I've purchased a few items from wayfair and I've been pleased so far with the items that I've found and purchased! Beautiful items, great selection and great prices. The best thing is that the quality matches the price points! The descriptions of the items are very accurate as well.

I purchased a couch for my daughter- fabric was ripped. She called them and after over 20 phone calls they FINALLY answered and said they would send replacement. Notified her of delivery time (two months after initial purchase- a work day for her- and she cannot carry a phone at work as she is in an operating room). So she had a friend come at sit at her house entire day. NO SHOW of delivery. When she called them they said they were at her house and no one answered - LIE! She has continued for the past 4 weeks to call and email to arrange delivery and cannot even get someone to speak to her. I am so so sad we didn't shop at Pier One or World Market- THEIR customer service has always been amazing. I will NEVER shop at Wayfair (and I have a brand new second home that is completely empty and needs to be furnished- bad customer service Wayfair).

Don't ever order from this website. It is a terrible website. There is no way that you can exchange. You only can return. If you ordered something that didn't fit, you have to pay for return shipping cost.

I got charged for $146.89 $41=187.89 just for return shipping cost. Think many times before you order. Wayfair have inferior products that doesn't live up the money your paid, when you want to return, wayfair charge you arms and legs. So be careful!

I really have star to give, but I have to choose one in order to post.

Wayfair should change to waynotfair.com, waystoscrewyou.com

I enjoy shopping with Wayfair and wherever I have an issue customer service is awesome. I only wish my delivery experience would be more consistent. I'm still waiting for one of my items ordered several weeks ago to arrive.

Love shopping at Wayfair... love the quality, price and service. I returned 3 pillows, no problem, easy return with chat customer service instructions. Great quality in everything I have purchased, arrives when it says its going to,,, can't say enough good about this company.

Damage

I have never used this company myself but now that I have seen how your delivery company delivers things I will be sure that I never go through you people for furniture and I'll be sure to make sure no one does from now on. After looking at all the reviews from just today alone I am appalled by your company! When someone is paying you this much for something then you should have the decency to make sure your delivery company doesn't damage your customers product and since I'm not the only person with this issue them I'd highly advise you to fire that company! Also I'd recommend you make it a point to bring the customers purchase into the home, there are some people out there who are unable to do so themselves and will have to pay someone else to do it for them. It's just common sense.

Wayfair is top notch.

I have been purchasing from Wayfair for several years, and I love them! Their shipping is free- which is very important to me because I do not have access to easy shopping living in the "country".
The products offered have good quality, and I especially Love their art work! It is very unique and different. I review my orders honestly and quickly- and receive reward monies for doing so. A nice touch!
I share my great experience about Wayfair to many others who want to update their own "look" and where to purchase good home itmes.

I ordered a bulletin board March 11,2017; it is now April 4 and I have not received it yet. The company contracted to deliver it can't find it in their warehouse. I spent $250.00 for this and this is how I get treated!

The worst!

Seriously never had such a horrible experience with a company. We ordered not 1 but 2 beds and both of them were missing parts! And not just little nuts and bolts but huge crucial parts!

The companys solution... well they didn't have 1! They were incredibly rude and unpleasant and we ended up having to figure it out and buy additional pieces just to get the beds fuctional... worst experience I have ever had with a company! Ever!

I recently purchased concert tickets from Live Nation and when they arrived, there was a coupon for 10% off at Wayfair. I decided to order new outdoor chaise lounges for my back yard and got to checkout and put the coupon number in and SURPRISE, the message tells me it is not valid - only for first time users. Nowhere on the coupon does it say this. So I am now a LAST TIME USER. They have nice products but their policies bother me ALOT.

We ordered a couch... and they lost i!. How does this company lose so much of their crap! It is actually amazing to me how terrible this company is. The couch shipped from California to Oregon and somehow between the two states they just lost it. They don't have a tracking number or any sort of way to figure out where it is. It just gets lost in limbo. I will never use this company again and I highly suggest you run far away and look somewhere else.

Call them and talk to customer service before you make orders. You might not like how you are treated once you have a problem.

Customer service people are immediately defensive. Offer one solution for a problem take it or leave it and do not care if you are upset over a product quality or ability to return. If you do not have all the original boxes you are unlikely to be able to return even a large expensive item.

Ordered flooring on clearance. Couple days later my order was canceled by Wayfair stating the item was out of stock. Who does that? Money from my account was taken immediately. I wasn't aware that my order was canceled until I happened to check my email and it stated that the item isn't available for 2 MONTHS. Wow is what I said and decided to shop elsewhere. Also, I had to wait 5 days for a refund of my money. The struggle is not worth it with these people. I will never buy again

My wife had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Wayfair. I am not sure where to begin. It has been a horrible experience and keeps getting worse.

Where do you buy or make your furniture because its a disaster. We started looking at bedroom furniture back in January. After speaking with several customer service representatives we found someone who was able to take our order in the configuration we want, the way it was displayed on THE website. Not sure why this was an issue. That was the end of January.

Many months, phone calls, inquires and emails later one piece of about 5 pieces were delivered today. The pieced delivered today was CHIPPED in three places. Top things off we received an email from the company that if we do not respond they were cancelling the order! You cant find the order to deliver.

Terrible experience! Not getting better! Work too hard for my money to give it to you! CEO WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS... DON'T ORDER... DISASTER! THEY DO NOT CARE!

Severe delays
March 31, 2017

I ordered a table and chairs on February 22nd. They shipped February 28th and Still are not here. I got An email on the 10th saying my order would be delayed up to 10 days. Since then I've called twice almost a week apart. The first time the rep said there were delays because of the snow storms,, which makes no sense because I live in Georgia and my items shipped from California. In that first call, though, they told me my order was at the "local" distribution warehouse but they had no information on when I would get it. Then I got an email saying they couldn't get status for 5-7 days. So I called again A couple of days ago and got nothing except for a 10% off next order coupon because I asked whether they could give me a discount or SOMETHING since order is so delayed. I just received another email today, Thursday, saying they STILL can't get a status and would contact me again within 5-7 days, but they still might not have a status. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. If their local warehouse was actually local (it's HOURS away), I'd go pick it up myself. Aaaaaaaaaaaargh!

My wife ordered a sofa and loveseat all leather, she liked it. Received a call yesterday from delivery service stating they're coming tomorrow between 12- 4 pm,, I took the day off and waited I called again at 3:30 pm dispatch girl tells me the trucker installation guys are having a problem installing furniture next town over. Meanwhile I tell the girl I waisted a day of pay waiting on this delivery, girl replies I'm sorry sir, I'm sorry sir really snotty attitude, I called back to get another time she said 6 - 7 pm well here it is 7:30 no phone call, nice and professional outfit. I will cancel 2,0000 order and take my business to another furniture store. I am livid!

Very bad company

I ordered my vanity on March 2nd it was shipped on the 3rd today is March 30 and nobody knows where my item is the only thing I'm hearing from them if someone answers my emails or phone calls is that its on someone's truck someplace and they need 5-7 days to unload. People please tell me how many 5-7 days is in a full month. Stay away from this company as far as u can.

These people have no idea what they are doing and never contact you or keep you updated. You have to go out of your way just to make sure it is on the way. I have been pushed back on my arrival date and never been told where my couch is? They just keep on pushing the arrvial date back and can't keep their promises to their customers.
