white fox <3 :)
I love the clothing on White Fox and they have great customer service. I placed my order for the first time and can't wait to wear my new items. I accidentally placed the order with regular shipping but needed express, so I emailed them and they were extremely helpful in resolving it.
First of all, the clothes are just okay, think Forever 21 quality. I am a size 0 and the XS was wayyy too tight. It took over a month to get to me, I had to pay $20 for return shipping MYSELF and now I have waited over a month for it to get to them and only then will I receive store credit. I know everyone online buys from here but do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere with normal sizes and easy returns. Awful customer service!

Y'all did an amazing job with my order I ordered 20 pieces and I loved every single one of them that is very rare with the way I feel about my body but the clothes y'all have compliments my body in a way that puts a smile on my face I just want to say thank you and I'm on my way to the app to order more right now
I placed an order on a Thursday that I needed for a vacation, which was almost $400. On Friday I realized that the company was closed until Tuesday so my items wouldn't arrive in time due to the holiday even though I paid for expedited shipping. No problem. I just cancelled the order. White fox shipped out the order anyways and then told me it was my responsibility to ship back the order that I cancelled and pay for the return shipping plus I wouldn't get a refund. Only store credit based on their error. Are you kidding? This is horribly unethical and this company clearly doesn't stand by their clothing if they won't give any refunds on a cancelled order they messed up. Customer service was 0% helpful and condescending Never order from here unless you want to be stuck!
Placed an order on April 19th for one sweatshirt. 34 days later, still hadn't been delivered. I learned that there is currently a shipping suspension between the US and Australia due to covid restrictions. Contacted customer service and requested a refund as the product wasn't delivered in the specified timeframe, shipping hadn't updated in 20 days, and USPS wasn't accepting parcels from Australia. Customer service said they'd "investigate" and only offered to try to "re-post" the item to me or give me store credit. Store credit to a store that can't ship to my country. Resorted to escalating things with Paypal who luckily had my back in the matter and issued me a refund. The company couldn't part with $51.99. First time customer and won't be returning. Terrible business practice.
I ordered a prom dress on April 3rd, today is April 21st. It's been almost 4 weeks and i still haven't received my package. The shipping time is horrible. I don't even know if my dress will show up in time for prom. Not ordering from here again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I placed a $90 order on one of their Offstage sets on February 16th... it is currently almost May and I STILL have not received this order. I have reached out multiple times, going back and forth on email and the only thing I keep being told is that they're trying to get in touch with Australian post. I asked to be sent a replacement or given a refund and STILL have not been given anything! My almost $100 order is just gone and 2 months later is still missing and none of my money was returned. Chelsea (the representative answering emails) does not care at all about good customer service and has been no help at all, despite how many times I've reached out asking for help or an update. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience, White fox does not give a damn if they lose your order. $100 is a lot of money to me and any good company would realize that and immediately work on reassuring me that my order will be found or give me some sort of store credit/replacement. DO NOT buy from White Fox unless you want to risk loosing money too. I am furious and months later waiting for my order or my money back...
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
