I was affraid about the process of shopping and even more affraid about the packaging and the sending process. It is almost always a bet about the carrier from korea or china when they say 6 to 12 labor days sometimes it means 8 months and a very long process to recover the money. But it was all the way around it, it was the best experience with a carrier (neddless no say I pay for the express), even though it took a few days in the Mexico's customs, the rest of the way was fast and the product came very well protected and nicely covered.

100% recommended
Delivery time was unacceptably long particularly as I paid extra for fast delivery. Very disappointed with this as products did not arrive in time for a birthday present.
The products itself was fine
My package was in perfect shape and I received it without any issue.
Thanks. And greetings from México!
The product arrived fast and works well. However, it is supposed to have an IPX7 rating but the rubber lid that covers the USB-C and aux ports is loose and the IPX7 rating was the main reason why I purchased this speaker.
When I contacted customer support I was told that the IPX7 rating was just meant to protect the device against some moisture and that was the end of it.
On time, good tracking details, item well packaged and arrived in perfect condition
I'll start by saying that I'm a graphic designer who doesn't have much experience with coding or programming. I bought the DOIO 16 key macro pad to improve my workflow, but was disappointed that the device ships without any dedicated software or quick start instructions. After spending an hour researching the device, I learned that multiple pieces of software have to be installed before you can even interface with the device or program it, all of which was complicated by the protections against unlicensed developers by Apple.
After acknowledging that I simply prefer hardware that's easier to set up, I attempted to return the product. Rather than provide me with the details I needed to process the return, What Geek kept on trying to trouble shoot the device, which led to more wasted time. Even though the package I received came from an address in the USA, I was told that I needed to ship the device back to the factory in China. Shipping to China is 1/3 of the total price of the item, and isn't even possible since it contains a battery and international shipments are made by air.
I feel that What Geek can do a much better job of (1) listening to their customers and (2) making the return process much easier. It looks like I'm stuck with a device I paid $90 for that I can't use or return.
Been eyeing up an RG35XX for a while then a chap at work ordered one from here and turns up within 2 weeks for a much reduced price of the English equivalents. Cracking little gaming rig for nostalgic purposes and amazingly well build given the price bracket. Courier information provided througout
Great experience throughout. WhatGeek offered the Miyoo Mini Plus cheaper than anywhere else and delivered it much quicker than expected.
The shipping was faster than expected, and the package came in good conditions.
But most important I'm addicted to my new keyboard! It's perfect in everything!
Was looking to get a RP4. And I actually found it cheaper here and arrived sooner than the actual website. Thank you WhatGeek
Fantastic price for a fantastic product which has exceeded my expectations. What geek communicated with me when I needed it just to clarify what was happening in regards to the parcel and it was delivered on time and in great condition
Answer: Had the best price anywhere on what I was looking for!
Answer: It's a legit but sketchy company. Be careful but don't necessarily avoid.
