Recently bought a Meat Grinder machine from them with extended warranty. After a couple of uses (no more than 30 minutes in a single run) the machine started overheating and stopped working. Upon contacting the customer support I was told that the company does not cover it under the warranty.
I donot understand why would they even sell a warranty if they cannot honor it. They might have a wide range of products but based on my experience the quality is definitely poor.
I would not be buying from them definitely and would be strongly suggest you to stay away as well.

Love the selection - but shipping is way too high. Even with the membership. Will likely cancel it and buy elsewhere for no reason other than that the shipping is so high.

"I ordered a fryer from these guys it shipped out and never showed up at my location. It seems the carrier lost it. Well webstaurant says well look into it 7 days later. They said it was lost and would reship. No expidated shipping just shipped common carrier. Remember it has now been a week. You cannot call them only talk to them via chat. The reps will say opps sorry but they dont care that im am now without a fryer for 2 weeks. Will not do this again to save 150 bucks. Lost more in time down than i saved. BTW webstaurant offered nothing to me although i lost hundreds of dollars."

What we do provide is best estimates based on standard transit times from one of our warehouse locations to you.

Do not recommend them at all, sends me to manufacturer of a item they sell. Bought a globe mixer that was not working correctly and they told me to go to globe for a return if i wanted to..

In most cases, the warranty is held by the manufacturer directly, so in order to get service, parts, confirmation of defect, or troubleshooting under warranty, we will direct you to the manufacturer. I have checked into the Globe mixers that we offer on our site and I do see that Globe does take care of their own warranty so they should have been able to assist with it not working correctly.
Have you contacted Globe for this assistance? Were they able to help to get the unit up and running?

They have what we needed but lacked the knowledge to help me repair it when it broke. Sent model number and pictures and was told the couldn't help me. Sure they'll replace an item that breaks in the fist year but after that you're on your own.
Customer service is ineffective and condescending.

They have a solid selection and fair prices but BEWARE of getting bamboozled. I allowed their representative to advise me which specific product to get. Turns out they incorrectly advised me however, when I went to exchange for the correct part, they charged me return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. I explained that it was bad advice from their rep but Cassandra Barrett firmly refused and was completely inflexible. It seems as though this is maybe a secondary income stream for this company, I'm not sure. Additionally, the rep talked me into going with their 'Plus' promotion - kind of like Amazon Prime. Free shipping on products for an annual fee. Great, sounds good. I paid for it only to find out that the items the rep advised me to purchase did not qualify for the Plus program. *eye roll* I totally should have seen that coming. It's companies like this one that cause consumers to not trust corporations. Beware of this company - pay a few bucks more to buy it at a more trusted source.

I was able to find the chats that you have had with our customer service representatives that were made before and after the order was placed. In one of the chats that you had with us before you ordered, we had sent a general link to all of the dipper wells that we offer on our site and did not recommend a specific one based on your use since we confirmed that we did not have one that was recommended for use without a permanent water source. We always advise our customer to fully look into the details and dimensions of the product to see if it will fully fit your needs before purchasing.
I also see that when you were looking into having shipping cost discounted, we suggested looking into our Plus program. This is a $99 per month subscription to get free shipping on eligible items when the order total is over $29. We are offering a free trial month at this time so that you can see if you like the program and you are able to cancel the subscription at any time. Therefore, at the time you signed up, you had not yet been charged and could cancel the subscription so that it would not automatically renew and still receive the free shipping benefits for the rest of the month.
As for our restocking fee, the reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed.

I purchased a stainless steel table and it arrived in poor condition (box opened, scratched, dinged, dented and with loose screws). I was informed the table was still able to serve its functionality therefore I could not have it replaced. WRONG! After several days of complaining another table was shipped at no charge but this table was even worse (bigger dents, dings and scratches). I've learned my lesson. Free table or not this was such a dissatisfying experience. Great prices but you will unfortunately pay the bigger price with stress and end up with a poor quality product. I will NEVER shop here again.

We never want items to arrive to you with damage, but it can happen on occasion while in transit. Since the intended use for the table is for the back of the house a restaurant, the denting and scratching would be considered cosmetic damage and not affect the functionality. Normally we would offer partial credit back for the damage since we do understand that you should not pay full price for the damaged product. Spoke with Guy-Michael Simon a customer service specialist on yesterday 08/10/19 about a damaged steel table that was delivered the same day I was asked to send photos by email to them i waited about 15-20mins for a response haven't received one yet i tried calling them back at around 3:10pm because day closes at 4:00pm on Sat & Sun phone ranged one time and kept going straight to voicemail it appeared that i had been blocked and i still having heard anything back from them until this day my suggestions to anyone one purchasing and receiving damaged products from this company and are unable to return them to seek an ATTORNEY

The extended warranty just offers additional coverage time on the product but still follows the coverage that is listed in the item's standard warranty information. This can be found on the unit's page on our site under the "Resources and Downloads" section on the right-hand side. Within the warranty, it does list what will void the warranty and what the warranty will not cover. It sounds as though the unit was used in a way that is not covered, but I would need more information to confirm this.
