I have never ordered from White Fox before and will never ordered from there again ( sorry to say) I ordered a pair of the shadow sweatpants in an XS finally received them and they are HUGE would fit someone at least 20Lbs more than myself. I was going to return them until I found out it would cost me $85.00- $100 to return, thats more than what the pants cost! So I will nerves order from there again.

I never wrote review but I follow Sarah's day and she always has the CUTEST clothe from WF. I finally place my order, I live in California, I KNEW it was going to take 10-20 days for shopping. About 3/4 days went by and I wanted to contact them because the tracking app you have to use is literally useless… you can only email them and they took 5 more days to respond, with the response saying " we are inundated with emails, our response team needs more days to respond to your email you back about your concern" sheesh they didn't even respond so I asked for a refund but I still don't have a response.

The website claims to offer returns but I have been trying to process a return for 3 weeks with no rely.

My item came faulty with the lining is longer than the dress itself, shoulder strap is faulty and everything about the dress is just cheap the product is not how it supposed to be. Contacted white fox and they insisted the dress is not their manufacture fault ( the fault is so obvious!) and they will only give me a credit note and I need to send it back for them to assess. They claimed to take only 1-2 business days to get back to you and in my case every emails I sent it took them between 1-2 weeks to get back. It took so long for them to respond that my return request got rejected on their website ( you need to do a return request online before you could send it back) when I finally agreed to send the dress back as I didn't want to be forced into using credit note. It's now been 2 weeks since I last emailed them about my return request got rejected and still haven't heard from them. I've lodged in a complaint with the department of fair trading as I am so tired of dealing with white fox. They just keep dragging it on and on and You will not get the quality you paid for and customer service so far is shocking. They keep ignoring my emails until I mentioned fair trading. They just don't take their time to provide customers with enough informations or help and customers will just get tired of the situation and give up. First and last time for me!

They lost my order and I haven't heard from them. There is no proper contact information for USA buyers. This is insane.

Ordered from them and never received the package. When I reached out to customer service, I was only told to file a complaint with the post office which I did, and here I am a month later with nothing and out $130. Never ordered from them and will never order again.

No customer service contact number. Email only, which gets ignored. I purchased a pair of Take Caution Pants for my daughter. The first wash was as per washing instructions label and the waist band went grey. It has completely ruined the look of the pants. Obviously the fabric wasn't tested and the washing label is misleading. I will never purchase from White Fox again. I would rather pay more money for quality that can be washed. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I paid $450 for an order and also paid extra for expedited shipping. Not only did I never receive anything I've reached out for over a month with BANK STATEMENTS proving my order was placed and for over a month of dealing with their management emailing me (they would never call or send a phone number) they basically told me I was out of luck and have stopped replying to my emails after buying thousands of dollars worth of product from them in the past as a customer. The woman I dealt with was named Bella and I've never had more poor customer service in my life, ESPECIALLY with an order of almost $500. I highly advise never shopping with this brand because they have no problem completely ripping off their customers.

Clothes are to a high quality and they always have discount codes to use which is a bonus, they are also quick to ship orders off! However I have had some trouble with sizing and they do not offer exchanges to swap the size which I found annoying.

Ordered my order at 9am the day before and received my order the next day, the offstage set i cannot bring myself to take off and the backless dress I bought fit perfectly and kept me warm on my night love love love ittt

Ordered in mid April. Waiting 2 months for a package. Have emailed 5 times. Buyer beware! Would not shop here again!

The clothes look really cute but when you receive them, they run very small. I'm usually a medium in shirts and i ordered an XL and a L and it was still super short, thin and tight. Sizing needs to be stretchier if you actually want it to fit true to size. This could he due to it being australian sizing vs US sizing but it's very far off even after matching your US size with theirs using the size guide. Also very pricey

The time I which it took to get here was amazing to say how far I live from Australia. Cannot wait to get home and try everything on! Heard such great reviews about White Fox so had to give it a go!

I bought a dress and a crop top from White Fox and love them! They're of course super chic and the materials of the items are a pleasant surprise! The dress and top are both made of a thick material, so no see through moments! Cant wait to wear them out!
