First product I received was faulty, all the games were white screens when opened. When I contacted the company they did send a replacement item but due to the shipping, and the initial faulty device, this meant I had to wait a minimum of 4 weeks for a working item.
The item I have now received works well and my partner loves it.

Bought Anbernic RG35XXXplus and rs36s both with 128 gb of preloaded games, had a slight delay in shipping but was compensated and even credited my discount code that glitches at checkout, Susan delt with all my issue's promptly, both working fine and are original devices not clones, kids and myself really love them, side note for the less tech save id go for the R36s.
Will definitely use again.
Delivery is meh but it's from abroad so obviously it will take longer but overall worth the wait hehe.
