Customer service sucks

Waited 25 min at the counter while skip the meal and other pick ups went past me to pick up their orders,10 of us in line I replied are we invisible? Be patient she yelled as she turned the screen around and said I have to fill all these and if you can't wait leave! All 10 of us walked out! That was Wendys in Hamilton Ontario Canada I will never go back.

Discriminatory

I had to quit due to the high amounts of discrimination I was facing because I have seizures. They never once accommodated to them and I was constantly bullied on the job for every little mistake I made. I was also told by a manager that there were multiple complaints about me having seizures. My managers also made up lies about me to try and get me fired such as saying that when I would have to leave early DUE TO my seizures, I wouldn't tell them and that I would take constant bathroom breaks without asking, which I had also never done. I had gone out of my way and risked my safety while having seizures to ask my managers if it was okay that I leave every time, but they lied to my general manager about it and told them I just left whenever I wanted. My general manager also told me that my leaving early due to seizures "wasn't going to cut it" even after I brought in a SECOND doctor's note saying that I was SAFE to work at the establishment. This was all around an emotionally unsafe environment to be working in and they do not care about those with disabilities.

Hate Strawberry

Wendy's is too cheap to put additional soft serve machine in their restaurants instead they jettison vanilla from frosty menu in favor of strawberry. ICK! Vanilla frosty is only reason I buy anything at Wendy's. Boycott continues!

I was very disappointed at the very small breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese on a bun) for $3.79 that should be $2.79 at the most. They not only shrinked the size but raisrd the price the greedy owners and Management! I hope they eventually go out of business serve them right! Hadn't eat there in 2 years and can see its getting worse; also, please tell me why it took 10 minutes to give me my sandwich when there was not a customer or cars around in sight; and the sandwich was still hard and cold. I will not be going back

Every time I get to go to Wendy's at Aramingo ave at Philadelphia pa the food is horrible they don't have hamburgers it's fake food I tried the baked potato it was burnt and was greenish horrible food I will never go back there again last year I tried two times because McDonald's was full in the parking lot I love McDonald's I love Burger King but this Wendy's every time me and my family go there disappointed we're so glad they're going to bankrupt I hope they put the real food instead of fake food not taste at all everything is burnt goodbye Wendy's

When my daughter and I went to Wendy's we ordered two Bacon Nader's and what we saw was on them was only one piece of bacon and after my daughter started eating her shake she found a piece of hair in it. Their fries were also burnt.and the lady at the window was extremely rude.

Amazing!

One afternoon I was hungry and decided to try something new So I walk into a Wendy's I come in to find a very nice modern design. So I decided to walk up to the register. Which had the nicest young man. I take a quick look at the menu and decide to order something called the "Dave's double" with fries and a soft drink. The young man points to the soda machine in the back. I go back and find such a big variety of soda I'm dumbfounded. I decide to get a diet coke and sit down at a booth. Just 5 minutes later they have my food Already! So I grab my food and sit down. I took a look at the burger. It was the most appetizing thing I've seen in my life so i eat it and it's the best burger ever. I eat the rest of my food and take a quick trip to the bathroom. It's a very clean bathroom. So I go into the stall and I expected the food to give me constipation but it worked out perfectly. I am pleased with the service and now go there weekly 5/5 PLEASE GO TO WENDYS.

So me, my daughter, and her kids all went to wendy's to dine in and have a nice chat as my daughter lives out of town. I ordered the parmesan caesar salad as it sounded and looked good. I was served my salad and started to eat. That's when i saw it. A weird bug in my salad! I couldn't believe it, i told my daughter about it, she suddenly looked pale in sickness. We decided to leave. We paid the money and gave our waitress a tip as she deserved it, though, i will not be coming back here ever again. Terrible place for people out of country.

OMG ONLINE OR IN PERSON ITS THE BESTT! I went there with my bffs for ones b-day she loved it they called her cute and pretty! I'm also going there! Her b-day was on March 18th so this is when I went there! Please go there and give lots of tips! Thanks to Wendy's they made my day~ love ya Lucy, Mark, Abby, and Layla for the best day ever!

A few days later. March 20th I went there to know I was going to have a great day! Now I go there every day! And find out that Mark and Layla makes the food thanks! Love ya for the food and a great day~~2022!

Better Service

Service was bad I waited About 30 minutes to place an order, when I got my order it wasn't what I ordered, every time I go to Wendy's they always seem to mess up the order, there needs to be a better situation on how to handle orders especially When you guys are swamped with customers, when I was waiting I seen most of the workers checking their cell phone, there needs to be a better team in place, The young lady that took my order did a great job good Listening, my receipt order was right, but my food wasn't prepared right, and when that happens sometimes the person who take the order gets the blame. I give the lady that took my order Five stars but the rest of the team zero, sorry.

Attitude is who cares at most Wendy's

Managers are hired based on lowest IQ, employees are all special needs. Especially at store #*******, located on Bonny Oaks Drive, Chattanooga TN. Only place that has 3 workers all claiming to be the "manager" ON THE SAME SHIFT! They pay little attention to filling the orders correctly, You get a bag with a "surprise" order in it... drive away the drive back to wait in line again to get what you actually ordered. This locatin apparently has no manager that does their job. Stay away from this location.

I ordered only a hamburger and my grandson ordered a meal. He got his meal, but I didn't get my hamburger. When I told the Wendy's staff, they just walked away and ignored me. Even the cashier told the woman I didn't get the hamburger. The location was in Camp Verde, AZ. I would avoid this location at all costs. There were two other customers with similar issues. The manager called me several days later and offered a coupon for a free meal at that location. She never mailed it out. I did get a refund on my credit card for the hamburger. I no longer have the receipt. Jeff D

I appreciate how hard fast food workers work. They have to deal with rude customers and they work hard also they only earn penny's. I just want to say thankyou for the hard work. I appreciate you. I like Wendy's food it would be cool if they added milkshakes.

Staff member was very rude to me at Wendy's on 1464 Rd location. I asked nicely for the change to be singles but he gave me a look stating rudely "you get what I give you". How rude and unprofessional!
I'm really wondering why the staff and the manager of this specific location are very nasty like this. This is not the first time I have issues with their attitude and I've complained many times to the upper management but it seems that no action is taken and that's why they are always with an attitude. This kind of behavior can NOT be working with costumers as the basics of the job is costumer service. What a shame on Wendy's!
I don't have a photo or a receipt proof cuz they don't provide receipt unless u ask and I just wanted to leave. I used a coupon code either 85 or 81

Look at this raw mushy bloody food that made us both sick as dog's i called the reed Hartman store here in Cincinnati but they will not answer
