Still waiting...

I would love to write about how good or bad my new bed is but I can't, I am still waiting. I received an email telling me the bed was shipped and had an arrival date 2 days later. I made arrangements and waited for my bed to arrive - no show! The Wayfair tracking is vague so I checked on the FedEx website, it hadn't even shipped out. After contacting Wayfair twice it has now finally been picked up from the warehouse and now will not arrive until next week. No email update from Wayfair, no reason given by them and no apologies. Wayfair absolutely sucks. Could have purchased same or similar bed somewhere else and have it by now. Sleeping on the floor until next week = never using Wayfair again!

Absolutely awful company and I will never work with them again.

Ordered a bed that was shipped in two parts.
They incorrectly packaged one part that was automatically sent back to them by FedEx.

On their second attempt sending it to me, they did the same thing and it was automatically returned by FedEx.

On their third attempt, I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for the piece. They have no idea where it is, their records show delivered to the delivery company on May 4th (it's May 11th at the time of this review).

It has been a constant fight to receive this bed I paid over $700 for.

I will never ever use this company and highly advise others to avoid them for large item purchases, or any purchase.

Wow, I don't know where to begin. We had 2 horrible experiences with this company. We ordered a bedroom set and a patio sectional. Every piece of furniture arrived damaged. We upgraded delivery service from room of choice to white glove service and it took them a week to update their records, which took about 12 calls, 6 e-mails and the delivery guys still arrived with the wrong delivery status. We ended up keeping the sectional for a discount, but returned the bedroom furniture as they were so badly damaged on every corner that I wouldn't have kept them if the were free. Never doing business with this company again. $3000 later one of the worst furniture buying experiences ever. How these guys are still in business is a miracle.

Beware Canadians, the online pricing that seems too good to be true just may be! They show CAD amounts but charge your card in USD. Very deceiving. Customer service was not helpful, they made me feel like I did something wrong and did not acknowledge that there even was an error. My concern is this will continue to happen and be misleading to those trying to make a purchasing decision.

Purchased a couch. This couch did not have an upholstered back to it, you're supposed to place six pillows strategically for comfort. Called for repairs within one month, repairman was nice but indicated that what we thought was a problem (a huge uncomfortable 'hole' on one side) was actually part of the design. About a month later the two-piece connector broke while trying to move it for cleaning. Six months later two of the pillows are ripped and the fabric on the couch seats are beginning to fray and tear. Bottom line: This would be a great couch if all you needed it for was to look at and never use under normal conditions (i. E., children, pets, etc.). Cancelling my account once I pay it off in a month or so.

Ordered a dresser 2/25. Communications from them varied from "its back ordered" to "its lost" what the heck is going on? Today is 5/9, they took my money and now tell me the dresser (for my first granddaughter) won't be delivered until 7/23 (a month after she should be born). Received a standard apology, but I had to tell them "look at the date I ordered it". Seems like this happens all the time? Responses ranged to "Wow" to "sorry" Will tell everyone I know to stay away! There are much better online stores out there, be safe!

Placed a big order taking advantage of 0% promotional rate for 12 months. Although the amount was paid within the promotional period, was charged 27.4% on the whole amount on the last statement. As I called and complained, the response was a unsatisfactory nonesense about terms of agreement subject to change. Do not trust this company.

I am from STILL sitting here during my 4 hour window waiting for my couch delivery. So I called them to see if they were able to get in touch with the delivery drivers and they said their system is down and cannot track anything. What kind of company doesn't have a direct access to their delivery men in the case that something like this occurs. Cameo (the customer service agent who should be without a job) was completely helpless, and couldn't offer me any sort of assistance on what to do. The delivery men are supposed to call a half hour before arrival and I also never received that call. This company is a huge waste of time. Order from a company that is established, timely, and professional, it will save you a day of missed work and stress.

We ordered folding bed on the 21st April and changed our mind the next day. Wayfair customer services have been very helpful with this order. Spoke to Gregory regarding this order on 3rd of May BJS distribution E-mail that they were delivering the bed on 5th May. Gregory was very helpful and resolved the matter immediately. I would like to thank Gregory and what great service he has given us.

Way over priced

I wanted to buy a love seat and buy chance I found that wayfair is $900 over priced I contacted them. They couldn't be care less. Unprofessionally responded. We don't match prices. If you find cheaper where else just buy from them. Which exactly what I did. I also closed my account with wayfair since. After I spent good amount of money with them, they did not even gave the time to look at my request. I mean $900 is a lot of money to be over priced with, and that just one item ti mention. I don't have enough space to the rest of the list.

I ordered some curtains with a 10 day arrival date. Didn't like that but liked the curtains. Five days later got an email saying shipment would be an additional 5 days. Cancelled the order. Got an email saying I couldn't cancel because the curtains had already been shipped. Two days later received an email saying the pkg had been shipped. Got the pkg & there was only 1 curtain panel (the product page states in 2 places that it includes two panels). The person on the "chat" asked if the pkg had been tampered with. I said no. He said the missing panel would be shipped the next day. Asked for expedited shipping. Chat person said no. Got an email 2 days later saying "Good News! You delivery has been changed to Expedited Shipping!" Went online to my order 24 hrs later and delivery date is 10 days away. Will never order from Wayfair again.

Paid too much

I purchased a dining set that Wayfair said was the lowest price. After ordering it my husband checked other sites and found 3 that were at least 100.00 less with free shipping. When I went to return it based on that I could get it cheaper they told me I would have to pay for shipping which is 145.00. They would not match the price.
Dishonest company.

Was looking at a chicken coop and run combo. When I checked it again a few days later the price had dropped, so I thought it was a good deal. Turns out they had removed the coop, but kept the original profile and picture. So now I have a run, but no coop. Be very careful when ordering from them.

Take your business elsewhere, wayfair sucks, still waiting on recliners I ordered a month ago, was supposed to be contacted before the 28th to schedule delivery. Emailed wayfair to ask what's going on? And no response.

Delivery of swingset

Not sure who to give the bad review to but i ordered a swingset and they had a penske truck. They never knocked on my door to ask where to put it so they put it in front of my garage door. Thank goodness i realized it before they left my driveway. So i walked to the end and asked them to move it for me. The guy rolled his eyes and flew down my driveway. They sat in their truck a couple minutes then got out to move it. Ummm im clearly pregnant guys was it that big of an inconvenience to move it out of my way so i can get to work? Rude.

I placed an order on Wayfair at the end of Feb, 2017. It is end of April and the items still haven't been delivered. I called Wayfair and cancelled my order today. I hope they don't give me any hassle in returning my ~$1800.
Never buying anything from Wayfair and recommend everyone not to buy.

Deceiving practices

Wayfair has very sketchy sales practice. I purchased a patio set and the price went up twice by the time I checked out. I immediately canceled the product because it was over $200 over the original price. To my surprise, they emailed me back saying they weren't able to fulfill my request because the merchandise had already been shipped. More emails and a3 more different sellers, this one said she would refund the difference. Then one more saying it was a mistake. No refund. They are terrible. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

I placed a large order. They shipped to billing address rather than address I set as default. After two calls I was told they had rerouted everything but nope. So after another four calls and being transferred all over creation, I was told I would have to pay to return everything myself. Unbelievable.

Bought a desk that is literally made of cardboard. If I sit on it I know it will break in half. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD. They wont refund my money and customer service knows they are fraudulent and wont deny it.
