Expensive
March 22, 2022

Was disappointed, they make the floor mats more appealing on the commercial. They appear more shiny and have red decals on them which would have matched my red truck... they have neither. The back seat middle area is flimsy. Like I said they are expensive as is the shipping... Also unless you like the smell of strong rubber let them air out a few days.

Expensive plus $15.00 for shipping for what is baically a rubber floor mat which does not cover as well as the OEM mats. Drivers side does not cover where heel woould rest for accelrator. Passenger side also a bad fit. Would cost to return so will use. Last time I order any item from Weather Tech. Try Amaazon or local retailor you will probably be more satisfied.

Not what they seam
March 15, 2022

So I ordered 2 sets of front floor mats for my suv and my husband's work truck. They arrived early and they fitted perfectly. So then I decided to order the trunk liner for my suv. It arrived all rolled up so when I took it out of the box it was permanently bent, and it didn't even come close to fitting properly. I also purchased the door liners for our little dog that usually sits in my lap and don't want him scratching the door. The door protector slid perfectly in between the door and window, but after 2 hrs of use the stitching came apart. They are not sewed in tight enough. They are flimsy so I had to re sew it myself. I had high hopes for this company but other than the front floor mats I will not purchase from them again. This stinks because I always try to buy American made products. Total disappointment

Ordered a set of mats for a car I thinking about purchasing. The deal fell through so I had to send the mats back. When I get my refund there was no refund for shipping?! So I had to pay $18 to get the mats and $25 to return them yet I don't get my original $18 back because they don't refund shipping! Nice job weather tech! Your shipping policy sucks!

Waste of money
March 9, 2022

The floor mats curl up and trip everyone who tries to get out of the car. They do not lay flat. They are very stiff and hard to remove. I am not impressed or satisfied at all

Terrible Customer Service
February 20, 2022

I was buying mats online and called CS for advice and was guided through the process. The wrong set was sent. I returned them and was sent a second shipment. Again, the wrong mats for my truck. I paid for a second order so I could have all of the mats needed for my vehicle. I returned the incorrect shipment, along with a bump step and seat cover. My order has been in their return bin for over 10 days, I am still waiting for a refund, and they do not have the seat cover that I returned. Apparently, the customer service rep that ordered the mats incorrectly a second time neglected to note I was returning the bump step AND the seat cover from the order. Sooooo, now I am getting a refund for a floormat and a bump step, no refund for a seat cover! The customer service manager, Ross, tried assuage me and build rapport by telling me he is from the city where I reside. Like the call was for us to get to know one another. Maybe we'll have coffee next week, right? He was insistent that their customer service people are meticulous about their notes from customers. He assured me it is impossible that there was a mistake made in the return process, even though they screwed up the order prior. It is crazy to me that a company this size would charge shipping on orders over $100, but they do. The return labels they issue seem to be sent at the slowest speed possible, probably because they don't want to pay shipping. Super disappointing and a perfect example of why doing business with US companies can be so disappointing! You pay top dollar for products, you get terrible service and they move at a glacial pace. I am sure there are other companies that do custom floor mats. Do your research before you make a purchase.

Nice Product
February 9, 2022

Ordered my liners and cargo liner. Received duplicate orders which were returned and are in credit status. Good product. I placed them into my Ford Escape and they fit perfectly and with the winter now upon us they are doing a great job keeping the floor under them dry.
Definitely worth the money over regular cheap floor mats. Will consider purchasing future items for my vehicle and as gifts for friends and family.

Don't waste your money
February 2, 2022

Found out that the driver side mats with the hooks on them the water goes right underneath the mat and ruins your carpet. Never again will I buy anything from this company the manager told me to put a towel down to soak up the water but it goes underneath the mat and get your carpet wet.

Very expensive and issues with shipping!
February 2, 2022

These mats are extremely expensive and the quality is what you would expect from your OEM dealership option or Canadian tire.

When my package arrived it was packed very poorly and the mats were dirty upon arrival. I reach out to customer service and they didn't really care. Spending over $250 for car mats that came in an open box and dirty not good.

My children purchased these floor mats for my Old Audi. We also own a BMW and Land Rover that have factory installed winter mats.
The Weathertech mats seemed to be made of a polymer plastic and are impossible to completely clean. The floor mats of the BMW and Rover are made of high grade rubber and clean with little effort.
Dirt seems to easily imbed itself into the Weathertech mats and they will not entirely clean- I've followed their instructions!
I've contacted them numerous times and simply am given the corporate answer which is not helpful.
There is no customer service. That would require listening, which they do not do.
A lot of hype about a product that is a cheap alternative to quality options.

I originally bought husky floor liners for my 2017 Dodge ram quad cab pickup. They fit well and provided good protection. The only problem i had with them was that the center hump wasn't protected. So I decided to go with weathertech as their liners go over the middle hump. BIG MISTAKE. Right from day one the front drivers side kept curling up under the door. The problem being two fold. First of all it impedes the door from closing completely wich has caused numerous problems. Secondly the carpet under this area isnt protected allowing grime to get under it and travel all the way under it. I bought these to " PROTECT MY CARPETS". I contacted customer service several times they told me to send pics then when i call them back they say they never got the pics. Long story short i have removed the weathertech liners and have re-instslled the Husky liners. Moral of the story? BUY HUSKY

Have bought many, many sets of weathertech mats through many years in the auto industry. I recently ordered front mats for my 2021 crosstrek. Passenger side front mat does not fit. If it is laser measured to fit they had beter replace their laser. Have sent pictures etc. and jumped through their hoops. Been 2 1/2 months and haven't heard a word. Unacceptable! There are definitely other mats of equal quality. None of us have to buy weathertech products.

I have been using WeatherTech Floor Liners for 20+ years (back when nobody even heard of them). Every time someone in our family or I gets a new vehicle, I immediately take the factory mats out, put them back in their original bag, store them and install the WeatherTech liners. When we go to trade or sell the vehicle, I pull the WeatherTech liners out, the carpets are spotless and I put the original "new mats" back in. I recycle the floor liners or give them to somebody who has the same vehicle. Better trade value. These are great products!
However, I now have my first unhappy experience. My daughter recently got a new car so I gave her WeatherTech Floor Liners for Christmas. She looked confused because her boyfriend had just given her a set. Since his were already installed, I needed to return mine. The return policy looked great but said that "return shipping cost is paid by the customer." I decided to take them to FedEx because that is how they were shipped to me. I picked the cheapest, no hurry shipping option and it cost $43 to ship liners that cost $110. Be very careful what you select or you too will be paying 39% or the original cost to return them!

I ordered car mats from Weathertech Canada (Burlington, ON) on December 15th and had not received them as of Jan 11th. When I phoned Weathertech this morning their representative could not be bothered to take my order confirmation number or UPS tracking number. This was clearly MY problem. Terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from Weathertech again. It is all about profit!

Digital liner issues
January 10, 2022

Bought two front only digital liners. Fits fine and snaps into place. Problem is... on the majority of 2 door cars, when you slide the seat forward all the way, the seat slider will smash against the floor liner and bend it. If you live in a cold climate area, the liners become very stiff and then the seat sliders will bent the floor liners and crack it.
We have seats that automatically slide forward when the back is released and tilted. Cracked both sides.
Contacted WeatherTech and was told... nothing they can do and remove the liners beforehand. WeatherTech rep sure got creative with words and deflected.
Car wash company we go to says... common occurrence when sliding seats forward and they do crack.
For what these digital liners cost... WeatherTech rep should not get creative with words and reasons and just replace the liner. We will remove the liners now that we know the defect... and will post on all reviews this issue.

Weather Tech did contact me regarding my review. I provided them with all the information regarding the product " not fitting properly". There reply was it was the auto maufacturing fault. They had two diffrent size front floor mats. They told me to remove the front mat so that there product would fit better. In view of the fact that the floor mat is a one piece unit, it would require that I cut the mat up. That is no acceptall! That was the end of service. Rating "0". Roger Marr.

Cheap material, poorly designed, extremely over priced. Window rain guards interfere with operation of the windows. Will eventually cause problems with the window motor.

I've ordered a few different items from WeatherTech and they are well made, durable products. I recently ordered a Christmas gift that FedEx cannot locate and I was told by FedEx that they could not guarantee delivery by Christmas. FedEx told me to call Weather Tech directly because there is nothing FedEx can do. The customer service person I spoke with at Weather Tech, his name was Harry, was Fantastic! All I was looking for was a little empathy and to be able to give this gift to it's recipient on Christmas day. Harry was kind, empathetic and patient and did everything in his power to help right the situation. Highly recommend.
