This company is horrendous, the quality of their products are cheap at best. The specs they advertise are misleading. They do not pick up their moldy mildew products from your home even after multiple phone calls and missed appointments by their "Freight department" Their large freight department is deplorable IE: Tammy- such an embarrassment to the company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
Bought a couch on sep01st, estimated delivery to sep 20. On the day, sep 20, they changed my delivery to dec 09th, after 20 days of waiting. Called customer service they informed my couch was "back order" until nov 27, so they basically sell furniture they don't have on stock and you will never get it.
Make to to buy your furniture somewhere else.
I ordered a air hockey table and a pool table. The delivery date was 9/15 from 3 pm to 6 pm. After 6 pm i kept receiving delay in 30 minutes increment untill 8 pm. I called and a lady said they have one more stop before me. After that i did not receive any updates. I had to go to a important dinner. Since it was an inhome delivery i had to stay. I could not go to the dinner. I called on monday, a lady said the truck broke down. And now they have to wait 48 hours for next delivery date. Since then its been getting scheduled, delayed and cancelled again and again. They lie like i was born today. Wayfair is a scam. I dont have the items that i pay for, cant cancel. They was 240 dollars if i want to return the items which has not even being delivered. So save some headache and buy somewhere else. Its not worth buying from wayfair scam company.
Wayfair deserves a negative 0 I only put 1 star to post my review …Buyers beware, I ordered vanities which on two occasions both came damaged and then was missing vanity top then I ordered again and vanity was delivered again without top. So this is the fourth time they have messed up my order. I will never do business with Wayfair again. They are the worst I normally shop Amazon and it was a really big mistaken shopping Wayfair. They get you by showing all these nice products but cannot deliver order was delayed then I'm made aware that it's back ordered then arrives damaged and missing parts. This is ridiculous and mind you during all of this they don't even expedite your order your still waiting 2-3 weeks. Wayfair is the worst I definitely won't be shopping on their site again ever again.
I wanted to return two planters immediately after they were delivered. Only 20% of my purchase price was offered as a refund. Other vendors provide a full refund for undamaged products in their original packaging. Very poor service.
Ordered a pool table got no email of scheduled delivery date but did get a text from a driver who said he was a hour from my house. I explained I could not be ther for room of choice until later was told they could leave or reschedule in 10 days. Left on car port. Paid for assembly at this time realized the rails were broke forklift. Make this a sort story original order placed 07/30 and it is now 09/13 and still do not have replacement Wayfair blames shipper and I blame the ones who took my money Wayfair. Will never buy from this company again.

I've just had my third bad experience with Wayfair. I love the variety of products they sell so I was hoping the first two issues were flukes, but no. I'm done. A porch swing we purchased came with a defective part that we didn't realize until it was 80% built delaying the project for a week while we waited for the replacement and then had to take it mostly apart and then build it again. I ordered a duvet cover that was listed in stock and set to arrive within 10 days but when it didn't arrive, I checked the status and it was listed as delayed until February. Customer service was NOT helpful. Lastly, three covers for a patio sofa we bought last year broke when we washed them (they are labeled as machine washable) Wayfair refused to replace them because it was out of warranty and then refused to sell us replacements when I offered to buy them. My patio furniture is unusable until I figure out how to replace the covers. I am DONE with Wayfair.
They promise free delivery, the when FedEx would not deliver my sofa, they dropped it about a quarter mile away. Katie, a pitbull of a low-level inventory manager, tried to BS me about it, saying that if they left it anywhere on the property, that was "delivery." Like a rain-drenched parking lot or a dumpster? Then she said that my only recourse was to take it up with FedEx, which is just fascist stonewalling because FedEx had already refused to deliver it, and there certainly wouldn't be any monetary relief. Katie sarcastically mocked me for being an attorney who had practiced commercial law, and told me to shove it and "Bring it On," essentially. She refused to either deliver it or take it back. I suspect that Wayfair loves her attitude toward their prized customers! Or, perhaps they approve of her behavior.
Impossible service. Tried to order a couple items. Spent hours (plural) trying to place the orders, with the help of a live agent on chat and on my own. Neither could figure it out. Was told to delete and add credit card info and address. Sign out of accounts. Start new accounts. Then we tried to add existing credits I had but neither would work. Honestly... can't expect paying customers to spend hours to try and purchase a few items of furniture. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse. I learned (and can validate with screenshots) the Wayfair rep lied to me about multiple things; when the sale ended, the total price, an telling me an active credit and discount code I have didn't work... Then I asked for escalation to a supervisor, whom I emailed twice and submitted photos to, and to my surprise - I never heard back. Not only am I taking my business elsewhere - taking back and returning the three purchased items from Wayfair. Your customer service sucks at best. I'd give no stars if possible! Not to mention the items I purchased before both had damaged pieces, so the quality isn't even that good.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I rented a scaffolding to hang the chandelier for $200. They sent me a bench and said... better luck next time we can't refund you for an item you specifically got to mount your item even though we sent you a bench. WAYFAIR ALWAYS GET IT WRONG and is more concerned about saying "sorry" rather than taking responsibility. STAY AWAY!
I bought a desk and through Wayfair, paid someone to assemble it. Very damaged - chipboard damaged and non aligning doors. Took photos which were accepted by Wayfair. Very hard to complain to them btw. They ended up saying 35% off or 3 days where they pick up old unit, send flat packs, and assemble. And I couldn't immediately pick those dates. You are getting less than you pay for. BTW, the product no longer listed on their site - so how were they going to replace?
I was attempting to purchase items from Wayfair.com for my new home. I kept running into the problem that none of the items could be shipped to my zip code. *NONE!* I thought that maybe those items were all out of stock, but when I changed the zip code to another place near me, all of a sudden, all the items were available. They could send the items to my daughter's address, but not mine.
I attempted to ask their chat help for the reason and *two* different chat members accused me of lying, saying that what I was seeing wasn't real. Then they lied and said it was because they didn't have anyone to ship to my area. I live close to Washington DC and they don't have any employees to deliver around *that* major city? The first cut me off and ended the chat while I was in the middle of typing an answer. When I finally provided the second person in the chat with my full address and not just the zip code they finally came right out and said that they *couldn't* send any products to my neighborhood, because it was on a "list" of places that they refuse to ship too. Implying that the place I live was NOT WHITE ENOUGH for them to risk sending furniture to my home.
I urge everyone to stop doing business with this racist company.
Lately I'm promised a delivery date before I order, sometimes being a gift I count on that date, and then it ends up not even being shipped out till after that date not ordering from there no more
I ordered a large art piece from Wayfair and spent $87 on it. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website and was VERY cheap looking. I was horrified by it. When I contacted customer service they indicated that I could not return because it was a final sale. They would not do anything for me on this. The piece was so horrible I ended up throwing it away. It was hideous. I can't imagine anyone wanting to hang this up in there home. I feel like the company complete misrepresented the item and I will never order from them again. PLEASE do not order from this company. You will be sorry.
We bought an indoor bench from here. The day it arrived we noticed it was now a bit cheaper so we asked about a price adjustment. They were unwilling to work with us regarding a 6 day old order which is pretty disappointing. We were told we could return it for $60 and re-order... Easy to say we will never shop here again!
Returning an item is VERY expensive! Quality of item I received was not good. To return it I had to pay more than 25% in shipping costs. Rip off!
Wayfair used to be an excellent company to work with and order from. That has all changed. I ordered a sofa and paid $99 for expedited shipping. FedEx never created the label and the sofa wasn't shipped. So I canceled the order because we needed it delivered by a certain date (thus the expedited shipping). Guess what? They shipped it a week later and refused to honor the cancellation despite admitting that they could see it in their system, claiming that it was "too late" to cancel. How is this possible when the item wasn't even set up with a shipping label yet when I cancelled it? SCAM!
We purchased a $900 white wicker patio set from Wayfair a little more than 2 years ago. While the patio set was nice and fit the bill. The quality of the material used in it's construction was poor at best. Right now the patio set is a safety hazard. The plastic material used as wicker does not appear to be meant to be used outside in sunlight. The wicker is cracking and is brittle. It breaks apart in small pieces. Every morning we have sweep the patio of the broken wicker. Naturally it came from China. My advice to you don't buy any outside wicker furniture from Wayfair.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you don't mind be ripped off. June of 2022, I ordered a cabinet and paid for "Angie's" services (thru Wayfair) to come to my house to put it together for me. They NEVER CAME but Wayfair billed me for the charges. I have been in contact with Wayfair since June of 2022 to refund my money and I keep getting the same response, IT WILL TAKE 4 TO 5 WEEKS TO GET YOUR REFUND. Well it's been more than 4 to 5 months and NO REFUND - JUST MORE EXCUSES. If I owed them I would have to pay them interest on the balance, but do you think they'll pay me interest on the money they owe me - NO... So as I said - if you don't mind having your money stolen from you, use this company, but if you work hard for your money and don't want to be ripped off, DO NOT ORDER FROM WAYFAIR.
