The Hi75 is one of the, if not, THE BEST keyboard kit you could buy. I highly recommend this, as it sounds good, looks good, and not to mention, it's highly customizable. Overall, if you are thinking of getting the Hi75, get it! It's 100% worth it.

The keyboard is amazing and the quality is even better than what I expected but the waiting period was not what the website lists which is 7-15 business days after placing the order.
I ordered on 11/27 (the item said it was in-stock) and didn't receive any shipping information or a notice in a delay until 12/20 when I reached out to customer service and got back that the item was out of stock but, didn't give me any time frame on when it would be stocked. I finally received my order on 1/5.
I understand the holidays are very busy but, the lack in updates was concerning.

Good. But the software driver was complicated to find. Ended up contacting customer support for assistance which were very helpful.

Great keyboard overall -- looks gorgeous, lcd works great, keys sound and feel good. Just a couple things i'd keep in mind before buying: firstly, the battery life isn't that impressive; it drains relatively fast and charges very slowly. Second, my lcd came with small scratches across the screen, and i've noticed that you'll get a tiny black bar between your gif and the edge of the screen even when you use the suggested dimensions. Lastly, the knob has a tendency to get stuck, where it shows more resistance than normal when rotating, and becomes very difficult to press when selecting an option. Overall, could be improved in some places, but i'm very happy with what i got for the price.

Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days and I placed my order on 12/16/23 so I could get it by Christmas and it didn't arrive until January 4th. I was not pleased with this since it was a Christmas gift. I reached out multiple times for shipping updates and I didn't get a response until 12/24/23 when they informed me that they were out of stock of the color I ordered.

Coupons were really useful, I paid for fast shipping. It took a little longer than what it said I should expect, but arrived in perfect conditions and was spotless.

I've tried to download the manual and the software for the Mac and it doesn't work.

DHL is the worst to deal with in terms of their communication, website, explanations of whats happening etc etc

It was hard o find out when merchandise was coming….so this was different than most of the sellers of electronic goods.
When the keyboard arrived it did not say sender was What Geek so we didn't know who it was from. Please give clear communication on shipping dates
