Ordered floor mats for my Toyota sienna van and when we got them they didn't fit right call to see what was wrong and they said we needed a different one, but we just wanted to get a refund then they became rude and not so nice. Don't purchase from them i went straight to Toyota and got better ones at a cheaper price and that fit perfect.
I have been fighting this situation since April 2021- it's now mid-December 2021 ( > 7 months). HOPEFULLY their upper-management will assist, but I'm not holding my breath._GIVEN: I purchased Front Hood Wind/ Bug Deflector & side window wind deflectors for Ford F-150 Lariat._PROBLEM: I cannot locate a WeatherTech Dealer (Diamond on down) who will install these components UNLESS you bought them from that dealer._SITUATION: WeatherTech "dealers" will not support the company (WeatherTech) by installing online- purchased WeatherTech products (PERIOD)_TAKE AWAY: Do_NOT_ purchase online (from WeatherTech or Amazon or ANYONE else) since WeatherTech dealers OR WeatherTech Customer Support will NOT support you._CAVEAT: After aggressive emailing and complaints, WeatherTech Sales Management is attempting to find a Dealer who will actually do this... we'll see. IF they DO come through, I will edit this review.
I was gonna buy WeatherTech from my wife for her floors in her car but they're gonna charge me shipping aren't you making a enough already Any time I spent a couple $100 for floor mat I would really like to get free shipping I don't think I'm wrong
About to place an order for weather tech liners for a 2018 suburban almost $300 bucks out the door with taxes... all good until they expect me to pay for shipping $18 on top of this cost, i'm not going to add to the cost of their product which is industry most expensive. The other guys cover this cost and receive my business going forward. Thanks for listening. Steve
Ps. I own them in other vehicles, guess the sub will have the competitors
My loving wife ordered and paid for a weathertech cell phone cup holder as a gift for me for My birthday in July 2021. Needless to say, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! She contacted Weathertech and supposedly they were going to reship it to her, as of Dec. 11,2021 no cup holder! I like to purchase AMERICAN MADE, but I'll never give Weathertech another dime of my money. They gladly take the money but apparently could care less about the customer even receiving their product. If you buy from them, good luck getting anything in return.
I would like to review their items but the two times I have tried to order products from them they told me they could not process my payment. Paypal would not work on their site so used debit card & they told me could not process my card for payment. Clearly money in my account both times! They want me call them! Um... no, I am not giving my card # over the phone so an employee can skim my card! What kinda rinky dink scam site are they?
All I want to do is let everyone know that once weathercrap gets your money good luck with customer service!
Purchased a rear bench seat protector for our 2020 Hyundai Elantra and it is not up to Weathertech standards. The product is about 2" to small all the way around. The back portion does not reach the seat creating a "hammock" like effect and the bench portion does not come to the sides or front resulting in the sections meant to drop over the edges to be completely ineffective. The "grip" feature on the bottom may work on seats that are completely flat but does not work at all on our car as the bench has a slight contour and because the top material is so stiff it sits like a piece of carboard especially when it is cold. This was purchased because we have a dog who rides in the back. She is constantly sliding when she tries to move. Jumping in to the car results in the cover shifting and not protecting the seat as it bunches up with most of the material being pushed away from the edge of the seat. The seat portion definitely needs a strap on the corners to help hold it in place. Have purchased 2 sets of floor liners in the past and these were perfect. Was hoping for the same quality and fit in this seat protector but am seriously disappointed.
The floor mats curl up. And I can't get into car without tripping. Customer service told me to get a hairdryer to try and bend it flat. Really?
Bought for 2 cars. Tesla and CRV both *******. The weathertech carpets are not long enough. In both cars passenger and driver feet are are touching the carpets, because the liners are too short. Very disappointing
If you want to protect your front floor from snow and rain, don't buy for a 2021 Subaru Forrester. It doesn't fit the driver's side floor.
The dealer suggested I soak the pad in hot water to get it to fit the floor better.
Very disappointed, very dangerous mats that get very slippery and will just slip right from under your feet. I bought two, one for inside and one for outside. Called and spoke to a representative and didn't get much of a reaction. Been a weathertech customer for some time and have always been pleased. These mats are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Looks sloppy in back seat without holding tabs. Large one we ordered for back of suv was shipped in small box rolled up... way to expensive with tax and shipping it was nearly 150.00 for 1 piece
Ordered floor mats for my husbands truck. Put all the information in online that it asked. When the floor mats came in they did not fit. Called Weather Tech spoke with a representative who asked me to email her and take photos of the floor mats in the vehicle showing they did not fit. I emailed the CSR the same day. That was on 09/29/21. As of today haven't gotten any response. I have emailed the CSR back asking for a full refund. Obviously this company doesn't care about customer service or they would have gotten back with me w/in a day or so and made my order right! DO NOT USE THEM!
I purchase Weathertech floor mats for my 2021 Honda Pilot. The cargo mat did not seem to fit right, but when I contacted the company they explained how to get it to fit correctly. Recently I lost one of the fastener rings on the driver's side mat. When I contacted them, they sent out several top and bottom replacement rings. I have several grandchildren so I need something that can be easily cleaned. These mats work great!
Look great when newly installed but trap mud and dirt like crazy. Cleaning them after soiled for only a couple months was a task I never want to do again. I power washed them and scrubbed them with a good brush and as soon as they dried they looked horrible. Then you have to buy this black product to basically color the remaining dirt left over. A messy job to say the least. I would not recommend this product. I don't mind paying the price but the floor mats are crap!
After owning a full set of weathertech mats I must say that as time goes on they really suck. They don't hold their shape. They curl and become a safety hazard. I have had to totally remove the back seat covers because my passages would trip over them because they curled. I'm now going to have to remove the driver mat because near the accelerator it's curling and becoming a driving hazard. Weathertech I hope you're listening. You need to make changes to your design flaws. Perhaps you can make things right with me and I can change this review.

Mats are good quality but fit is not. On my 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo I needed to slip mats under interior plastic around its edges in the front of my car or else once installed the mats buckle around the edges. In the rear of my vehicle, the mat is all one piece and the hump in the middle is NOT flush with the carpet, instead it is raised which looks and feels wrong. I triple checked everything and the mats have been installed correctly and I ordered the specific ones for my vehicle. Cost was over $200 and I have buyers remorse. For those who believe that "laser cut" mats mean they fit like a glove, you will be disappointed for sure. Same problem with 2016 Honda HRV, I just wanted to see if the company improved since last time. Never again.
So much for buying "American Made" products... Weathertech charges a lot of money for shipping and it still takes 10+ days to arrive at your doorstep. They really need to study their competition, in particular Amazon who sells very similar quality products, less than half the cost, with 2 day shipping.
In August 2021, I purchased the long-awaited weathertech floor liners for my 2020 Mercedes-Benz SUV. I was so excited to receive them and immediately opened the box. The first thing I detected, their light-weightedness, no big deal. I then noticed a curvature on the left side of the driver's side-liner, which gapped and didn't lay flush to the edge. Assuming the summer heat would possibly soften... that never help. I called weathertech and spoke with a delightful customer representative, who suggested I roll the liner the opposite, or wrong side and it will gradually correct itself. Well needless to say, that didn't work. For the price I paid, this is very disappointing, given the main reason I purchase them, was to protect my floors carpet. Additionally, due to them being lightweight they do not stay in place. I've decided to put my Mercedes-Benz mats back in place and to just never purchase from weathertech again, or recommend them.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
