NO HONESTY

Purchased set of dining chairs. Had already paid when a few days later they email me telling me that they sold chairs at wrong price and can not honor the price even though i had already paid and money was taken out of my account. Very unprofessional. All they offered was a lousy 15% off. I hear this happens all the time at Wayfair

This company is a complete scam, I ordered $3000. 00 worth of furniture on here and checked all of the correct options for it to be delivered into my house/location and following all instructions on how far they can deliver with all the extra fees. I wait 20+ days to get a Sectional SET (That came with no Chair just sectional which I paid for chair also) and when they get here to deliver it I was told it is an extra $85.00 to delivery it up the stairs, I am on the 3rd floor and they said they are limited to the 2nd. Understand, but was never brought up when I made the purchase... the color of the products are off whenever you order something don't expect it to be picture perfect or even close... there are dents, dings and chips missing out of the furniture and on the Gaming chair I ordered I did not get instruction manual. Crystal C kept me on the phone (CS Rep) for 30 minutes to let me know that she can deduct the $85.00 fee to $40.00 after she talked to the shipping agent? So why was that originally not offered in the first place. I tried to just cancel my other item being delivered tomorrow (Computer Desk) cost $275.00 they told me they could only refund $140.00 and that shipping was $135.00 for the desk if I canceled and I would be at loss. This company is a bait and switch scam, BEWARE don't invest a penny. Crystal C for their mistakes she also told me the Sectional was not a SET with a chair when it certainly was so Wayfair is false advertising as well.

I've finally ordered a couch on Wayfair a while ago and it is better than my $3,000 20 year old couch I threw out! My kids love it and some nights I sleep on it! I've shopped there for years! It's my go to online shopping for anything they have! Great sales too!

Ordered some chairs

Ordered 4 chairs from the company the only issue I have with Wayfair is stuff goes out of stock I waited almost a year to finally purchase. I received the chairs they were more violet than blush but nonetheless very nice sturdy and looked of quality well heck they should they were $499 a pop! Only three chairs could fit around the table the return process was easy since one chair I did not take out the box. I printed off the return label scheduled a fedex for pick up once FedEx ran the code my money was returned minus the shipping but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. Would order again the product I received was lovely.

Wonderful store

I only recently ordered from Wayfair. I ordered a large loft bedroom set for my son. It arrived timely and exactly as expected. It came in many pieces and I had 2 questions on assembly. I called Cos. Service and they were amazingly helpful. Since then I have ordered sheet sets, bedspreads, a desk, a hutch for another desk, a desk organizer and a lamp. The lamp arrived broken and it was quickly replaced, no hassles. Didn't even have me return it first. The desk organizer was too large for my desk so I needed to send it back. It was done immediately. Great company.

Ordered an upholstered rocking chair thinking our baby nursery shopping was finally complete before my wife's due date. The chair we ordered showed in stock and was finally relieved thinking we were ready for our new child's arrival.

Kept checking the order to see when it had shipped and what day it would arrive... give days later i receive an email saying it was now on back order and wouldn't arrive until after the due date. Then I call and am informed it wouldn't be available until almost a month later!

Lesson learned... don't count on Wayfair!

Wayfair is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I would never ever suggest anyone use them. I had a horrible experience with ordering a coffee table that was delivered cracked in half and it took MONTHS to resolve. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried ordering a bed from them, BIGGEST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE. I ordered it in July it took a month and half to come and it was damaged, they didn't have any replacements so they said they would send a whole new bed in another month and a half. On the dellivery day they never showed so I called and apparently they can't find my bed in their warehouse. They didn't call to let me know I had to call them and they weren't helpful at all. So three months later I still don't have a bed and no idea if I will ever get one. Their costumer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM WAYFAIR.

Ordered a chest of drawers for the kids room and spent 6 hours assembling all of it together only to find out that the drawers wouldn't fit inside. Quality is horrible and the main body broke off when trying to push the first drawer inside. Now breaking our head to return an assembled piece of junk

Horrible company. Free shipping is COMPLETELY deceptive. Original date 3 weeks out. They changed it without ANY notice... now delivering SIX WEEKS after ordering.
Will NEVER spend another dime here.
Do not shop this site.

I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and they consistently advertise products with accurate descriptions and pictures. I recently bought a rug that didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a rug that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.

Incorrect pricing

On Sept. 1,2017 I ordered some flooring from Wayfair. I put in the square footage I needed and the site calculated my order. I received an order confirmation and as ship date of Sept 8,2017. One Sept 8, I received an email from Wayfair, of which I opened expecting to find the shipping information and instead I found that Wayfair cancelled my order due to THEIR incorrect pricing. I would be more understanding had I been notified soon after ordering, but they waited until the ship date. I had already purchased underlayment and had secured and installer. Wayfair WILL NOT honor my order and has offered me a small percentage off on a reorder.

21 weeks to delivery!

I ordered this chair in August after my I had issues with my back and needed to sit in a reclined position. When I checked the status online it said it is not shipping until January! I immediately tried to cancel this order and order another chair, but was told it cannot be canceled. This is ridiculous that this cannot ship until January, which is not what it said when I ordered it. If you want a chair, I do not recommend ordering this one. It will take 21 weeks to get to you like it apparently is for me. I could build my own chair in less time. So upset and disappointed! I have spoken to many different people at Wayfair but I cannot do anything about this. Never ordering from Wayfair again!

After selecting the items I wanted, Wayfair asks you "When would you like the items delivered?" I selected a delivery date which I expected them to meet. After I ordered the items and paid for them the next day I receive an email. Of all the items I ordered I had selected a specific date. Wayfair shipped half the order already (weeks in advance) and the other items won't be shipped until 6 weeks later. When I called Wayfair their excuse was "It takes them a long time to drive from the West Coast to the East Coast" SIX WEEKS?! I can make that drive in 3 days. It doesn't take 3 weeks. Two weeks yes, but not SIX WEEKS. I had to cancel the order. I'll buy locally. I don't care if its more expensive. The lying and crappy customer service was enough for me to tell Wayfair to take a hike. Avoid them at all costs if you can. I know we want to save money but honestly, I'd rather pay more to get better customer service.

Stay clear of Wayfair

Ordered My daughters new bed from wayfair on August 4th 2017 and they took my $1,000.00 dollars out of my account the night i ordered the product and today is the 28th of August and no bed. Checked on line and they still have not shipped the product.

First time we ordered from Wayfair we got a defective product. We ordered 6 bar stools at a really great price, but one of them was damaged. The wood leg had a very visible crack in it. I took a photo of it and emailed customer service asking for a replacement or a refund. Within a day they responded saying a new bar stool was being shipped out to us at no charge and that I could toss the defective one. The replacement arrived as promised and weve been ordering from Wayfair without any issues since then. They have a great selection, good prices and from our experience, know how to take care of their customers.
