Shipping took roughly two weeks, which is understandable given shipments come from China. However the keyboard I ordered was quite different than what was advertised. First, the board is supposed to come with a layer of IXPE switch foam installed, though that layer is absent from the board. Second, it's supposed to support 5 pin switches, yet the PCB in my unit only has sockets for 3-pin switches. I've reached out about a return and have not gotten a response yet.

Great overall experience! I purchased the Ajazz AK820 Pro Mechanical Keyboard. It came well packed and without damages. Typing experience feels good and the knob really useful! I recommend this site and will order again in the future!

A heavenly combo! I ordered both the switches and keyboard from WhatGeek, and they truly delivered. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour leobog at first, and the support team easily made the switch for me. They also updated me on the status of my order which I highly appreciate. I definitely recommend!

For this price, I didn't expect such a high build quality.

Received all my items in great condition, however, I never got a response from customer service when I emailed them 12 days after placing my order to ask if they had an estimate regarding when my order would ship. I received my products one month after my order, but received no shipping notification or other communication like I was told I would when I placed my order. In fact, my order didn't even ship until 19 days after placing it, which is terribly slow for modern online retailers. The other strange thing is that it says "Purchase Date: November 1,2023" at the top of this review page associated with my order, but I have my confirmation email that I received from them when I actually placed my order on October 14.

Bottom line is, if you can afford to wait a month or so to received your items, then this is a pretty good place to shop given the great prices, however, don't expect helpful communication from customer service if you have an issue with your order.

Would happily order from this company direct in future, takes a little longer than ama*on for example but isn't marked up by 50% either. Product was a specified, love it A++

I was looking to get an emulator device so I could play GBA titles and several pokemon rom hacks. I decided on the miyoo mini+ as i have heard great things about it. This device was an amazing thing for only $60. For those purchasing this though, i do need to recommend some things. Purchase a reputable SD card and toss out the one that this comes with, the roms are shaky, the stock OS is horrible, and the SD card itself is a cheap card that is going to likely fail you. Once you add your own roms and install Onion OS on this bad boy, it turns into a retro gaming beast!

The shopping experience was very easy, shipping took awhile but it was international so nothing can be done about that I suppose.

100% legit business. Sold me a Miyoo Mini Plus for $53 and shipped it free to my door. I will not complain about shipping times. Cleared customs in China and US and WhatGeek was nice enough to give accurate tracking info that kept me updated the whole time. They have a bunch of good looking products. I'm sure I will be getting a keyboard from them SOON. Thank you very much.

I ordered 2 packages and they both came in pretty quickly after being shipped.
I made a mistake with my address with one of them and they helped me correct it. Customer service replies pretty quickly and will often contact you to flag issues ahead of time

I absolutely love the aesthetic of this keyboard which is why i bought it but it has a key that doesn't consistently stay lit and it really bothers me. It took awhile to get shipped which was to be expected since I chose free shipping but still.

Most things on WhatGeek can be found at other retailers for a fraction of the cost. They use the same shipper as a lot of other China-based retailers, but it's always a lot slower.

Out of the box, the keyboard has extremely well-tuned stabilizers with little to no rattle, it also comes with a good quality polycarbonate plate which emphasizes the thockiness of the keyboard.
