Placed my order Oct 1/19, advised it would ship Oct 10/19. Needed this product for Oct 20th, I started to follow-up on the 15th. Finally they told me it wouldn't ship until after the 20th when I needed the product.

Having a large household of several people as well as animals, I needed a heavy duty laundry pre spotter to remover a multitude of stains from a multitude of items. Beautiful selection of products beautiful results. Speed is what you need to tackle whatever household issue, try WebstaurantStore first. Hey the shipping might be an issue but you can become a member and shipping is greatly reduced.

They deliberately lie about their delivery timelines, package shipments with just thin cardboard and no foam, and their customer service is downright rude and anti-customer. One of the worst companies in America.

I ordered a class k extinguisher and saw that it was not the one I originally saw when I googled class k dry extinguisher. This one was a class k wet extinguisher. So within the hour after placing my order I web chatted with them to ask to change my order because I needed the dry one. They were no help and said it wasn't something they would do for me. So now I'm stuck with the wrong extinguisher and the refund policy has a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Total ripoff artists. Never shopping this site again. Business lost

I did look up "class k extinguisher" on our site and all results did note in the item's title that it should be used "wet". Once our warehouse is getting the items from our shelves, it cannot be altered or canceled.
