I love wendys eversince I was a child. My parents would come home with a wendy burger and fries which are my favorites! Oh no! I think I am craving for fries at the moment lol
I called the Richland location, after realizing they forgot a burger, to let them know i was on the way for a third time that hour. When i asked to speak to the manager the young lady told me i had the wrong number (which is printed on the receipt) and then hung the phone up on me. The WORST customer service. Will not be returning to any Wendys. It takes one action to put a bad taste in someones mouth.
Horrible drive thru experience. Cons food missed items and expensive. Stay away from Wendys Ancaster Ontario

Wendy's Homestead, PA is the worst chain fast food location I have been to. When I arrived there with my family they messed up all of our orders. I asked for a chicken sandwich with fries and an ice tea, but they only gave me a Baconator. Not only did they mess up my family's order, but they messed up five other peoples' orders who were eating in the fast food restaurant as well. The staff was unorganized and unable to provide proper customer service. The employees in the kitchen laughed as people received their wrong orders. I highly recommend that people stay away from this Wendy's location.
Because I needed a fast lunch, went into Santee because they offered wifi. Manager explained it was because I had Apple iPad that their wifi couldn't connect. Anyone ever heard of such a ludicrous reason for NOT supplying wifi even though advertising on door claims they do.
Can't expect much from a fast food website. I was checking for e-coupons but they didn't have any. They have your menu's, calorie counter, store locator and mobile app. Better to just go eat there but watch out for the calories on a large frosty shake (caramel 990) (chocolate 870) (strawberry 780). Yeewow!
