Tv stand had a couple issues that i ordered. Sent wayfair an email with a couple pics and they had a new one shipped to me within a day and didn't even request my old one back. Great service!

I bought a ding set Wednesday 8 March online late night around 10 pm before I went to bed. I woke up on Thursday to find an email that delivery date is 23rd of March. I canceled immediately because the reason I bought this set is for my family coming to visit be between the 21st - 30th March & therefore it will be too late. I was SHOCKED to know that I cannot return it. I called customer service with NO LUCK. This is not right. They are cheaters. I will never buy from wayfair again

Ordered a bed last week of Feb and waited an waited til the Day it was supposed to be shipped out for them to tell me it was on back order an would be another week... That week came an went an contacted wAyfair an they gave me a full mother two weeks to receive product I just cancelled that's ridiculous

Bought a dresser. Followed instructions and nothing lined up. Half of the drawers will not fully close. The locks on the top drawers do not line up even though they are all the way back. Was not sent enough nails to complete the assembly. Ordered a bed and can't wait to see how bad this product is when it arrives. First and last time I ever order from Wayfair. I would give it a negative rating if I were able to

Ordered a 3 piece living room set that was in stock. It has been 4 weeks and 4 days since the order and I still do not have it. Calls to customer service really don't give you any good information. They are polite but know nothing. We have been told 3 times now they are checking. It would seem they need a much better supply chain delivery system. We are about to just cancel and go somewhere else. Lots of places to buy furniture. Over 4 weeks is inexcusable and not the kind of service expect or deserve.

Ordered 3 sets of cookware at an amazing price from the clearance section. Put them in my cart, paid for them and placed the order. Received email confirmation. Two days later received an email canceling one of the sets. Four days later checked in to my Wayfair account to see the status and saw where the have canceled the other 2 sets. Called Wayfair and the csr couldn't explain why I was able to put them in the cart and pay for them if they weren't available. In my opinion the clearance section is a scam, beware.

Ordered a bath vanity on Feb 10 and 5 weeks later they can't locate the item. Construction has been held up. They tell you there is a 72 hour delay in getting information from their shipping dept. I will never use Wayfair again!

False Advertising

I purchased a 3 piece Figurine Set from Wayfair. They only sent one figurine. I sent an email and they were apologetic and sent me another SET. Again, one figurine. In the meantime, they change their advertising to state ONE figurine, and when I called they said they sent it to me and their advertising states ONE. Imagine. I have my packing slip and purchase receipt that states 3. Then they want to give me a credit of $5.

I asked to talk with a supervisor and they refused to put me through and I was cordial throughout this ordeal.

They falsely advertise and then change advertising. They bait and switch. The product is in the trash and I will not do business with them again. Wayfair, Joss&Main, Birch Lane, Dwell Studios. And AllModern+ ever again.

I was very dis-satisfied with a purchase of stools from them. After about 6 months they started creaking every time you sat on them and also became very wobbly. No amount of tightening helped. I contacted the company with my dis-satisfaction and i received a full refund for my purchase.

Cheap crap

Ordered a bunk bed parts did not fit. The ladder arrived broken in half. It was late Saturday to contact them. I wonder how long will it take too remedy this problem and send replacements.

Crap company

I thought at first they were pretty great I was expected to get my bed on March 3rd so I waited and waited and it never came. Called the company nice customer service and they said "we'll contact the warehouse in the morning" ok fine it's closed I get that. This morning came again I waited and waited and finally called and NOPE the warehouse is closed ALL $#*!ING WEEKEND. So that means according to customer service no one knows where my bed is, what has happen to it, if it has even been pulled or put on the truck. Basically it is lost and if it is well then they'll take another 3 days out of there precious $#*! time and pull another bed and send it to me... WTF! By the time I actually get my bed or even find out if they have it or don't I WILL BE WITH THE MILITARY in a $#*!ty $#*! bunk... thanks wayfair you guys SUCK.

Wayfair had some barstools that I was interested in advertised on sale and a great price, but when I tried to purchase them it said they were out of stock and would notify me when they were back in stock. I contacted Wayfair the next day and received an email stating they would honor the price. I clearly told them I wanted 4 white and 4 black. They did NOT notify me when they were back in stock and the price was now advertised at much higher price. I contacted them and they told me they would only honor half of the order.

Your website and customer service told me my package shipped 2/23 but UPS says it shipped out on 2/27, yesterday, 5 days after your company told me it shipped out. I was not provided that information when I ordered your product as it was supposed to arrive for a birthday.

No wonder UPS couldn't find the product when I called yesterday 2/27, because it wasn't even shipped, 5 days later.

Nor will it arrive fri 3/3 as you indicated, UPS said it will not arrive until 3/6,12 days after I placed my order

Maybe these practices should be reviewed, terrible for management to put your customer service in this position to deceive, I'd rather have upfront info to base my decision on a purchase

Cancellation same day

I ordered a daybed, included inner spring, roll trundle for under bed, 2 mattresses and daybed set. This was on a Friday morning, later that day I cancelled the entire order. Cancellation was confirmed as received. The items were still shipped reason they were closed over weekend and only saw cancellations on Monday morning. I refused delivery and returned to sender. Despite my cancellation I have to pay return and refusal fee. Wayfair does not tell you they order their products elsewhere. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR. I am still fighting my case.

I ordered a mirror on January 9th. It was to be delivered freight by January 28th. On February 31st I called because I didn't receive it. They blamed it on the weather and said I would have it by February 3rd. Well again no mirror so I called AGAIN. This time they got back to me and said it would be here by February 13th. Surprise, surprise, no mirror! Called again only to have them tell me it was lost and they could order me a new one which would arrive March 15th. Keep in mind I did not get an apology and they kept telling me that this was not typical. After 6 weeks, I canceled my order. I placed an order for the same mirror with another company and will have it in one week! DONT ORDER FROM WAYFAIR. They are terrible!

Placed order. Clear shipping address, with confirmation email. Subsequent email has totally different, incorrect address. Have to call to fix their mistake, explained clearly, written off without an apology. Finally resolved. Move on. Delivers to the wrong address anyway! Have to talk at length to them again to get it sent to me. Dont process the discount code I gave them. Don't even bother sending it priority after all of their mistakes. The bed arrived chipped... sure, I could have gone to great length and personal expense to resolve the chip. But is it even worth it at that point? No compensation offer beyond "take the bed apart and send it back in again." Of course you know that no one will do that. Completely ridiculous! Oh and something along the lines of "sorry we can't fix our mistakes via express mail." So I've still yet to receive something that was supposed to arrive almost a week ago. Never mind the large number of orders I'd placed and all of the money I'd spent. When I told them I was unsatisfied with the service? Oh, you bet. "Sorry you feel that way." I'd rather shop somewhere that doesn't take their customers for granted and behave so flippantly forwards their repeated inadequacies and failures.
