I ordered bed from since 3/3/17 and I haven't received it since then. I have been calling for almost a week and spoke to several representative and they keep telling me that my order have been delayed which I haven't received any emails stating it was. I called on 3/25/17 and spoke with a Dan Woodruff and he told me that he will keep on eye out for my bed since it been delayed and he will assure me as well as send me update about my bed which was suppose to be at the delivery company near me in Panama City, Fl by 3/27-3/28 and that company will have to contact me within 24-48 hours to deliver me bed. I emailed Mr. Woodruff back which i haven't received no emails back from him. I called on 3/29/17 and spoke with a females representative I let her know that I calling to find out the status of my bed because it was suppose to be at the delivery company between 3/27/17 & and 3/28/17 and I haven't received any updates whatsoever from Mr. Woodruff like he stated. I also told her about the delay and tired of hearing about it because it's almost a month, which I ordered the bed since 3/3/17, and I haven't received it. She still tried to tell me it was due to storm and delay and I'll have the bed by 4/3/17. I told her I want to speak to someone else and before I could finish my sentence she continued to talk and puts on hold. Now I was pissed off because she did ask if it was ok to be put on hold, very bad customer service. She came back on the phone and told me that all the freight representatives are busy and if my phone number is current. I told her I want to speak to a supervisor because I don't want to hold on or speak to her because she has bad customer service skills and she is not suppose to talk over the customer and the customers are always right no matter what. She stated not in this situation and I'm belittling her and she is not going to talk it and hang up on me. That representative might not need to get fired but really need a good customer service class for like a month and be demoted. It's not like I'm begging her for a merchandise that I want her to buy it's a merchandise I spend my hard earn money on that I been waiting for for almost a month. I have her all 1's bad rating I wish there was something lower than a 1. I called back and spoke with a supervisor and he told me the same delay story and my bed will come around 4/7/17 and I told him about his bad customer service representative that had no customer service skills. Never me again with Wayfair. I will get back my money.
I've ordered from Wayfair 5 times and 3 of those times I had major issues with my orders. Their delivery times are not accurate. Their customer service is lacking. Their pricing is average. Don't waste your time. They shipped incorrect items, shipped some items 3 months after the order date despite saying the items were in stock the entire time, and also provided false estimated delivery dates. I have never received a good response when I've contacted customer service. Do yourself a favor and use amazon or another company. The few dollars, if any, you save will not be worth the headache.
We ordered a oil rubbed bronz shower head and sliding bar. There was a part missing when we went to install. I called Wayfair and explained what was missing. The associate was very professional. The part I was missing was at our door within a week. Thank you Wayfair the customer service is outstanding and the product is awesome!

I ordered a dining room set from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with John Meehan. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! The set is gorgeous, so the quality of their product is obviously great as well. Thank you John and the Wayfair team!
This has been the WORST experience I've ever had with online ordering. I purchased a sectional on Feb 22, thinking that it would be delivered between March 1-6. That's what was posted online as a delivery date. Here it is March 23rd, no sectional. No update unless I called. I complained to CS on the 16th and received an email stating that the furniture would arrive at the local delivery company on the 21st. No sectional. My housewarming is dated for the 25th so at this point, I know that it won't arrive on time. I called again today and now they're saying that it will be delivered next week. Let's cross our fingers
After looking for places to review my Wayfair experience, I now see my interactions with this company is the norm and not an exception. I was a first time customer and will never buy from them again.
After receiving a shipment confirmation for my order, the information was never updated and package never delivered. After reaching out to them 5 days ago, I have still not received an update regarding my shipment. I have now requested a refund, but doubt I'll ever see that.
If I could go lower than 1 I would. Once you hit the order button - there's nothing you can do. I wanted to change a size 5 minutes after ordering AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. They said I could return it and reorder. They, of course, do not pay for shipping on returns. Ugh - buyer beware!
This company will interrupt your whole life as u know it, they'll have u waiting (missed school or work) so they don't sit your items outside yes everything is left outside unless u pay $50 or $80. Nothing comes on assigned days. They lose your items, please run don't order from Wayfair. NIGHTMARE ON WAYFAIR SYREET
I ordered some bar stools. Unbeknownst to me, they arrived unassembled and assembly was complex, difficult and time-consuming.
In fact, that the stools had to be assembled is only disclosed deep into the third page of the "description" and not upfront where it belongs.
Delayed, delayed again, wrong products arrived, supposed cred for inconvenience was never given in stead it was applied to my total refund of 1 product. How the hell does that work. Miss C.
Assumed king sized pillow cases would come with the king sized sheet sets. I have king sized pillows duh! Can't use the matching pillow cases
I ordered 2 kids platform beds... each arrived sepereately. My issue is only 1/2 of one of the beds came... not to my address but was just left at my neighbors wet snowy door step with no notification from fed-ex that the pkg had arrived... BEWARE OF THE FREE SHIPPING OFFER...
Horrible slow shipping. After a month never received my item. Was expected to pay $93 when I cancelled my order for an item I never received? It was a $219 item? That's nearly a 50% fee!? I called and finally got a full refund only to have to call a week later after no refund was credited in the time frame I was told. Finally received full refund three days later. Do yourself a favor and use amazon prime instead.
I ordered a platform bed over a month ago, I received an email stating that my order was going to arrive the next week on that Thursday. I kept checking outside to see if my bed arrived, but I waited & waited & still nothing. I checked online & noticed that the order was still being processed, but my money was already taken from my account. I called CS & expected a decent answer to what was happening with my order, CS agent told me that I should recieve my order by the 15th of March the latest. I get text updates, they sent me one on the 6th saying my order was shipped out, it is the 17th of March now & it is saying that my bed will be shipped to the agency my March 30th & I will receive it 2-3 days after that. My bed has been at this one terminal now for 5 days! Wtf! I will never order from Wayfair ever again. The worst thing is to have to wait for something you really need & have to deal with BS from CS screwing up. Over $800 in 1 order & over a month wait so far, this bed better be magical!
I ordered a small chest 35" wide on Mar 9th. They took the $ from my bank on the 12th, scheduled for delivery on Mar 28th. Chest sat in transit for 3 days somewhere down the line. Way too long on wait time. Never again...

If you expect shades of color on furniture based on what you see online to match DON'T. If you expect decent quality in their furniture DON'T! I had to return items 4 time so far! If you expect items to be delivered in a timely manner DON'T! They don't bother to inform you. If you expect their Wayfair credit card to be knowledgeable and fix undisputed errors in a timely manner DON'T! I have spent multiple calls and time to get a minor error done by wayfair fixed for over a month now!
Ordered a bed set, holes didnt line up, instructions were barely readable... one thing i would say is that the customer service was great as they tried to send another one, but it was identical to the first with the same problems. Only issue with refund is took some money off my original payment, im guessing due to shipping it back.
I ordered over 300.00 worth of junk! Had a hard time putting together two bar stools I ordered and they were junk! One leg was 1 inch too short! Tried to log on website and it was "down". Tried calling customer service and was on hold forever! Do not order anything! My other items were not as described!
I ordered a platform bed, mattress, and sectional all at once on Feb 6th. The platform bed and mattress came in 2 days... no complaints about these items. My sectional is where the issue comes into place. I thought when I ordered it it would come in 2 days likes my other items, but then I see an estimated time of 3-4 weeks. Which would put the delivery around the beginning of March and it is coming from California. It is March 15th and STILL NO sectional has been delivered. I keep tracking my package and calling Wayfair and it still has not been delivered to my Local shipping agent. WTF is my sectional?! Getting frustrated! If I would have known that it would take this long, I would have brought from a local store and had it delivered right away. This is becoming ridiculous!
