The same items i see here, that my daughter purchased, are available elsewhere for 25% - 35% less. Also they charge a whopping 30% restock / return fee - that is insane. I will never purchase here again

While we are confident with our wholesale pricing, we are always happy to check into price matching for you if you are able to find the same item at a lesser price elsewhere.

The reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. Placed my order Oct 1/19, advised it would ship Oct 10/19. Needed this product for Oct 20th, I started to follow-up on the 15th. Finally they told me it wouldn't ship until after the 20th when I needed the product.
I had to follow-up, in my opinion VERY poor customer service

Having a large household of several people as well as animals, I needed a heavy duty laundry pre spotter to remover a multitude of stains from a multitude of items. Beautiful selection of products beautiful results. Speed is what you need to tackle whatever household issue, try WebstaurantStore first. Hey the shipping might be an issue but you can become a member and shipping is greatly reduced.
Remember try before you buy any where else.

ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE

They deliberately lie about their delivery timelines, package shipments with just thin cardboard and no foam, and their customer service is downright rude and anti-customer. One of the worst companies in America.

Stuck with wrong item

I ordered a class k extinguisher and saw that it was not the one I originally saw when I googled class k dry extinguisher. This one was a class k wet extinguisher. So within the hour after placing my order I web chatted with them to ask to change my order because I needed the dry one. They were no help and said it wasn't something they would do for me. So now I'm stuck with the wrong extinguisher and the refund policy has a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Total ripoff artists. Never shopping this site again. Business lost

I did look up "class k extinguisher" on our site and all results did note in the item's title that it should be used "wet". Once an order is placed with us, we are unable to guarantee that it can be canceled or altered since we do our best to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Once our warehouse is getting the items from our shelves, it cannot be altered or canceled. It sounds as though the order had already hit this point in our processing and that is why we are unable to make the alteration that you were requesting and offered to set up a return instead. I have spent lots of money with them over past 1.5 years renovating a property in modern industrial design. I had one items arrive with slight damage and they offered 2 solutions immediately.
