They have 6 locations for faster shipping, but for my order they shipped all the way from PA across the country in 8 days to CA. Of course you only find out after you place the order. They don't let you cancel because it is being processed. What a BS!

***Updated*** I was able to finally return the freezer for store credit or WEBucks" as they call it.
In my opinion this is the worst company EVER! Don't buy any equipment from these people. Called about a freezer for our ice cream cakes. "Scott" was so very helpful and recommended a unit. Freezer won't go below zero and manufacturer says you shouldn't put ice cream in this unit it will not stay frozen. Wow. Check out the picture with all the ice cream in it. AND THEY REFUSE TO RETURN IT! Lawsuit is coming though. 6k for this freezer alone. We didn't even want a refund... just an exchange and they said no it's USED NOW.

Products are decent but the RETURN POLICY IS VERY POOR. I accidentally bought the wrong size and I wanted to return it. But did they accept? NOOOO. SO BUYER - PLEASE BEWARE. Before you make any purchases, MAKE SURE that you have the CORRECT SIZING (which was my issue) AND their service wasn't all that great. They could learn a thing or two from AMAZON and these online e-tailers that are taking over the marketplace.

While their website is great and they have overall good shipping, if you need ANY kind of customer service or have even the simplest return, just be warned, it sucks. Their service is very slow and they charge a 20% return fee on anything returned. It took me 45 minutes to get an item returned to them.

I came across this site by accident! I didn't know how to plan for my even or what all I would need. I love this store. The chat was so helpful. I was able to order all the serving pieces, table top stuff in one sitting. I forgot something after placing the order and the chat helped me out so I would not have to pay the shipping again on the one item! There's no sense in writing things that have already been reported. Bottom line, company could care less. If a company has delivery and customer service issues time and time again it's time to hurt them where it matters. Subpar delivery and customer service is not acceptable. This company has very bad reviews and that hasn't changed. It's a good thing that I'll waste more time to let people know and hopefully they will loose business as a result. In this day and age customer retention is important and if you don't care, and clearly they don't, then their bottom line, sales, profit, should hurt them. While we do our best to provide estimates for delivery of orders, we are unable to provide guarantees unless expedited shipping is ordered, but delays can happen in transit. I was able to locate your order, and I do see that you notified us on 10/30 (Wednesday) that you were missing some items. At that point we had requested further information regarding which tracking number you had received, so that we could contact the carrier and start a trace for the missing items. Once additional information was provided, a trace was started, and the carrier typically has 48-72 hours to complete their investigation. We do have to do this so that the carrier knows of the issue and if they are able to locate the shipment near you, they can have it delivered faster than we could have it shipped to you. As of 11/1 (Friday), we went ahead and reshipped you the missing items before the carrier was able to complete their investigation as an exception as we wanted to resolve this for you. Will never do business with this company again and regret that I gave them my money. They do not explain fully what you are ordering and when you receive it and it is wrong they charge 30% plus shipping to correct the problem! TOTAL SCAM!
