I just enjoyed a really good meal from Wendy's. My baked potato was hot as well as my chicken blt with extra tomato and lettuce. The person was pleasant in drive thru and at the window. Every time is not the same, but I return because they get it right most of the time.
Today I went to the Wendy's in Watchung New Jersey, and I order some fries, I asked the gentleman for some Hot Chilli sauce and he said they don't have that, nor neither heard of it. So he took it further and started yelling asking the workers hey do we have any hot chilli sauce? Which he didnt have to make a clown out of himself, all he had to say Ms we have hot chilli oil, Then on top of that someone gave me a pack with the chilli oil, and she got offended by the way I took it from her. I don't know where Wendy's find these individuals from, but they are ghetto as hell, and lack customer service. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's. This place is very disappointing, it's not what I knew years ago
Apparently the drive thru on York Road, Elmhurst doesn't understand English, even after confirming twice. Got to pick up, the order was wrong and the snarky manager blamed me! Not going back! To many good restaurants around :(

My husband ordered my meal with no cheese. He got home and we found they added cheese to it. I called to let them know he was driving back to get it fixed and was told they entered the order exactly as he ordered it. Wrong. She then said they put "no cheese" on the order but they are training a new guy who "must not be able to read". Seriously?! She also said I had a "tone" in my voice and I told her we just didn't appreciate having to make 2 trips. I asked for them to replace just the one sandwich and refund it since we had to make 2 trips. I was told to pick. A new sandwich or a refund for the sandwich. That's when when I asked for the corporate number she said "when your husband gets here I will replace the food and give your money back". They did replace the entire order (I only asked for the one sandwich) and stapled five one dollar bills to the receipt and handed it to my husband. So unprofessional. All the excuses and attitude tells me Wendy's needs to retrain this manager. They just lost customers that ate there weekly.
Wendy's customer service at breakfast time is horrible! I went to Wendy's this morning to order a breakfast burrito. And the person waiting on me said, "We don't have the breakfast burrito. I then said, "It says online you do have one. And the person waiting on me, said, "It needs to be updated. Every time I attempt to try breakfast at Wendy's, I get a bad experience! On top of that the dining room is always closed, which makes no sense, because there is no crowd of people there at breakfast time. Actually, there is never no one there, not even one person. And McDonald's which is close by, always has its doors open and gets lots of business. You would think, by now, that Wendy's would make the necessary improvements when it comes to serving breakfast. But, so far Wendy's is doing, absolutely, nothing to improve their breakfast experience. It's like Wendy's doesn't even care! And the message Wendy's is sending is, 'Yes we have breakfast. But, we really don't want to serve breakfast. So please just go away and don't come back.' Needless to say, that is, exactly, what I plan on doing. My going out to eat breakfast or any other meat at Wendy's is now officially over for good! All I can say is 'GOODBYE WENDY'S!'
Two days ago we went to the chindon location and the strawberry salad was delicious. The next day at the 36th and state location the same salad was nasty. I will never return to that one

In the past few years with all the price increases and Price Gouging! It just outrages. I noticed how your cups sizes for drinks and frostees have changed, now your Small is Medium and you Med is Large
What happened to the Large cup? The said thing is the prices have Increased Really! Who does this and really how much are really getting out of doing this. I don't know who makes these decisions but it wasn't a good business decision and also to insult the people's intelligence! I don't even go in any Wendy's anymore or any of the fast food restaurants for that matter, the service is not even the same anymore. So So sad.

Can add money to the app - no idea why this is an option. But will need to go inside to use, and hope there is an employee that know how to help with it.
Cannot update Credit Card info.
Also could not choose mobile order at all, had to go inside.
And cannot redeem any free promotion - keeps saying to add more to order even though several items are listed.
Employees do not care - they just say sorry and do nothing else - so promotions really do not exist with the app.
Customer service do not answer complaints at all. They must know the app is garbage.
It takes to much time using an app that doesn't work anyway.
I go to McDonalds, BK,or Dairy Queen instead.
Waited over 20 mins in drive thru, spent $40, got home to sit down and food is old, soggy, and rotten toppings and WRONG SANDWICH! Called to complain, only to get excuse after excuse. Half $#*! apology and then get hung up on! Larry is a sorry excuse of a manager!
Wendy's took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu. I always ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. And now it is not on the menu. It has been replaced by a chicken wrap which is gross. Please bring the grilled chicken sandwich back.
The young female not lady. Was very rude. No acknowledgement to me or the guy in front of me. She looked at me when I walked up to the register and turned her back. Ihad to tell her hello. She didn't respond still. When my order was finally done she put it on the counter and looked me and said your order ready and walked away. People who are not friendly should not work in front of any business they are the face of the business and she gives Wendy's a bad name she needs to be in the back breaking down boxes or stuff in herself inside of one
Used to be I could order Dave's single no cheese combo with fries and a large frosty for $6.00. You increased the price to $10.+. You lost me as a customer. I will never go back!
Our Wendy's here has good food and we have been there quite a few times. We love the "Baconater's"! The staff get you through the line pretty fast too...and there is only 1 lane. Now I want to try their chocolate cookies!
There was a sandwich that was promoted, and I received the wrong order. Location: New York, United States of America. The Canadian locations have been more righteous.
The bun is soggy and falls all apart. ( Dave's single)no lettuce and a micro piece of awful tomato. Beef had no flavour
