Honey's Sno' Shack will be doing business here. Owning a Sno'cone/snack stand has me being a thrifty shopper. I came upon this sight and have been taking my time looking and comparing with where I've shopped before. This is by far a better prices place and I will be telling my fellow snack stand people where I buy my products.
I used the website few times before that's, but last week I order countertop sups cookers, Got them yesterday, One was defected, not heating well, chat with customers service to inform them about the issue.
HE tell me contact the manufacturer, NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU.

We use Webstaurant for most of our paper products. Most items are much cheaper than we can get from our regular distributor even factoring in the shipping. Trust me, I've done the math. When something arrived damaged I just had to send a picture and they
Reshipped the item. Love the chat feature and great customer service.
BTW, restocking fees are pretty standard and shipping costs are high everywhere.

They have a great selection but prey on users who order things and have to return them by changing a 20% restocking fee. Its not our fault your products do fit in certain places, or don't work how we imagine they would. I'll buy only from Amazon now. At least in most cases they do free returns. What a joke Webstaurant!

I placed an order for some things I needed for a party. The items normally get to me within the week, so I placed the order on Monday and found out the shipment wouldn't get to me for two weeks. I explained to the company. Asked if I can return the items. They said, sure, but we will charge you 20% plus return shipping. I responded, "So, in other words, you make it so expensive for someone to make a return that they simply can't return items. Nice". I won't order from them again. Of the several orders I've placed with them over the past three years, both times I've needed to return something, they have come up with a way to keep me from returning items. The first time they just flat-out said I couldn't return the items. I had ordered cases of baking soda when I meant to order cases of baking powder. I asked if I could refuse the shipment and have them exchange the order out for the correct item (happy to pay the additional shipping) and they said no. They wouldn't exchange it for me. I hope this review keeps enough people from ordering that they will change their policies.

In the case of your baking soda that you were looking to exchange, I do apologize, we are unable to accept returned consumable products. We do need all returns to be in a resellable condition. Therefore, since we want to ensure the consumable products are good to use, untampered with, and have an adequate shelf life when they are purchased by our customer, we do not allow consumable products to be returned and resold for the safety of everyone involved.

I bought a 10 Glass canton cake dome from them and the base was 11.25" which did not fit my glass bottom that is 10". Sorry, they tell me but it wouldn't do any god to send the item back as it would cost me the $24.00 + 30% stock fee so I should sell the item locally. Really? Is that any way to treat a customer. Stay with Amazon to buy glassware. They will take a return without any problems. These people are rip-off artists.

I have pulled up the Anchor Hocking 340Q 10" Glass Canton Cake Dome on our site and it does state in the spec's section that the item has a 10" top diameter, but an 11 3/4" bottom diameter. I bought a product that they sold for sale saying that it would arrive in two days. They lie with that information. They sold me the product more than 1 month ago and I have still received it because the factory does not have it available. Every day they tell me something different. Be very careful to buy. It's the second time they do this to me. I thought that the first time was bad luck, but I realized that it is normal

We do state on our site that the item that was purchased "Usually Ships in 1-2 Business Days", meaning that if that item is in stock, this would be the typical processing time for an order, but this timeframe is not a guarantee. Since the item that was ordered was out of stock with the manufacturer this typical processing time was delayed and the estimated ship date was pushed back. We did our best to provide the most accurate information to you that we receive from the manufacturer and it was pushed back a few times as they were waiting to get the stock in.
I apologize for the frustration of the delays, but I do see that the order did ship out on 5/28 from their location in Georgia and is estimating to deliver to you on 6/6 in Oregon. Prices are really good, and with $99 shipping everything ships free. I dont know why people are saying bad customer service, i have had no problem with customer service, love the chat option. This is not quality company. I have been customer over two years from canada. Having improper shipping method and online customer people as so rude. Ask us pick up our stuff from the truck, which is over 100lb what evenr heavy it is. We piad $250 deliveris fess as well. Customer supporter advised me that weneed hire forklift, if the items is heavy for us to lifted. Asking extra delivery fees once we paid for ordered with deliveries fees. Not a reliable company! A lift gate is a platform on the back of the truck that acts as an elevator to bring the order down to the ground for you. 51.00 bucks to ship 195.00 in paper product is a bit much. I can see if the product is heavy, but paper cups and bowls should not cost that to ship out

First experience with this company, and after reading other reviews I will not be purchasing from them again. My company ships a lot of packages per day and we go though a lot of tape guns (they break, all of them... just the way it is). So, we know our tape guns. We purchase 3in tape for more box coverage, and require a 3in tape gun. I was looking online for more the other day, and came across webstaurantstore who had advertised 3in tape guns at a reasonable cost. I purchased three of them. Order Number: ******* and they arrived in three days! However, they sent the wrong size tape gun. 2in :( which does not fit our 3in tape, nor is it the correct product. I started an Online Chat with Meghan. Her response time was slow, the questions she asked had nothing to do with the product. I sent her 5 photos (see attached) of tape gun they sent (2in-black), and what we currently use (3in-red). The color doesn't matter at all, however the size is very important. She continued to disagree with me about the size of the tape gun, even after viewing the tape gun with the measuring tape showing the size, and a photo of what a 3in gun looks like. Saying my 3in tape "should work" with the incorrect 2in tape gun they sent... also refusing to admit the size of the tape gun was mislabeled on their site (I pointed out, you're welcome) until the very last comment. It was clear she had no idea about the product they were selling. We are working on the return now, I hope is goes smoother than what the other reviews have stated, and a full refund is given.

In looking into the item, the 3" is referring to the tape's core diameter not the width of the tape that is compatible with it. In looking into the product description, we do note "Use this dispenser with your 2" x 110 yard box sealing tape with a 3" core. " as well as noting the 3" was the core diameter in the item's name as well as in the specs section as well.
Normally in this situation, this would be considered a standard return with a restocking and return shipping fee, but I am happy to hear that Meghan made an exception to return the tape dispensers for the confusion.
