I have photos of the sugar I have ordered from them before and the sugar I received it was raw coarse grade sugar with lots of molasses flavoring and nice big chunks of sugar. This order I received fine grade hardly any molasses flavor and its like dust. I was told what is shown below and that is completely outrageous I didn't pay $70 for 50lbs of sugar dust I paid for raw sugar that was shown in the photo.

I have confirmed with the manufacturer's quality team that raw sugar is 100% natural and can have variations in appearance because of that. To get a completely uniform appearance between each batch it would need to be more heavily processed like normal sugar is.
Because of their answer, we believe that you have received the correct item.

I ordered lids for 16 oz Solo cups I already had- the product description said Dart Solo UltraClearv662TP 9, 12, 16, 20 and 22oz. Clear No Slot Lid'. They did not fit the 16oz Solo cups I had. Had to do an online chat with a rep because they don't put their phone number anywhere on the website. She said I was supposed to click on the button below the photo titled You May Also Need' where it has a vague caveat about the cups only working on certain cups.
She said I could return the unopened packages for a refund but I would have to pay for shipping plus a 30% restocking fee. I tried to review the product on their website (just warning other buyers to beware that the lids don't fit al the sizes stated in the product title- but it says the review I wrote would need to be reviewed by Webstaurant before it is posted. I'm 99.9% certain my comments won't be posted. No wonder there were only 5 star reviews for the product! I can't believe I was the only one who was mislead by the product description.

Since cups and lids can vary in diameter from one brand to another as well as within a single brand, we usually direct you to use the "You May Also Need" section in order confirm compatibility. This usually works best if you have the model number of the cup and search that on our site, then from there, the "You May Also Need" section can be used to view all the compatible lids.

I bought a $16,00 replacement part and they charged $21 to ship it! No adjustment possible according to customer service - Right!?

Shipping is already overpriced so if you have problem with your item you have to pay for shipping to return it. I bought some containers and also bought lids that go along with them. Well, the lids don't fit the containers. I contacted them and they sent replacement lids that still didnt fit. THey offered to refund for the lids but not for the containers. What am i supposed to do with the containers without the lids? They're useless. They shouldn't be selling the two items if they dont fit. At this point I really don't care anymore. Will not buy from them again! Stay away!

The reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed.
In order to return items to us they do have to be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. If this was not the case with the containers, that could be the reason why we were unable to return.

I ordered a door handle told 2 day delivery! Paid extra for it! Got it a week later! Lost customer because of it! I'm ordered something else to give another chance! If it says 2 days delivery it shouldn't be when factor ships it

Shipping WAY over priced and could not deliver products on time promised after waiting for items to ship. After contacting them, they wanted me to pay an additional $75 in shipping to get quicker delivery but still no guarantee of quoted delivery date.

This review is regarding Order # *******. This company is one of the most unscrupulous businesses in from which I've ever purchased. My company needed a new coffee maker in our Building B break room. We had previously purchased one for our Building A break room which is almost identical to our Building A break room. Of course the coffee maker didn't fit in our Building B break room due to the difference in the depth of the counter there compared to Building A's counter depth. No big deal, correct? I will just pay closer attention to the depth of the coffee maker and order one that will fit the correct counter depth. Wrong! Webstaurant Store charges a 20% "restocking" fee plus the return shipping even if you intend to exchange the item for a proper sized one. I was actually going to spend more money to purchase the correct sized coffee maker. I can understand charging the customer a return shipping charge- that's fair- but 20% for basically opening a box and putting the item back on the warehouse shelf? This company is shady, and I will not be doing business with it ever again. The customer service skills of the Customer Solutions Specialist I've been dealing with is worse than any fast food worker you've ever encountered. She actually tries to justify the $90 Webstaurant has made off of me for doing nothing by saying this is how they keep prices low. Well, I see how this company keeps prices low now.

They told me an immersion blender/whisk bundle was out of stock until next weekend. But, they had the whisk and blender available separately for $40 more than the bundle.
I asked if I could purchase the separate components at a $40 discount to match the price. They told me no.
After some frustration, I simply gave up and put my name on the list to be notified when the item was back in stock.
On 2/22 I get an email that it's back in stock and available for purchase. So, I buy the item along with about $200 worth of other products that I need, expecting fully to have my order within 5-7 days.
Then, on 2/25 I get an email that the item is out of stock and my order won't ship out until 3/4!
I mean, come on now. I was specifically notifed the item was available, it let me BUY the item and then waited 3 days to contradict itself and say I now have to wait another week! And, they STILL wouldn't match their own price; they told me they'd give me $20, but not $40 -- as a ONE TIME courtesy.
I'm sorry, but THEY made the mistake... and more than once. I should not have to pay more and wait longer because their system is flawed. They also gave me a hell of a time returning a case of pumpkin that they didn't say was made in China in their own description.
Ugh... I'm just so frustrated with Webstaurantstore.com. Plus, their shipping rates are very high compared to other places.
Just be VERY VERY VERY sure about what you're actually buying from this company BEFORE you buy it. Because once you've placed the order, it's like getting blood from a stone to get ANY sort of help at all from anyone. They'll come up with 3000 excuses as to why you can't return, exchange or make any alterations.
Make sure you ask 1,000 questions and get it in writing.
With this company, the customer is never right.

Often we will mark an item back in stock when we know we have stock coming in soon. We do that so customers can place an order and not have to wait for the exact day an item is back in. While the motor/handle portion of this unit was in stock, in this instance, the attachment portion of the blender was not. It is coming into stock this week to be able to be shipped out, so your order will be fulfilled soon. The lead time on the separate pieces would have been the same for the attachment portion of the blender, so you would not have received the items quicker had you ordered them separately. I did see that your order was placed on 2/22 in the evening and we emailed to let you know there would be a delay early in the morning of 2/23, and then another email update on 2/25 giving a specific shipping time.
As to the pumpkin return, I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the product.
