1st didn't know the inside was open. Went in so much was bad. Hand dryer in bathroom broke. Employees in regular clothes. Kid that took my order didn't smile not once looked at me. When my order came he just threw it on the counter and walked away. Another guy that ordered tea went for 3 refills the kid used the customers cup and scooped ice in the used cup. Did not use ice scoop carpet smelled like mildew. Tables looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile. I usually don't give bad reviews but this was terrible. Oh the staff in the back talking loud and cutting each other down. One person grabbed a fry and put it in her mouth... so I will not be back can't give proof of purchase did not get a receipt

The employees at Wendy's in twin falls are always so nice and friendly they try and make sure you are happy with your order. Mercedes is so sweet and always smiling she makes you smile even if you had a bad day.

Every wendy's store i go to i end up getting chicken strips down here they didn't discontinue them i wish they did as these are terrible as you can see in the picture that is a chicken finger with breading that looks hard everytime i go i finish paying for it and i get something like this breading that doesn't look too hard but when you try to bite it you have to bite hard to chew it it tastes normal most of the time but for breading to be that hard something isn't right and i don't even order fries anymore they usually are hard and taste very stale so i can't get a picture of them but it is not something that I'm looking forward to order from them again

I recently ordered the strawberry salad at the Wendy's on Hershberger Rd in Roanoke Va. It was late afternoon about 5pm
There was very few strawberries in the salad and no bacon mostly lettuce. I ate it anyway because I was already home and was hungry.It seems to me it

Should have been celled a romanr lettuce salad. I would have rather been told they were out of strawberry salad and I would have ordered another kind of salad. I like all of Wendy's salads and this was the first time I was disappointed with Wendy's. Not a good move. Hershberger Rd Wendy's you should do better

I went inside just to see Roaches all over. Then when I ordered an ice cream truck drove by and they ran out and got ice cream. Then When I was served they said HI WELCOME TO CHILI'S. I asked for there marnger and They said OKAY KAREN.

I ordered 5 breakfast items from the Denny's at ******* valley Blvd Industry CA *******. I walked in paid for my food thinking I had my entire order, but when I got home I only had 4 orders. I called to let them know and the two young ladies on the phone kept telling the mngr was bussy and would not let me speak to him/her. I said I was calling corporate and they said to call back and rudely hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional and no customer service ethics.

Went to Wendys in clarkston mi. Ended up in line for 25 mins waiting. Cashier was rude and never apologized for rudeness or the wait. I asked for something free got told no. Food was cold by the time we got it. I will not be returning.

I went to Wendy's on 9401 Annapolis Road yesterday at Enterprise Shopping center and placed an order for a full size Apple pecan salad full size. I was given to halfs and hope that I was at least told they didn't have a full size, then I was given ZERO pecan, I also asked the cashier for a mini frosty and the young lady just handed it to me looking elsewhere. When I asked how much she said nothing... I would take an eye contact and or a smle and pay rather than a free frosty. I did not eat the salad nor the frosty.
